• Mariano (6/5): Es correcto en función de lo que se paga, pero muy malo el desayuno - La ubicación es buena, la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza El desayuno que venía incluido no lo consumimos debido a lo limitado de opciones (un menú fijo con 4 o 5 opciones que eran platos ya elaborados y uno no podía elegir que desayunar. Y el lugar donde se desayuna también era muy reducido, donde solo nos podíamos sentar en la barra.

Ottime lenzuola e asciugamani in cotone. Aria condizionata ottima. Buon refill di caffè e the in camera. Camera micro, ma con tv enorme...boh! Stanza e letto troppo piccolo per 2 persone con 4 bagagli, 11mq...secondo me non è neanche a norma internazionale...non ci si riusciva a girare, in camera bisognava quasi stare a turno. Bagno micro, neanche su una nave da crociera il bagno è così piccolo. Non c'era l'armadio, solo stampelle appese a ganci, un disordine inaudito. Niente cassetti. Lavanderia a gettoni in hotel molto comoda, ma le asciugatrici valgono zero, ci vogliono oltre 2 ore per asciugare tutto: alla fine ho trovato una lavanderia industriale a 250 mt e ho portato i panni ad asciugare là.

Выбор блюд довольно скудный, а необходимость самостоятельно жарить мясо может быть неудобной, особенно с утра. Стоит рассмотреть улучшение ассортимента и формата завтрака.

• Julian (7/5): Good location, basics covered - Great location, apa hotels are basically always the same ( all those I have been anyway) once you enter the bedroom, so location is usually what set them apart. This one is well located for the price, apa hotels are never gives the most unforgettable experience but it gets the job done and cover all the basics, sure value This can be said about any APA I have been to but as soon as you enter the room the tv turns on with endless lessons about how to behave in Japan running im a loop, now, I respect the idea, and understand the need probably , but not everyone is a senseless traveler and the constant teaching felt somewhat offensive and very annoying after a while ( if you,like me, forget to turn off the tv that is) aside from that, the staff always feel cold and functional, not rude or anything but not warm or welcoming either

• Damian (9/5): Great hotel at a great price in a great location. - The room was great! Perfect size for a single traveler. Room under bed for luggage and space to wash and dry hair. The card system to enter your room and the elevator made it easy to get around. Hotel was right in the middle of Osakan nightlife, Family Mart was a 40 second walk from the hotel. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a short 15-20 min walk to other major stores/areas. I could go to a girls bar, drink for hours, then stumble back to the apartment safely. Will 100% come back to this location on my next visit. There is no ac in the room. Just a heater. I opened the window but it still wasn't cold enough. The bed sheets are also very hot. This is a problem with all of Japan as the Japanese people have colder bodies. If you are an American prepare to sleep in light clothes.

• Carol (7/5): 2 nights stay at return leg of 2 weeks trip. Small room made it quite challenging to do final packing. - Good location, walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping street. Many eating places surrounding the hotel. Staff present to guide automated check in. Easy checkout procedure. Small and tight room typical of Japanese city hotels. Pillows were not very comfortable. Room was stuffy hot when temp control didn’t work, ended up have to open window to allow some ventilation on the last night.
