- Javern (10/5): I loved it. I recommend this property. - Clean, obviously the Thai people are very hospitable and friendly so that was great. Access to transport, food, mall, 7-11s, dispos, BTS. Safe as I often went outside at night to smoke. Hotel lobby was always warm, I assume they’re preserving energy but it’s pretty toasty in the lobby.
- Suzanne (9/5): Great stay in Bangkok - We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. This time we were staying for longer (15 nights) at the end of a 3 month trip travelling around the world so we just wanted two weeks to relax before heading home. The staff at reception were all lovely and very friendly. We had a premier suite on 25th floor with great views over the city and river. It was lovely to have a separate lounge area, although the bed was so big the bedroom door didn't actually close! It wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of. Great kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer and a washer dryer that came in very handy as we were travelling very light so needed to wash our clothes a few times. The room was cleaned every day and they even did the washing up for us which we really didn't expect! We know the area well as have family with an apartment in the block next door. Just a short walk to Ekkemai BTS station which gets you pretty much everywhere. A good supermarket in the Gateway centre by the station and a great street food market about 5 minutes walk away (turn left out of the building and you'll find it) All in all a great stay in Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again. There wasn't much not to like. Just a note that there aren't enough places to hang wet towels in the bathroom. We had a couple of nights towards the end where we had noisy neighbours very late at night but not bad enough to complain (just be aware that the sound proofing isn't 100%) A little pricey by Thailand standards but we were happy to pay. Be aware that you have to leave a 3000 baht cash deposit on check in which is returned at check out (not ideal having that much cash back when you're heading to the airport though!)

We've so many bruises on our shins from trying to walk round the bed. Nothing to dry the washing on. Had to improvise. Because we had a severe flight delay I need to wash everything we brought with us and usinging the dryer was not option in the amount of time we had, it was not feasible

- Jared (10/5): Apartment style hotel room. - The building itself has a very luxe feeling from the moment you walk in. Each of the rooms was designed to be a condominium, so there is a full kitchenette and laundry machine in each unit. The staff was very helpful and there were plenty of amenities. The Ekkamai train station is also a stones throw away, so it felt very connected to the city via transit. The elevators weren't air conditioned, which is almost necessary for the hot weather.

- Stuart (4/5): Location is great just a short walk to Ekkamai BTS but as regular visitors to Bangkok we feel this is an overpriced plac - Its location We booked a 2-bed suite as a family of 3 but the room configuration was not very comfortable; no en-suite for the master bedroom but the smaller queen bed room did have direct access to the only bathroom; soit was a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom as very easy to hear if your in the smaller bedroom. TV channels limited to a few local Thai channels only. Breakfast options were a bit limited and I was also a bit concerned about the freshness of the fruit juice and fruit which all seemed sweeter than normal. Parking at the property was confusing as we have a hilux we were told to park down the side of the hotel as internal parking was just for smaller vehicles. Reception: the room deposit was requested via cash or credit card I didn’t have cash but was told it takes a week to re-imburse the credit card! Normally deposit transactions are just held on the card and not processed unless required at check out.

My husband was given directions to the wrong parking and when he hauled all our luggage down, with no elevator or stairs, all the staff just stared at him and offered no help. The only issue we found was the hallways and room smelt like sewers and mildew a lot of the time we were there (we were on the 29th floor). Since we weren’t in the room much it wasn’t too bad, but it definitely wasn’t pleasant.

- Chris (8/5): Lovely place to stay a week! - The housekeeping, reception, outside porters and especially the Concierge. Gym equipment need to be repaired and pool needs heating as it doesn’t get the sun. Cafe downstairs need a broader menu.
