• ALAN (10/5): At unforgettable stay - perfect in every way! - We stayed at Athenian Riviera Luxurious Residence in September and honestly, it was flawless from start to finish. The apartment is even more stunning than the photos — spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail feels high-end, from the decor and linens to the fully equipped kitchen and gorgeous sea-view balconies. The location is fantastic — peaceful and safe, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and easy transport into central Athens. We loved having morning coffee overlooking the Saronic Gulf and relaxing in the evenings with the sea breeze. Our host, Steve, was exceptional — warm, attentive, and always available with great local tips and help. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. He even arranged a special taxi for us on our departure when there was a blanket taxi strike in Athens on the day, and waited 30 minutes with us for the taxi to arrive! We’ve stayed in many holiday apartments, but this one stands out for its combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. If you want the best of Athens and the Riviera, look no further.

• Karen (10/5): The apt was amazing - clean, beautiful and very comfortable. - We arrived late and Steve was able to FaceTime with us to show us the property and answer any questions. He was also available when we had additional questions. The area felt safe even walking back late at night and the neighbors are quiet. At the top of hill is a nice park with workout equipment and a playground. There were plenty of local shops to grab a quick bite or pick up something you forgot. The apt was stunning but still comfortable. Very thoughtfully decorated with nice little touches to make your stay more comfortable. We rented a car and were able to find parking on the street right outside of the building. It’s a little further from public transportation than I thought but was not an issue. More walking means more food!

From the start, we contacted the owner that our flight was early, and he accommodated us with earlier check-in, since we was with a little baby. Sleeping cot and feeding chair were provided with no extra cost. Apartment itself was beautifully designed with spacious interiors, great taste, fully equipped and functional kitchen and a killer view from the terrace. Spotless clean. Very nice touch of some sweets in the living room :) For us the location was a huge plus, since it was around 15 minutes walking from the sea, as well 10 or 15 minutes to the nearest shops, which made it accessible even without a car. Internet on-site was fast and reliable. Owner also advised us where to rent a car in Athens in fair price and provided us a space to keep our luggage after checking-out. All and all amazing service and a great, luxurious spot for remote work or family vacations. Great value!

It has everything you could possibility want and there are various shops and the beach is nearby. Central Athens can be reached easily via bus/metro. Steve the host, went out of his way to help us and I feel we could ask him for anything and he would help!
• Egidijusn (9/5): Not a standard appartment - The interiour is interesting, not the one you would expect to see in rented apartment. Lots of nice details, three bathrooms. Beds could be more comfortable. Location is not the best if you need to use public transport or go to the beach frequently.

Easy access to the city center. Close to Glyfada with it’s shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful host. The apartment was decorated for the Christmas and the even received the Christmass present from the host. That was very nice!

• Miguel (10/5): Amazing - The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Pictures don’t do it any justice. The massive balcony was perfect for morning coffees and a few drinks at night. Steve our host was brilliant and brought us anything and everything we needed. Great location for getting to the beach. It was extremely clean and there was plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils for making our own dinners. Overall it was absolutely worth the money and I’d recommend this apartment to anyone looking to go to Athens.
• Weinan (10/5): Brilliant! Didn't even wanna leave! - To be honest, the apartment is far more beyond my expectations. Very cozy, very beautiful place! Our flight landed at 3:50 am which was a horrible time, but we still got the keys from the host, Mr.Steve's hand! Mr. Steve did not just leave after he led us to the apartment, he gave us welcome presents and also introduced every detail of how to use the equipment of the place, answering every question we asked, very gentle person. The location is also good, you can walk only 10-15 mins to the seaside, or 5 mins to the bus station, 7-10 mins to the supermarket, very convenient. We definitely will suggest our friends choose this place if they travel to Athens! Only one thing: we forgot to bring our slippers;) Thought we would find ones at the apartment Maybe next time...?

The manager/owner was very good in communicating with us, keeping us informed and responded to all our queries on WhatsApp. There were around 30-40 ants in one of the bathrooms. Room got very hot in the night and couldn’t change the temperature.

(washing machine for example). everything was really comfortable. The view was also amazing. Everything was perfect.

Everything is top quality and owner s concerning for details is incredible. Only a 5 star hotel can compete with this apartment, but I m not sure about that !

• Erdal (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement is renovated short time ago, you can realize from every element in it. The owner or operator has thought of every comfort factor. Apart from the living room, there was a television in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The heating system was functioning very well. There were instant hot water, which is not the case all the time in Athens' rental properties. You definitely have five star hotels standard. And the view, it is definitely one of the best. You can park on the street easily, we had no difficulty on finding free space. As i am mostly visiting Athens for business and I am having a car, it is on the top of my favorite list for Athens.

• Milan (10/5): Amaising luxury apartment in Athens - This app was for sure the best we ever stayed in. It exedeed our expectations by far. Completly equipped, with every single thing you might need. We just felt like home. Very confortable for a family of 4. View from the terrasse is amaising, for a morning Cafe just perfect. Location is a bit remote, but if you are by car ideal. . Steve is funtastic host, always available for every help you might need. He even provided us beach chairs when we wanted to spend a day on the beach. Looking forward to come again.

• Kai (8/5): Very good - The appartement is nice designed and well equipped. There were tabs for the dishwasher, laundry etc. coffee tea and sugar… the aircon was very good! Not as noisy as others and really powerful. Nice furniture and everything held a bit darker.. If you are a young couple it might get a little bit boring since it's a bit further away from bars etc. the balcony could use a bigger and more comfortable area for the later hours. These are only small things. Still a really nice Place and I can highly recommend it.

• Jan-trygve (10/5): The apartment had a very high standard. All in all a very good experience. - Rely on transport to and from apartment, especially during summer heat. We didn't expect otherwise, so this wasn't a problem. Spent every day on Akanthus beach club, which was the closest beach club and had comfortable sub beds, ok food and drinks, ok price compared to other beach clubs on the riviera, and the music wasn't to loud. Used efood app as a food delivery service, where we got everything delivered to the apartment within 45 min, Beat app for booking taxi and Summerize app for booking sunbeds/umbrella. The apartment had a very high standard and the follow up from Bill and John was superb. All in all a very good experience that we can recommend to everyone. When using taxi, we spent 4 min to beachclub, 10 min Glyfada shopping/restaurants, 20-30 minutes to Plaka old town Athens, 30 min to airport. Could have a couple of comfortable sunbeds or loungers on the terrace.
• WADE (10/5): Better Than Pictured - The decor in the apartment was amazing. Can honestly say the pictures on hotels.com did not do it justice, which is rare. There were 2 balconies and the main balcony faced the sea. The apartment came equipped with everything you need to cook, but also the toiletries and towels needed as well. I also appreciated that the phone numbers provided after booking went straight to individuals not machines. We were greeted when we pulled up and given a great walk-through of the apartment. The neighborhood was safe and there was a market less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment open until 1030 which was great for grabbing snacks and things we forgot. Plus within a 20-minute walk, there were multiple beachfront restaurants and bars. If we go back to Athens, this will likely be where we stay again.
