• Amar (7/5): The overall stay was ok. - The staff was polite and the hotel is newly furbished. The room was not quite. I paid extra for booking the corner room for view but there is nothing special about that room. There is a small window from where you can see outside.

• YIWEI (9/5): 算是物有所值 - 在浅绿色地铁站旁边，可惜地铁下来走的路不是很方便。不建议大件行李搭乘轻轨（虽然轻轨站有电梯），哪怕是几步路带着行李箱还是打车比较方便。酒店周围是汽修区域，还算安静，轻轨站附近也有吃的，也不会很吵。前台工作人员很专业，服务态度也很好，由于行程紧张，协调后帮我寄存行李并且提前办理入住，没有影响后续差旅。设施都很新，感觉入住的都是旅行团或者是年轻人。 就是楼道隔音效果还是有待提高，其实在大床房和老建筑里面已经算很好了。但可能是本身对于关门声响不太敏感的人、如果对声音敏感的人，建议让安排到隔音好的区域。附近最近的便利商超要走进汽修一条街、或者加油站后面，感觉配套还是弱了一些。

• Zalifah Rozalina (6/5): A comfortable stay tainted by unfriendly front-desk service and a faulty air-conditioning unit - I was happy with the cleanliness of the room, with the colour coordination, the way it was structured, and that I was given a room facing the town side. I was also happy with the courtesy of the housekeeping. I was very upset with the way one desk reception staff pulled a sour face when I was checking into the hotel. She was hostile and sour and sullen. Maybe Management can give more training in soft skills and human warmth attitudinal skills to the desk reception staff. They must be made aware that some of us come for very far, and the first impression we get is the desk reception attitude - which can make or break the comfort of the stay. I am a usual patron with Courtyard by Marriot in Melaka and other Marriot hotels, so this first time experience at Fairfield really pulled my spirits down.

• Jason (9/5): Great hotel with exceptional staff make for a very good stay in KL. - Rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. Bed, pillows, and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Room is able to maintain your desired temperature. Good cable options on TV and internet is good. Nothing.

I had a 27hrs long haul flight and was looking forward to a good night sleep but the room was facing the main road and the noise was just too loud that kept me awake the whole night. • mika (1/5): - The place was quite dirty for the price. I asked about a refund for the remaining nights, and staff told me to submit it via the Booking.com app, which I did. A few days later, I was contacted and told I had to pay for the full stay due to a last-minute cancellation, which I accepted. However, I was then charged for an additional night that I had already paid for. I’ve received no response via WhatsApp for over 4 days regarding this issue, despite the staff being very responsive when it came to requesting payment from me. I’ve stayed at Fairfield Marriott in Japan and they were so amazing, was really disappointed with the stay at KL.

• Muhammad Ali (9/5): A good, clean and very comfortable modern stay.. - The property was properly secured to the extent that lifts were even operated only through room keys which prevents the entry of alien persons on floors. We stayed in Room 611, which was a studio suite… Room was modernly decorated and everything was so properly and elegantly placed to maintain proper space and comfort. Little far from touristy places though grab served us there properly… most places are at 2-3 kms distance from the property. Plus they dont have a smoking zone in the entire property…🥲 so I didnt like that… They charged 350 RM extra as a security deposit and the balance they have claimed to be reimbursed to the same card within two weeks. Since i’m writing the review today after checkout, i cannot say anything about reimbursement…

• Yong Khang (9/5): Great - 首先地理位置优越，性价比来说是超越3星级的，隔壁有私人停车场per entry rm7 但以day 为单位。酒店有自己的停车场也是需要收费的（rm10.80 per night multiple entry)，以市中心为标准的话其实收费还是合理的。 另外晚上会有mat rempit，但是住宿时间内我没有受到影响👌🏼 停车场入口和注明可以直接标志出来比较好，不然旅客一抵达酒店一定会先进入到隔壁的私人停车场
