• Diana (9/5): Wonderful spot for a visit to Athens! - Great apartment! Very convenient location at the start of the pedestrian street. Safe area. Nicely decorated, comfy couch. Split bathroom worked well for 4 people. Having an elevator was a bonus! So great to have a kitchen. Coffee options of drip or Nespresso. Very responsive management The bedroom with the balcony had a LOT of street noise (garbage, pedestrians, late night vendor deliveries). The door didn't close well. It appeared part of the closing/sealing mechanism had been removed. The lock wasn't enough to sound-proof. The other rooms had truly sound proof windows.

• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Really liked the set up of the apartment. This relates to the location: the street is a principal street and therefor very loud. Even very late in the evening.
• Annette (9/5): Amazing size and location - The location was incredible - doesn't get better. So many restaurants, easy transport hub, pretty much everything is walkable. The property is large and spacious. It didn't bother us at all, but just something to be aware of - the location is incredible - but it looks over Ermou, the main shopping street where street performers can perform until late. The double glazed windows help quite a bit, but if you're looking for something silent, this might not work for you.
• Laura (10/5): If we were to return to Athens, we would definitely want to rent this property again. - The property was centrally located. It was well equipped and very spacious. I appreciate that the shower was separate from the bathroom – when traveling with a large group it helps everyone get ready faster. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They were able to store our luggage so that we could explore the city while we waited for the apartment to be ready for us. No complaints
• Kristi (9/5): Very clean, efficient apartment in great location. - The location was great. It was on a street that was a walking street- no traffic. There were a ton of restaurants and shops all around. While the area outside our apartment was very vibrant, the building itself was exceptionally quiet. We were close to all of the main attractions in Athens. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival and once we arrived. The property was clean and well maintained. No problems with wifi. The air conditioning and hot water worked great. It had everything we needed for our four days in Athens.

Excellent communication with hosts. Very helpful. Happily accommodated a late check out. Unfortunately there was a LOT of construction happening during our stay. In the building itself and across the road as well. 5am wake up with lots of noise and trucks. Inside the building, a lot of very loud constant drilling and banging that made it difficult to relax. Bathroom also has a mould problem as there is no window or ventilation in the bathroom.

Clean, well-appointed and with a really helpful point of contact (although nobody actually on-site). The central location meant quite a bit of noise at times at night, even with windows closed and air conditioning on.

Clean and comfortable, looks exactly ad on the pictures. The staff is very welcoming and fulfilled all our requests. There was an electrical problem, but it was fixed very quickly.

You have everything within a few kilometres walking from historical sites, shopping at all levels of quality and uniqueness to local bars and restaurants when wanting to escape the touristic centers like Plaka. Perfect location Need to be aware that your transport may have a small challenge dropping you off and collecting as property is in a pedestrian street - nothing that a very short stroll can’t fix.

• Ido (1/5): Learn from my mistakes and ask questions before booking - the positive in our case has disappeared when you compare it to the problems we had The main issue was that above the apartment heavy construction works took place the whole week !! before check in we noticed this problem and the loud noises and informed them that this is not acceptable  they promised it is just for  a few hours during the weekend but unfortunately  it continued starting at 7:00 am EVERY MORNING They could have moved us to another apartment as suggested during check-in but this didn't happen Since we were with children we could not just get out and search for other accommodations so we really had no choice but to stay the whole duration. Another issue was the door for the small balcony could not be closed properly so we had noise coming in which could be avoided if the door was working properly. they said this will be taken care of but nothing was done. There was a mosquito issue in the apartment. We think due to air condition leakage they brought anti mosquito devices which helped a little but this apartment needs fumigation. We requested booking to intervene but it seems booking is good in collecting not compensating So at the end of the day would I go there again ? no Would I recommend others to do so ? no would I suggest other apartments offered by this company : no

• Peggy (10/5): - The location couldn’t be better —-could walk to all the sights easily —-it was so nice to come “home” to a large cool apartment after a hot day of sightseeing —-tons of great restaurants, great shopping and bakeries nearby —-clothes washer too —-no dryer but large rack to hang the clothes to dry —-we were very comfortable —-we previously stayed at the New Hotel in Athens which is very lovely but our room was very small —-we much preferred this apartment ——would definitely stay again.

The location was great to explore the city, couldn’t have been better. As it is very central, it’s quite noisy at night.
