- Sin Yi (2/5): - At first, we thought the hotel looked pretty good based on the online reviews, but the moment we arrived, we realized it wasn’t the kind of place we wanted to stay. When we got to the floor where the rooms were, we noticed the environment was very dim — so dark that you couldn't even see someone standing around the corner. Then there was the hygiene issue inside the hotel room. On the first night, our legs were really itchy while sleeping. Before going to bed on the second night, we took a closer look at the bed and the duvet cover, and we found bloodstains on the edge of the duvet. Those were not our bloodstains. The overall atmosphere of the room was also very gloomy, and discovering bloodstains on the duvet made it downright creepy. In the end, we couldn’t stand it anymore and decided to check out and switch to another hotel.

Hotel was so close to the station and incredible dining options including - 7 Eleven, Family Mart etc. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The public bath was amazing. They will store bags as well if you have a late flight or if you arrive early which is a great bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I ever come back to Tokyo.

- Akiho (10/5): Love the Ochazuke time & afternoon tea! - Loving my stay here at Akabaneholic! This is the first time I’m staying here and the 2nd hotel I’m staying at since returning to Japan. It’s clean and safe, and it has a sleek modern design. The first couple nights I stayed in a Double room (with a queen size bed), and my 3rd night is in the Superior Hollywood Twin room (which has 2 twin beds & is a bit more spacious). The breakfast buffet has a great selection, and I love the onsen. Also, they have complimentary Ochazuke time and afternoon tea Monday-Thursday, which is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to the JR station, which is convenient.

- Ho (10/5): Nice and modern hotel - It’s just 4 minutes walk from the Akabane station. There are a lot of local shops around. The room I stayed was a loft type with high ceiling. Although size wise is small and you did not feel compact inside. I can have two big suitcases lying on the floor. The food of their restaurant was good with reasonable price.

Room was a reasonable size by Tokyo standards and bed being elevated off the ground meant we could store our suitcases underneath to free up floor space. Toilet being separate from the shower was handy. Location was good - quick, easy walk (even with suitcases) to train station. Only downside was that we wanted to sit in the downstairs communal area to get some work done on our laptops (no space to do this in our room) but were told we couldn't use this area during breakfast as we were not paying to have the breakfast buffet.

- SHINJI (8/5): - 駅近で飲食店もコンビニも有り出張には便利です。ただホテル周辺は赤羽の歓楽街で客引きなども多く、目の前はキャバクラなので家族連れの方は予め立地を理解しておいた方が良いと思います。 部屋はコンパクトと言うか狭いですが独りなら問題無し。部屋にはシャワースペースのみでバスタブはありません。その代わり大浴場があるので利用しましたが以外に空いていました。 ２Fか３Fの4人部屋などはトイレ共用、テレビ無し、シャワー無しの部屋らしいので予約時に注意して見てください。

- SHUCHING (10/5): - 離地鐵很近，周圍環境吃喝很方便，房間大致上都可以還有的都有覺得很不錯，下次還會回來住。

- MOMONA (10/5): - 駅から近く、道も複雑ではなくわかりやすかったです。コンビニも近くにあります。 部屋は広さはあまりないですが綺麗でした。 タオルもバッグに入れてドアの外に掛けておけば交換してもらえるシステム。 シャワールームもユニットバスではないので手軽に使えて良かったです。 また利用しようと思います。平日限定の併設バルのお茶漬け食べ放題などのサービスも利用してみたいです。

- Hiroki (8/5): - 駅近、周辺には飲食店が多く、出張で宿泊するのに便利です。施設は綺麗で、大浴場も広々としていました。 ズボンプレッサーをお借りしようと思ってスタッフの方にお聞きすると、「貸し出されていてまだ戻ってない」、結局次の日の朝になっても戻っていませんでした。誰に貸しているのか把握されていなかったようです。
- Kendra (10/5): - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at when visiting Japan! Everyone was super nice and helpful and really close to the Akabane station, so it was really great for convenience when going to other districts. Definitely recommend to stay here!

The breakfast option was delicious and hearty before our long days. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling in the nearby area and need a comfy, cozy stay for a bit.

- Ka Wing (10/5): - JR站步行1分到達，十分方便。房間整潔，雙人床很大舒適，有空間可以打開2個行李箱。床頭位置有USB充電，但房內燈光偏暗。酒店附近有Donki和便利店。附近非常多食店，一番街全都燒肉店和居酒屋。酒店後面有無料案內所，晚上很多黑衣男士像在拉客，晚上女生獨自走過會感到少許不安吧。
