- Charisse (8/5): great for long term stay - The room that I booked had a bathtub and during my stay here, I've stayed in five hotels so this was the only one that had that feature. There was a spacious bathroom. There was a space spacious living room with a sort of kitchen area with a sink and all that as well as a fridge that was more for snacks and beverages. The bedroom was large. There was even a small desk area or table in the bedroom. The windows were large. It was really somewhere you could stay for quite some time if you are visiting for a while, but you have to book a specific room with the bathtub. The other rooms are a bit smaller. The decor was outdated. There was no option to turn the AC on because they only turn it on during certain seasons being this summer. The room was very warm, but I just opened the window and turned the heaters off.

- Alenova (3/5): - В день приезда меня встретил приветливый и очень вежливый парень, на ресепшене, Касым. Наверное поэтому я сразу не ушла. Но пожив 2 дня, без завтрака и без интернета, я решила переехать в другой отель. Завтрака вообще не было. Расположение неудобное. В лобби был ремонт. Wi-Fi вообще не работал. Оплата было произведена за 6 дней, но из-за таких условий я была вынуждена покинуть на 2ой день этот отель и переехать в более лучший, при этом оплата невозвратная. Потеряла в деньгах, но зато остальные 4 дня жила с комфортом в другом отеле. Не советую этот отель.

- Valentino (6/5): There's room for improvement! - The guy at the reception was super nice and helpful! And the room was clean and comfortable. I have had a few problems. I arrived in the morning at 7:30 AM. I was told that the room would be ready at 11AM and I was put to wait in a closed cafe with no heating to wait until then - 15 degrees weather. Luckily I managed to switch on the heating system by myself. At 11AM I went back to the reception and I was told that the room would be available at 1PM. So I went out for lunch and came back. At 1PM they told me the room would be available at 1:30PM. Finally at 1:30PM I was able to get into the room. Had some issues with the WiFi. Restarting my computer helped but the WiFi was anyways extremely slow. Could not work or do video calls. One the second day the hot water stopped working while I was under the shower, so had to come down to ask to fix it. Luckily it was fixed in 5 minutes or so. It's a pity because the room was quite nice and clean and the guy at the reception was very helpful, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Fair price on t - -The location is good but if you want to use the metro you need to walk up a hill. - some of the cleaning and Reception stuff were helpful and friendly and one of them was helping us by ordering taxis for us (I think him name was Qasem) -I booked three rooms one of them was big with a sofa the other two were OK size wise. - Ok for the price paid. 1-Changing the towels and refilling the coffee tea and water was not done unless you called them. 2-They used to switch off AC while we were sleeping and at random times of the day, we had to call Reception to switch the AC back on. 3-there was no water or electricity on the last day due to some work on the streets, which is not the problem of the hotel itself, however they had electricity generators but you couldn’t switch on AC. also, regarding the water issue I asked them to bring us gallons of water and Reception was laughing when I asked for this and after long discussions we got 6 bottles of water (5 L) two for each room and were were 7 people. 4-I asked them to change the towel for more than 7-8 times on the last two days by calling and requesting face-to-face from the Receptionist and from the cleaning team and they didn’t, so what I did is that I put the towels on outside of the room, however, they ignored them and they stayed there for more than 7 hours and I didn’t get any towel and I had to borrow one from the other rooms we booked. 5-one of the rooms we booked had an non working AC and then non working bathroom and they had to change the room and the new room that they got was also with the non working AC but the bathroom was OK 6-elevator was really small and old and it barely fits three people 7- the clothes cabinet was too small and u could barely fit any clothes in it 8- Our safe box was not working since day 1 and the staff took it for fixing and we never got it back. I had to put my valuable stuff in the safe box in one the other rooms we booked.

- Rania (9/5): Extremely satisfying - The room and the service has been much more satisfying than expected. The room can be cleaned every day if you ask for it and there is a mini boiler over the mini fridge in order to prepare your coffee or tea if you like. The hotel is near the metro station Osmanbey but it' s an uphill road that leads to it. The hotel has an elevator and it functions, which I find very important because many buildings in Istanbul neither have an elevator nor it works!!! The receptionist Eyüp is a very gentle and friendly young man that has tried to solve every problem we had. The main problem has been the plumbing of the bathroom. We had to put towels below the lavatory and the shower. Eyüp has called a plumber but may be the problem is much more difficult than expected and couldn' t be solved during our stayment.

- Pari10 (7/5): Basic, clean hotel, recommended for solo travelers! - I stayed in a double room. The room and the bed were clean. The bathroom was also clean but the shower had mold and needs improvement. Slippers were also provided. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi very good and the staff very helpful. The hotel is located in a side street which is not attractive (many garages and mechanics) but close to metro station and main street (lots of café, restaurant and shops). I rated the hotel compared to the similar accommodations considering the price. Overall, basic convenient hotel. I recommend it for short stay and solo travelers who spend most of daytime outside! mold in the shower

- Jehan (3/5): I am awaiting a response from the hotel regarding this matter. I do hope you are able to compensate me in some form. - The only good thing about the place was the comfort of the bed. The bed was large and comfortable and helped us gather as much sleep as possible despite the other problems we faced. We faced multiple issues during our stay such as not being informed that there was no air conditioning. The room was equipped with two air conditioners but there did not work as informed by reception upon check in. There was rain water leaking from the bathroom ceiling and when we used the jacuzzi, it flooded our bathroom due to bad plumbing. Our shower barely had any water pressure so even taking a bath was troublesome. The TV did not work so we basically did not have any entertainment. The window in our room did not close or lock and so it was very difficult for my partner to sleep as the noise from the street woke us up frequently. The staff are good but this place is in need of serious maintenance. We did not change hotels as we wanted to spend whatever little time we had exploring Istanbul than searching for a new place. We tried to explain our trouble to reception but they did not really understand us which is not their fault.

Honestly my time at the hotel was perfect, the staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is clean and close by to restaurants, bars and shopping. The metro station is 5 min walk away. There is a sheesha cafe next to the hotel and staff there are so welcoming that I did not want to leave. Would I recommend this place to others, yes. - Dmytro (5/5): Passable - wi-fi was good, friendly staff tv doesn’t work, so noisy room , windows is covered with some black glasses-you can see almost nothing ( really a dark room ) hotel need renovation

- henril735 (2/5): Very bad... - Very very bad. The linen was dirty and from the shower was coming out water like a river (I had to put towels on the floor otherwise was impossible to walk inside). Reported the issue to the reception manager and got back just an arrogant answer 'we know that'. Staff is rude not helpful at all. Very disappointed!!!
