- Jessica (10/5): Spacious Room with just 2 stops away from Admiralty station - Love the spacious room in Hong Kong. The hotel was located at Wang Chu Hang MRT which is only 2 stops away from Admiralty station, very near to Central. The swimming pool area was peaceful and quiet with a sea view. Staff were friendly and will help us whenever we have questions. On our second last day, we called the receptionist if they can help us warm up our sandwiches, they send us a microwave to our room which is out of our expectation! :) The pillow is a bit too soft, if could provide two options pillow that would be great since each bed has two pillows. If the restaurant could provide some authentic HK food for travellers to taste would be nice!

Ужинать тоже надо в городе, вокруг ничего нет кроме жестко локального, есть 1 сносный ресторан в торговом центре при станции метро, а кафе отеля не вдохновило.

La propriété est bien entretenue, les équipements de qualité, et la grandeur de la chambre est remarquable pour HK (rare d'avoir autant d'espace). L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre, mais avec le métro (MTR), on rejoint Central en seulement 10 minutes. Très bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu des prestations.

- Ramona (10/5): Fantastic hotel, would definitely stay there again. - The location was perfect for us. It's not in the centre but easy to get around the city using underground, bus service or Taxi. We loved our spacious room, super comfortable beds, relaxed atmosphere, delicious breakfast, great service and staff, pool on the roof, gym, outdoor areas you can sit and relax. Everything was perfect for us. The hotel was super clean and staff were very helpful and forthcoming. I can't think of anything that was missing. Underground station is very close to the hotel. We didn't use a car around the city, so can't comment regarding parking provisions.

Besides, the staff were very kind and helpful. So, the Arca is a very good option for those who look for accommodation in Hong Kong. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions on the islands of Hong Kong and Kowloon. The nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but it takes from 20 to 30 minutes to reach the Central station.

The Welcome and support given by the team at reception Elaine and Anthony were particularly warm and helpful. They made our stay with our small baby really comfortable and easy helping us get it in and out of taxis and load our car up with luggageand generally being extremely helpful in going above and beyond.

The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep properly. While one staff member, Anthony, was very nice and helpful, others were quite rude. At times they were speaking in their own language about us in a way that felt clearly disrespectful and unpleasant. One of the biggest issues was the pool — it was completely empty with no prior warning. This was a major reason for booking, so arriving to find it unusable was frustrating. There were also smaller but still annoying details: the drinking ice was poor quality, and the “shower cap” provided was essentially a mesh screen that didn’t keep hair dry at all. The hotel also advertises happy hour drinks with images of a bar and draft beer, but in reality, it’s only in-room service with bottled beer or wine. This felt misleading and didn’t match what was promoted. Overall, the only redeeming feature was the view, which was genuinely nice. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. Окно очень большое и вид классный. Кулер в коридоре. Персонал замечательный. До метро 5 мин пешком. Кондиционер трудно отрегулировать на приемлемый уровень. На нашем 35 этаже был очень громкий технический низкочастотный пульсирующий гул. Безостановочно. Спать невозможно даже в берушах. В самой комнате влажность еще можно как то сушкой отрегулировать, то вещи в принципе не сохнут вообще. Очень не помешал бы хотя бы полотенцесушитель в ванне. И сигналы противопожарки в темноте ненормально сильно мигают.

The room was smelling super damp and almost sour as soon as you didn’t turn on the AC or humidifier for a bit and the service is not good at all. I wouldn’t stay there again. The pool was open until 7 pm only which is completely ridiculous. The water from the purifier made my boyfriend sick.

Auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und hat sowohl asiatische als auch europäische Einflüsse. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb. Mit Taxi bzw Bus, welcher auch spät am Abend noch fährt, kommt man gut zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und ins Zentrum. Schade, dass der Pool noch nicht geöffnet war. Ich war Ende März dort, wusste aber im Vorfeld schon Bescheid.

The roof top just gorgeous. The room had everything even cutlery if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. Walking distance to mtr train station to get you anywhere in Hong Kong. The mall connected mtr slso 3min walk. Very convenient Nothing

- Elizaveta (9/5): A bit far from Central but the view is to die for - The room was really big, after staying in a hotel in Central - that felt like having a studio apartment. The view was GORGEOUS! Waking up to it was such a blast. The bed was PERFECT, both the mattress and especially the pillows! So comfy. Top-3 in my whole entire life. I thought about getting a pillow of the same brand. The towels were changed everyday without me putting them on the floor, so the room cleaning was also perfect every day of my stay. Very quiet, very private, there was a purifier with drinking water on my floor and a carafe in the room. There was a dehumidifier in the room. There was an iron and an ironing board in the room, very handy. It’s not very far from the city centre but still not that close (2 subway stations to Admiralty, 3 with an interchange to Central). If it’s your first time in HK, I would recommend getting a hotel closer to Central, preferably walking distance as the subway closes around 00:30. I didn’t find any grocery stores near the hotel, only those at the Wong Chuk Hang station. Around €150 deposit was freezes on my account cause there are a lot of small things and appliances in the room, that might be uncomfortable for people travelling with cash or on a budget

- John (10/5): Beautiful modern hotel near train station and mall - Really impressed by the arca. Vincent the concierge checked us in and was so helpful in finding us a place to buy a replacement suitcase. The room was beautiful and had great views of the mountains. The gym has high end equipment and lots of machines and was quiet. The pool was sadly closed when we were there for refurbishing but the views were great. The location is about 10 mins from a mall and a train station that connects to the centre in about 10 minutes As mentioned the only downside was the pool was out of service but it is due to open later in the year
- David (3/5): Never again ! - Nothing. The image of the roof top pool and seating is the leading image. The reality is however that the pool deck is closed, the pool is empty, and there is no seating next to the pool. I booked the hotel specifically as I wanted a pool to swim. The hotel staff said its closed for the “Winter” (24 degrees outside and 70% humidity) and its on their website. Nothing on Booking! There are dogs everywhere. At breakfast, in the lifts, in the hallways - its a hotel that allows people to bring their dogs! Nothing on Booking about this! My bed had either bed bugs or fleas as each morning I would wake up with bites on my upper and lower body.
- kayc14 (6/5): Average- unfortunately it’s not for us - Average- walk 15 mins to MTR narrow road not ideal for kids in my opinion. Small elevators. And breakfast buffet was disappointing. Nice view of bay if you booked a room with a view otherwise not worth it at all. Interior design is pretty but construction quality is lacking. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion quality also not up to bar for three stars in my opinion. More like 2 stars. Not good for sensitive skin. Staff members are ok- older Asian guy and Filipino gal in the breakfast morning time are great but the rest didnt seem too thrilled to be working there. Housekeeping is awesome 👏 please tip generously! This hotel in my opinion is perfect for couples in their 20’s-30’s with pets. Not kid friendly - no nearby playgrounds or parks. Marriott is right next to MTR AND OCEAN PARK if you have kids I would consider there but double the price per night. We loved the view of hotel and rooftop pool plus the ability of eating outside and how pet friendly it is. But restaurant quality and room updating should be tended.

- Julie (7/5): It was ok. Would never return to HK - Location was in easy reach of transport Seemed unfinished. Reception was part of the bar and it just seemed a bit chaotic at times. Bed was rock hard and made my hips ache so sleep quality was poor. Swimming pool out of order which we would have liked to use.
- Carolyn (10/5): Great hotel with fantastic rooms & amazing views closer to Central than you'd think. - The size of the room is fantastic for Hong Kong where a room is normally the size of a shoe box. It's well worth paying the extra £10-15 per night for a sea view room as the view out over the marina and the sea is amazing and calming. Nice big bathroom and excellent showers, plus a large, chic terrace by the restaurant for sitting out and a lovely pool when it's open (it was closed when I was there unfortunately). While the location seems quite far out of town - which explains the large rooms - it's only a 5 minute walk to Wong Chuk Hang MTR and then 2 stops/15 minutes into Admiralty where you can change for 1 stop to Central and the Airport Express. A cab back from Central in the evening is only HKD100-120. The staff are also welcoming and very efficient. I left my large case with them when I went to Vietnam for a weekend and when I came back they had already delivered the case to my new room - storage only cost HKD10 per day It would have been great if the pool had been open but even though it was 24 degrees people in HK still think that's too cold for swimming! The restaurant is only ok and is quite pricy.

- Susie (8/5): This was our fourth stay at the hotel. We always choose it as it’s very convenient location to visit our son and his fam - We had a very comfortable bedroom with a sea view. The staff were very friendly It was all fine. It was a shame the pool was closed but we knew in advance.

- Rosario (9/5): - The hotel has a very good position. Is not in the central neighborhoods of Hong Kong, but is just few metro stops away from the center. Is just around 5 minutes away from the metro station, which brings you to Hong Kong center in 2 stops. The area is very calm and ideal for families and people that want to stay in a residential area but away from the noises and traffic of the city center. The room was quite big, with a stunning view of the bay. The room has all the comforts we needed. The concierge and reception services were very useful and friendly. Nothing, we liked everything.

- 亮 (10/5): 次回も利用したいと思えるホテル - 部屋のサイズが香港とは思えないほど広く、ロビー、エレベーター、お部屋のデザインはとても綺麗でした。尖沙咀や九龍、中環辺りでこのクオリティのホテルを取ろうとすると今回の3倍近くの値段になるため、とてもコスパがいいホテルでした。ロケーションも悪くなく、最寄りの駅から金钟駅までは2駅で10分程で着きます。本当に素晴らしい滞在になりました。

- Zuzanna (10/5): - Amazing view from the room, great design with a very comfortable bed, lovely staff. The hotel is a bit further away from central but easily accessible by bus and metro. The area is less hectic, which is an advantage if you’d like to rest and have a break from the busier parts of the city. There is a mall in proximity with lots of restaurants.
