Rumori esterni da altre camere , sul letto un copriletto vecchio e macchiato, non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché l'acqua era quasi fredda in più uno scarafaggio nel piatto doccia. La valutazione di booking era di 8,2 ma non si merita più di 4. Partenza anticipata per tutti questi motivi. Sconsigliato

- Maurice (10/5): I had a wonderful time in Naples and Altea Royale and will again thank Rosanna for her great work :) - The Property was particularly impressive due to its good location. Located in the centro storico made it possible to reach important sights and attractions very quickly. Important to note is that the concept of the stay are Smart Rooms, meaning that the whole check in process was automated. But don’t worry as Rosanna, the owner of the property, will contact you in advance over Phone and will give you all the important information and a heartwarming welcome, so you never feel alone at any time during your stay. I was travelling solo and she was always in reach if I had a question and she gave me good recommendations on what to visit, good restaurants, venues, bars etc. My Room was really clean and had enough space. It was well equipped, the beds were really comfy. The Room was beautifully decorated and had a good energy. All in all I can admit that one can notice with how much passion Rosanna looks after her rooms and naturally her guests. I would definitely book with Rosanna again. The Property is surrounded by a rough neighbourhood. But considering the location in Naples it can be expected. During my stay I never felt in Danger. You only have to be a bit cautious at night and obey general safety rules, especially as a tourist.

Recepcija ne postoji, svugdje se nalaze kamere i osoba koja drži hotel konstantno šalje poruke na Whats App, kvart u kojem se nalazi smještaj ne izgleda sigurno. Zapravo ne znam je li ovaj smještaj zaslužuje titulu hotel.

- Flávia (8/5): - A propriedade se localiza em uma região segura e tranquila, em um edifício residencial, com elevador; a dois quarteirões da Via dei Tribunale; próxima à cidade antiga, bem como de lojas, restaurantes, mercados, cafés etc. O quarto é muito amplo, aconchegante, silencioso e limpo. O banheiro é amplo, limpo, com chuveiro dentro da banheira, água quentinha. Uma delícia de banho! A Rosanna é extremamente atenciosa, solícita e amável, cuidando de todos os detalhes. As roupas de cama e de banho poderiam ser melhores.

Il bagno orrendo ma grande. Vasca. Vicino alla stazione e alla metro Situato vicino la stazione in una zona fatiscente. La camera va bene x chi ha veramente poche aspettative. Il bagno è molto ampio ed anche la disponibilità di stoviglie e forno a microonde è comodissima per chi si vuole "arrangiare". Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un paio di cuscini in più.

Mi ha attratta dalle foto viste sul sito il balconcino ma la vista era su palazzoni altissimi quindi non proprio quello che ci si può aspettare. ho prenotato apposta la stanza con la vasca idromassaggio ma ci è stato comunicato solo successivamente il fatto che fosse a pagamento (20 euro l'ora!!) e da prenotare comunque in anticipo. Abbiamo poi chiesto se fosse possibile lasciare in strutta le valige ma per parte della giornata sarebbero state non costudite in un'area comune di passaggio, accessibile anche agli altri ospiti e non supervisionate.

- Dale (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful staff, the lady on the desk even got up at 3 am to make sure our taxi to the airport had arrived. Modern renovated room with air conditioning, very clean and with a jacuzzi tub. I consider this a hidden gem of exceptional value.
- Glen (8/5): Convenient location - The facility is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The unit itself had everything I needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the central tourist area. The metro station is also nearby if you don't want to walk that far, although I never used it. The neighbourhood is rather grungy, although I wouldn't say unsafe. This area seems to be on a direct flight path for the airport.so planes start overhead at 6 am.

- Kim (8/5): Good location and well priced. - It was conveniently located, close to the train station and metro. The apartment had a lift so it was easy to get up and it was a good size with a cute little balcony. The shower was quite small. Other than that it was great.
- 102sandeeph (2/5): DO NOT STAY. DOUBLE CHARGED, STOLE MONEY AND DIDN'T OPEN THE DOOR FOR US TO STAY. - Do not use.we requested a check in at 1am. No one was there to check us in. We were tolf via whats app voice message stop messaging or they will call the police. We were forced to sleep in the car. To make things worse a week after the booking even though the merchant agreed to cancel the booking as booking.com wanted to know if we stayed there, they fraudently charged our card. Do not use. They steal your money when you send card details with them. DO NOT STAY HERE AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS. Currently on a process with my UK bank to get the money back.
- Katie (10/5): Really lovely place to stay! - This was such a lovely place to stay. The host, Rosanna, was very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations for places nearby to eat. The room was clean and spacious and had a small fridge which had some water already chilled when we arrived. Comfortable bed and working air conditioning made the stay very pleasant. It was a great location and a very short walk to the main street and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Will definitely be recommending this place!
- Robert (4/5): Avoid - My confirmation from hotels.com indicated that check-in time ends at midnight and that front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. I e-mailed the property in advance that I would be arriving at the airport shortly after 7pm and provided my flight details. This was acknowledged. Arriving at the property sometime after 8pm I knocked repeatedly on the locked front door, but nobody answered. With the help of a resident in the building, and later the proprietor of a nearby B&B, we telephoned the provided number for Altea Royale several times. Nobody answered. After eventually finding alternative accommodation for the night, I returned to Altea Royale the next morning and explained the problems. They apologized profusely and promised to provide a full refund. I accepted the apology and stayed there for the second night as booked. The story would end there - except Altea Royal have now reneged on their promise and are refusing to provide the promised refund. You can certainly find superior, professionally run accommodation nearby. Altea Royale simply cannot be trusted.

- Ole Jakob (6/5): Fire netter i Napoli - Vi hadde fire netter i Napoli for å kjenne følelsen av byen og se bygninger borger og kirker. Altea Royale er et hotell med noen få rom som ligger i en gammel gård. Det er vanskelig å finne hotellet. Det er fint oppussete rom. Sengen er god og badet virket som det skal. Beliggenheten er god ettersom det bare er noen minutters gange til Gamlebyen. Det er kort vei å gå fra togstasjonen. Gamlebyen i Napoli er veldig travel med smale gater og tohjuls kjøretøy som kjører fryktelig fort. Det føles ikke trygt. Det er jo en del å se i Napoli. Utenom Gamlebyen, ligger de fleste severdighetene i nærheten av spanske bydelen. Det er grei Metro, men avstandene er overkommelige med spassering. Rosanna Uzzo er leder og kontaktperson for hotellet. Hun er tilgjengelig og svarer på henvendelser. Veldig serviceminded. Det er ikke betjent reservasjon. Totalt sett er det vel et greit forhold mellom pris og kvalitet på Altea Royal. Vi opplevde det var stille og rolig om nettene. Totalt sett fornøyd med oppholdet.

The Location was right in the center and very easy to reach the train station in a very short time. finding the entrance took a bit of time. maybe a picture of the front door and what floor it was on would be better.

- Charlie (7/5): near train station - central accomodation , staff helpful nice room layout hotel must introduce simple breakfast and coffee too. the worst thing is that you have to remove the light key from the lock to open the door ,and the room finish blackout for a while.at least only one light should be on .....with a timer/relay. maybe as well the hotel should introduce as well that customers can use the lift free and not paying 5c....especially when you are on holiday ,you will not have a coin of 5c.

- Aleksandar (9/5): Super friendly host, clean room, good location - Rosanna was super welcoming and friendly, she also gave us super recommendations. Room was clean and useful. Location was good, close to the historical city center and also the train station Bathroom was a bit narrow, and hot water was not stable sometimes (it was getting cold/hot) But those were not big problem, just could be better
