- teddy091 (10/5): Incredible staff, fantastic breakfast, wonderful stay! Hotel is walkable to most major attractions, - We stayed at the Moxy on 2.25 and 2.26.26. After a long day of travel, the staff was warm and accommodating. They recommended a nearby restaurant, Dopios, that was incredible! Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to help us navigate the city, but a special thanks to Nasia, Erica, Alex and Christina. It is kind and caring individuals like these that make us want to travel! The breakfast at the Moxy is better than some higher end hotels btw! The grilled tomato with the cheese ... WOW!

- saltacity (10/5): Very good, centrally located hotel - This is a standard Moxy in Athens:very good & friendly service, clean and well furnished rooms, nice ambiance. Metro station Omonia [Ομόνοια] is right in front of the hotel, so easy to get around. The only real drawback is the size of the bathroom and shower - it is minimal. The shower does not allow space for movement (see photo). No deduction though, as apart from that it is a great hotel and I will stay here again.

Das Frühstück ist für Moxy ebenfalls sehr gut. Leider gibt es keinen schönen Aufenthaltsbereich, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Daher Abzug in der Ausstattung.

Super accessible, be it by train or subway, and close to a million interesting things to do and delicious food to enjoy! The rooms are compact but fully furnished, with a mini bar, safe, small desk and a super comfy sofa. The team is excellent: they know their neighbourhood and they care about their guests so much! Ask George for on point directions anywhere, Erisa for fun recommendations, Christine for yummy food, Chris and Panos at the bar for divine cocktails - MASTIHINI for ever! All in all, I'll be back to experience even more of their hospitality - and so should you!

I have no complaints. Now the team who work here? Absolutely outstanding. Every interaction, every conversation was engaging and pleasant. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation, room services, or just asking for some ice. I must have spoken with at least a half dozen different team members during my stay and every single one made me feel welcome, had a joke to share or just made my day more pleasant. They say you can't train people to be nice, you hire nice people to train? Well Moxy hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in a hotel.

Μας κάνανε δώρο το πρωινό, μας δώσανε ένα πολύ ωραίο και άνετο δωμάτιο προσφέροντας μας και σνακς λίγο αργότερα. Καθαριότητα και άνεση στο δωμάτιο, με ωραία θέα στην πλατεία. Επίσης μας έκανε ωραία εντύπωση ότι όλα τα παιδιά που δουλεύανε ήταν νεότατα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε πάλι.! Το ότι δεν είχε πάρκινγκ, ιδιαίτερα δύσκολο βέβαια για το κέντρο της Αθήνας!

- steelriver2014 (10/5): My first ever and perfect stay in a Moxy brand - Highlights - The complete crew members (in Moxy language) so passionate motivated and hospitable to all the guests - CHRISTOS and GEORGE we’re so nice by giving me a coffee as welcome drink as one exception - CHRISTOS from the lobby bar made me a wonderful coffee and also a multivitamin drink during the breakfast buffet. He is so passionate about his role and work in Moxy. We chatted a little bit about the food and concept of this wonderful hotel. - The breakfast was fresh, healthy and high-quality - I did some workout in the hotel gym and it was fabulous - The location is perfect for any city or day tours in Athens

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und aufmerksame Hotelpersonal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

- Rebecca (10/5): Loved it, and would recommend it to everyone - We stayed for a city trip of roughly 5 nights, we loved our entire stay. The staff was super attentive, and kind and always helpful and open for a quick chat. Metro or bus are both super close, and everything is easily walkable. Felt very safe overall, and in addition there is also a security before the entrance. Only downside was that with breakfast during weekend there was not enough space sometimes to accomodate everyone indoors, and they were seated on the outdoor terrace with december chilly weather.

- Antonis (8/5): Δεύτερη διαμονή με μέτρια συναισθήματα - Προσωπικό, τοποθεσία , concept Ενω είχα ενημερώσει μέρες πριν την διαμονή μας,καθώς και όταν έφτασα, για θέμα με κοιλιοκακη δλδ σοβαρή αλλεργία στην γλουτενη , το μόνο που βρήκα στο πρωινό ήταν δημητριακά Χ.Γ. Επιπρόσθετα μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο είχε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό για κάθε άτομο και μια μόνο energy bar, όπου ήλπιζα το άλλο πρωί να ανανεωθούν έστω τα νεράκια, αλλά και αυτό μάταια. Δεύτερη διαμονή μου με μέτρια συναισθήματα.

- Lynnette (10/5): - Comfortable, clean, cute hotel with a great breakfast. It's located in Omonia Square which has really improved over the years. There are lots of nice tavernas, bakeries, and shops just outside the door. Only two metro stops to the touristy stuff in the center.

Praticamente attaccato alla stazione della metropolitana di Omonia. Stanza spaziosa, moderna, minimal. Bel bagno con doccia spaziosa.

Omonia Meydanı kalmak için en mükemmel yerlerden biri değil. Etrafta belli ölçüde tekin olmayabilir. Ancak metro girişi hemen dibinizde olduğundan meydan ile bir alakanız olmuyor. Dilerseniz Uber ile de ulaşım çok rahat. Kahvaltı almanızı tavsiye ederim. Açık büfe oldukça başarılı. Cadde aşırı gürültülü. Odaların camları maalesef çok ses geçiriyor.
- Aisa_1228 (10/5): Hip hotel - This hotel is part of Marriott group and it did not disappoint. Yes, it is expensive. The bed and pillows are super nice. The rooms are spacious enough and is clean. I availed of the 15euro breakfast and this is also okay at it has many selection of cheese, bread, etc. The dining/lounge area is nice. I can stay here to work or just do anything. The design of the hotel is very hip. The staff are helpful and nice. The only downside is the location which they said near a sketchy neighborhood.

- Nona (4/5): - צוות נחמד ועוזר החדר היה מאוד מאוד חשוך עד כדי כך שהשתמשנו עם פנס מהטלפון .והאוויר בו לא היה נעים. פתיחת החלון הייתה קשה. המעליות אינן תקינות, הכפתור לא נדלק וזה יוצר חוסר נוחות. כדי להגיע לחדר צריך לפתוח דלת בין המעליות למעבר והיא קשה לפתיחה במיוחד אם מגיעים עם קניות בנוסף אין קומקום והמקרר בחדר כמעט לא מקרר. המלון גם רחוק מהמרכז למי שמגיע בשביל הקניות. זו חוות דעת אישית בלבד אך כל הפרטים הקטנים האלה בהחלט מפריעים לחוויית האירוח.
- sunflwrgyrl (2/5): Horrible experience. Don't stay here. - DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As Background, my husband and I spend 75-100 nights per year in hotels and have been Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members for close to 10 years. We have stayed in Marriott properties all over the world and this was by far our worst experience. We had booked just one night at the Moxy. It was our 4th hotel of the trip so we had been checking our Marriott app and we showed one reservation for one night. A couple of weeks before we decided to use a Suite Upgrade and added that to the reservation. Two days prior to our arrival, we received an email confirming our upcoming reservation. When we arrived to check-in, we were told we had 2 reservations. We said we hadn't booked 2 reservations and only needed 1 and showed our 1 reservation on the Marriott app, for the upgraded room. What we expected is that the staff would realize there was an error and cancel the 2nd reservation. The check-in staff said they would ask their supervisor. After we were in our room we received a call from the supervisor stating that they had added our Bonvoy number to the 2nd reservation and it would now show up in our app, and since we were beyond the cancelation deadline we would be charged for the second room, which was actually more expensive than the upgraded room we were in. We protested but he told us we could email reservations. We did, and received the same response the following day, as well as a receipt where they charged us for the room. We do not know how the error of having 2 reservations attached to our name occurred, but the simple, easy and best response would have been to cancel the duplicate reservation without charging us for the room. Instead, the hotel chose to charge us for a reservation that we didn't want, make or use. This made our stay at the Moxy more expensive than much nicer hotels in Athens. If we had wanted to spend that much on a single night we would have booked a better hotel. Bottom line: Stay elsewhere if you want to enjoy your time in Athens and not be charged double.
- Petr (9/5): - The hotel is well situated in the broader city centre at the intersection of two subway lines. The staff was really nice and helfpul, while the room was spacious, tidy and clean, furnished with new furniture, the overall interior desing was very nice and modern, in line with the current standards. I also appreciate breakfast and its great variety and wide selection (sometimes also unusual one). The reception is merged with a bar, which is a nice concept (and I could also appreciate the Happy Hour). Can definitely recommend the place (and it's just a three star hotel - more like a four star). I did only miss some small amenities in my room (such as electric kettle and some coffee and tea bags), but this may be simply due to a fact that a three star hotel simply does not need to offer such a thing.

- Camilla (10/5): Perfetto per 3/4 giorni ad Atene - Colazione buona e varia. Posizione comoda, appena fuori da una fermata della metro, anche se il quartiere di Omonoia non è proprio il top.. Aggiungerei qualche gruccia in più in camera, oltre che un’ulteriore poltrona, lo spazio c’era. Per il resto tutto ottimo!
