• Oleksandra (1/5): Dirty and humiliating - Guy at the reception who agreed to change the room after I found a red suspicious spot at the carpet A dozens of the spots in the variety I have not seen before- you can imagine the stories behind them The guy at the reception on the next day who laugh from me after I asked for the invoice, not the fiscal bill - he started laughing from me to his colleague not even waiting I will hide behind the corner so I heard everything, super humiliating

• Bhattacharjee (9/5): very nice stay - The selection for breakfast was very satisfying. Although there was a big weekend crowd I found your staff was working relentlessly to clear the used dishes and replenish the food at the buffet. The air conditioning in the room was not working. Only the blower worked which was set centrally at a certain temperature which we found somewhat warm for our comfort. Finally we had to open the window.

• Ivonne (4/5): Wir waren genervt und unzufrieden. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. - Die Betten waren angenehm, die Kissen zu klein. Sauberkeit war gut. Eine Bettdecke für 2 ist unpraktisch für ein Ehebett. Das Buffet war ok, aber zu eng gestellt und für den Ansturm und Grösse des Hotels nicht geeignet. Teils sassen die Menschen in der Lobby. Es wurde zu wenig betreut und nachgefüllt. Das Besteck fand ich schmuddelig und unsauber, wie auch die Oberflächen. Man musste teils 10 min Anstehen , da auch nicht alle Kaffeemaschinen funktionierten und der Raum einfach zu eng war. Für die Menschenmenge war auch zu wenig Sauerstoff und mehrfaches nachfragen für Belüftung wurde vom Empfang nicht umgesetzt. Nur ein älterer Herr bemühte sich eine Tür zu öffnen. Die Parkgebühr fand ich zu hoch und es gab Gestelle in der Garage, die das Parken extrem erschwerten. Ausserdem war in der Abend und Nachtstunde die Parkfläschen übermässig überparkt. (mehr Autos als Parkflächen) Die Empfangsperson war lustlos und genervt. Der Wunsch auf eine Quittung wurde ignoriert und keine Möglichkeit als Ausweg geboten.

Ricco buffet alla colazione ma senza glutine solo fette di pane,io mi sono dovuta comprare dei biscotti per non mangiare sempre panini. Succo di frutta troppo annacquato. Mezzi pubblici comodi ma un po' distante dal centro di Monaco.

• R SRI (9/5): Overall a perfect place for stay with family and value for money. - Very Good experience with family and my Kid, Hotel staff is very good and welcoming. Breakfast is also having varieties and sufficient for Travelers. Overall Good experience and location wise also perfect to connect to the Main attractions of Munich. Overall Good experience and no complaint. Some facilities like Pool, gym are not there however for us this is fine and for family travelers good to go ahead.

Na sever od hotelu je nonstop mekáč a nějakej větší obchod. Na pokoji chyběla lednička (vím, nebylo to uvedený ve vybavení tak co si stěžuju, ale já prostě myslel, že to je už ňák jako samozřejmost, kor když tam mají žehličku a prkno) Parkovani trošku dražší

• Saliha Kübra (7/5): İdare eder. - Temizliği ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. Ortak alanları rahattı. Odalarda ütü ve ütü masası olmasını çok beğendim. Odalarda dolap yok. Sadece askılık var. Kaldığımız oda biraz dardı. Tuvaletlerde taharet musluğu yok. Odalara su, terlik, temizlik kiti vs konulmamıştı. Ütü bile konup terlik konulmaması ise garip. Lavaboda ihtiyaçlarınızı resepsiyondan isteyebilirseniz minvalinde yazı vardı ama uğraşmadık. Bomboş sadece kalacak yeri olan bir oda düşünün. Mini buzdolabı yoktu. Konum olarak toplu ulaşıma yakın ama iki vasıta değiştirmeniz ya da tek vasıta ile gitmek isterseniz daha fazla yürümeniz gerekiyor. Bindiğiniz araçlarda çok az durak gidiyorsunuz ama yine de in bin yaparken epey vakit harcıyorsunuz. Merkeze yakın değil. Fiyat performans açısından bakacak olursak pahalı bir otel. Bu konumda bir otelin fiyatı daha uygun olmalıydı.

• Majid (8/5): - Čistota, velikost pokoje a lobby baru a možnosti zde pracovat, stabilní wifi, parkování, poloha hotelu - blízko MHD a případně výstavišti Mnichov. Zarezervovány dva pokoje se samostatnými postelemi, v rámci check-in toto nebylo potvrzeno, nakonec jen jeden pokoj se samostatnými postelemi, druhý s manželskou postelí. Snídaně - míchaná vajíčka z prášku a žádné tmavé nebo celozrnné pečivo! Fronta u check-out - sice uděláno elektronicky, ale musel jsem vystát frontu a požádat o opravu faktury.
