All in all a perfect expeience, would definetly come back to Santa rio in my next visit.
- Shkar (10/5): Perfect - When we first came in the hotel the staff were extremely nice and welcoming , the rooms were absolutely beautiful and fancy . The bed sheets were clean, the toilet the beds the shower was all clean . They provided us towels , soap , a working AC and they also provided us coffee , tea , sugar all for free . They also provided free WiFi which had great connection. I believe everyone should come to this hotel if they visit Istanbul due to its perfect service . I would 100% come to this hotel again .
- Fany (6/5): Seguramente volvería por ubicación y precio - El hotel está bien y tiene una mandíbula ubicación muy cerca de plaza Taksim, lo que le hace muy conveniente. En recepción muy amable aunque no todos hablan inglés. Tuvimos un par o tres de problemas. El agua no funcionaba y no nos pudimos ni duchar, otros huestes intentaron entrar a nuestra habitación creemos que por error y el frigorífico hacía mucho ruido. Tardamos en reconocer que el ruido venía del frigorífico. El personal muy amable por eso intento resolverlo todo.
- firat (10/5): Taksim de temiz ve güvenli konaklama - Lokasyon olarak iyi yerde. Ulaşımı kolay. Temiz ve ferah bir otel. Özellikle laundry temiz ve oda duş vs yeni . Oda ısıtma - soğutma sistemleri çalışır durumda ve yeterlidir .

- Gabriel (10/5): - Clean, well kept, helpful staff, nice room. Balcony view was beautiful. Comfortable bed and pillows. WiFi was pretty good, I was taking calls with the US, China and India. It was always best during the afternoon and started to get spotty in the evening.

Am Tag kann man gut shoppen in der Nähe. Moschee ist auch gleich da. Im Hotel ist halt eher nur für Übernachtungen geeignet.
- Ramzy (2/5): The worst of the worst - I did not stay we arrived at the hotel the room had extra bed that was no need for it and the room was so hot and the hotel itself in very dirty street we left the hotel after we found another hotel with in 1 hour and the hotel refused to retyour money we asked them to chart us for one night and return the rest but they refused so this hotel is one of the lowest hotels we have been in in the our life
