- Celia (5/5): - Estaba más o menos limpio y bien ubicado. Había mucha humedad, el agua salía con muy poca potencia y te pegabas bastante rato en la ducha, sumado a que no salía agua caliente.

- Oskar (4/5): Bra placering dålig lägenhet - Läget Dålig luft. Trasig bäddsoffa. Mögligt klet i kranen i köket. Inget varmvatten i köket. Vi var där Söndag-Fredag anmälde felen på Måndag och fick bara ett meddelande om att deras "maintance team" tittade på det.

- Melanie (8/5): - Buena ubicación, buen barrio con ambiente, restaurantes, supermercados, bus y tranvía a unos 5 min a pie. Tenía aire acondicionado, un imprescindible en verano. Es un piso que da al interior a un patio al que no se puede salir. El baño tiene un olor extraño que es muy desagradable y el techo lleno de moho. Deberian subsanar esto. El sofá cama algo incómodo, y a pesar de haber acordado una hora con la dueña, llegó casi 1 h tarde sin avisar y después tuvimos que esperar a que lo limpiaran. Una de las luces de la cocina se estropeó y no se podía apagar, lo estuvieron mirando el día de la llegada pero jamás volvieron para arreglarlo, por lo que tuvimos que dormir con esa luz encendida durante toda nuestra estancia. A pesar de esto, le doy un 8.

- Benoit (1/5): unsanitary housing unsuitable for the asking price - the restaurant at the bottom of the building: Rione 13 Very dirty and unsanitary accommodation, openings onto a patio without light with locked gates, very old equipment (no shower gel, no tea towels or paper towels), smell of sewers and kitchens of restaurants below, very noisy population in the building. The height of it all: the host extorts an additional €150 in cash on arrival for an arrival at 7:30 p.m. (not specified in the booking conditions).

- Angela (8/5): Great location! - Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurant options. Very walkable. Laundromat and grocery store are nearby. Apartment was very suitable for a family. Restaurant downstairs has great food, but was very noisy at night.

- Renia (7/5): Good - The area is very nice and lively with many options for food and drink nearby and all the sightseeing within walking distance of 25-30 minutes. The apartment is spacious. There were some insects in the flat, like spiders and earwigs. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. There was no sufficient hot water in the shower, it kept changing temperature whilst showering. The toilet had a weird smell when the door was kept closed, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

- Christian (7/5): The stay was good but not paceful due to inconvenience of arrival fee not committed in advance - Very good location. The property was clean and confortable. I had to pay 30 euros in cash in addition to the original reservation amount for the check in at 10pm which was not pointed out in the conditions when I made the reservation in Booking in US. This situation made me upset because it was not committed in advance and on the other hand it did not reflect emphatic with whom is traveling and it is challenged to control the specific hour of arrival. Most of cases, the owners offer self checking which is useful for the travelers.

- Nicoletta (5/5): It was cute we had a lot of fun in Rome, wish the place was a little better. - The location was great. Be aware of the extra 30 pounds late checking fee. A joke. As you are given 3 hr window checking and nowadays anything can happen. I will understand if it was a late checkout fee, or early check-in fee but I find this ridiculous especially as they don’t mention to till the end. Bathroom was clean-ish. There’s a weird smell coming from the pipe but I would imagine nothing they can do about. On the picture there was a bottle of wine on table as welcome gift. We received nothing. I kept complaining to the host that tv wasn’t working and again they didn’t do anything just kept telling how weird that was. Overall if you need a place to stay in Trastevere and you are 5 people works fine. But if you plan spending time at home they need to make your staying a little more comfortable and go that extra mile.

- Arturo John (6/5): - It was very hard to get a hod of the property owner to check in. It was just a basic average room. There were extra charges for everything, towels, cleaning, etc. over 200 euros. Just be aware of that. The area is perfect though. Walking distance to everything. The room is just a place to keep your things and shower. It did that for us.
- Travis (5/5): Passable - location shower had mold, shower head was clogged, bed sheets were not clean, appeared to have blood on sheets.
- Barbara (1/5): Over priced and not comfortable - Location The sofa bed was sinking in it's middle very badly and was extremely creaky and uncomfortable to sleep on. The windows did not let in any light as they all backed on to a closed courtyard. The noise from the street and restaurants below was a lot. There was no kettle. There was a lot of dust under the beds and sofabed which was escaping just by walking past them. It was very basic and overpriced for what it was. You would expect something more thought through for the guests and better quality with better hosting (e.g. leave welcome refreshment or local recommendations etc) for that money.
