There was an omelet, eggs, sausages, a variety of cheese, greens and tomatoes, muffins, bread and sweet additions to it + tasty coffee/tea. Good non-disturbing music was playing at the background. - The room was quite and clean. - Personnel were helpful and very nice to talk with (many thanks to Ufuk!). - Location of the hotel is good: many places to eat are around, very close to the atmospheric cozy streets of Beşistaş. - Cornelius (5/5): Be careful: This is a very low-budget hotel - Very well located, near vibrant area with restaurants and bars but that's about all that counts in its favour. Even if the hotel is safe, it does not feel very hospitable. Totally over-priced for what you get. Room was stuffy and dark on account of the fact that it had no windows. Bedsheets were cleary well worn, mattress was uncomfortable and, while not having windows blocks sound from the busy nightlife outside, the poor soundproofing allowed a lot of noise from staff and other guests to seep through. Shower temperature was impossible to regulate, breakfast was very limited and not worth the price.

- Lamont (9/5): A nice comfortable room in the heart of Besiktas - A nice place, which I chose because it's just a few hundred metres from one of the airport bus stops. They upgraded my room because they were quiet that night, so my room was huge for the price. Just bear in mind that it is on the main road so it can be noisy overnight. One thing I didn't like is that I almost missed my bus and had to sprint down the hill because I left around 10 minutes to get the bus stop (plenty of time) but they spent 5 of those checking my room for things they might charge me for (like stuff taken from the minibar). I know this is how hotels used to do it like 20 years ago but in the age of booking.com etc., I feel like they have to take that up through them rather than make me almot miss my bus so that they can manually check... Like, if yo don't trust me not to steal stuff, don't put it here.

Vor allem Ufuk Bey hat sich durch seine besondere Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ausgezeichnet – vielen Dank dafür! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ideal, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Man erreicht viele wichtige Orte schnell und unkompliziert. Im Großen und Ganzen war mein Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

- Pietro Marco (10/5): Perfect choice for your stay in Istanbul - Everything. From location to the staff who are always helpful, especially Ufuk. The room was very spacious with everything you need to feel comfortably at home during the stay. Breakfast is so good you will probably skip lunch. The view of the Bosphorus adds an extra to the whole experience and the neighbourhood has probably become my favourite in Istanbul after trying Taksim, Istiklal, Galata and Sultanahmet. Nothing to dislike, honestly!
- Pietro Marco (10/5): Eccellent choice for a hotel in Istanbul - The room was very spacious with a sofa and plenty of space in the wardrobe. The breakfast really makes you want to get up in the morning not to miss it with a really good variety of food and drinks included in the buffet. The staff are really professional and helpful always and Ufuk will make you feel like a guest of honour. The location is perfect because you are a short ride away from the tourist centre but right in the middle of Istanbul life though here locals are likely to speak little or no English. I highly recommend and will visit again when prices in Istanbul drop below London standards. There is nothing I disliked about this hotel.

WLAN funktionierte auch nicht immer. Das Frühstück hat mich leider auch nicht angesprochen. Der Kaffee wurde mit Chlorwasser zubereitet.

- Calik (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt nah zum Beşiktaş-Zentrum/Beşiktaş-Platz und von dort läßt es sich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin gut hinfahren. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein 3-er-Zimmer mit unserer 13jährigen Tochter mit Meerblick im 6. Stock. Jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten war herrlich. Trotz der viel befahrenen Straße haben wir wegen guter Fensterdämmung sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und völlig ausreichend in einem guten Ambiente. tatsächlich fällt uns nichts negatives ein

- Mohamed (3/5): This is NOT a 4-star hotel — 2 or 3 stars at best - Location is good Maintenance is almost nonexistent: bugs in the room, leaking water, dim bathroom lighting, loose handles on the closet and bathroom, and mold on the shower cabinet. Housekeeping didn’t even replenish coffee, tea, or water. Breakfast was extremely basic with nearly no options.

- Sandrine (5/5): Séjour en famille à serenity hôtel - L'emplacement Pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre , obligé d'allumer la clim sinon chaleur insupportable mais clim difficile à régler et bruyante . Le ménage était vite fait , des serviettes grisâtres avec des tâches . Le petit déjeuner compris était pris dans une salle sombre sans fenêtre où il faisait chaud et les aliments n'étaient pas réfrigérés tout était installé et il n'y avait personne dans la pièce pour vérifier s'il manquait des choses , on aura déjeuner le premier matin les suivants c'était à l'extérieur

They were so kind and friendly, especially Ufuk Bey — he truly made me feel like I was coming home. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming experience! The only downside was the breakfast — it lacked variety and wasn’t very satisfying. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof; since the hotel is on a busy street, you can hear a lot of noise from outside.
- Ceyhun (9/5): The serenity hotel really does justice to their name. It was really a relaxing stay for us. - Upon arrival the very friendly Ufuk offered us a free upgrade of our room AND the choice to have the room in front (street) or in the back of the hotel. I wanted to have the real Istanbul experience, so decided to have the room in front but me and my partner didn't experience discomfort of the noise outside. The room seemed well isolated and was very comfortable for our stay. Big plus for the tidyness, the room got cleaned every day, and big warm shower. Location was perfect to explore the beautiful city. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars around for the evening. We'd like to give an extra compliment to Ufuk, who always greeted us with his sincere smile. No question was to much for him and he always asked how our day was and gave us good tips. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpfull. We felt very welcome in this hotel. There was nothing that we really disliked, but we found the breakfast a bit sober to enjoy every day. But since it was included in our stay, no problem for us.
