- Nikola Jakovljević (10/5): Magical place with unique character! - Magical place with great host Alper and a unique character. It is an amazing place where you feel at home that has a touch of past style where you feel great. The room is comfortable with great style and you have everything that you need for you to enjoy the character of Vila. The location is really good, you are very close to the main attractions, the Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia, and other attractions, a sea walk area, including restaurants and shops. It is truly a unique place with a touch of magic. There is nothing bad to say about this place.

Вкусные и сытные завтраки, даже - Расположение отеля прекрасное, до Айя Софии идти 10 минут, удобство номера, у нас был трёх местный, подушка для меня была толстовата, но это на мой личный вкус. Два дня жили на третьем этаже в номере было несколько российских каналов, переселились ниже на этаж, настраивали телевизор тк вообще не показывал, после обновления увы уже без наших тв было, но мы не стали мучать повторно нашего прекрасного управляющего) И номер на втором этаже немного более изношен (сломан юсб порт для зарядки телефона, стеклянная шторка в душе слетала немного, не было маленьких мыла и шампунек) думаю на третьем меньше народа заселяют, тк пешком на третий этаж сложнее подниматься)
- Manlio (8/5): Outstanding staff made the difference - Amazing and friendly staff , everyone was kind and attentive throughout my stay. Alper was exceptional, always available and helpful at any hour of the day. The hotel is also very well located, just a few steps from the Blue Mosque. The bathroom in my room was incredibly small. Breakfast was good, but almost identical every day; the only daily variations were fresh fruit and the dessert. There is also a train station nearby, and some trains pass quite close to the windows, so it could be a bit noisy at times, although it was never unbearable as the trains were not running constantly. By Italian standards, I would describe this property more as a superior bed & breakfast rather than a true boutique hotel.

- yonghong (9/5): 宾至如归 - 很小很温暖的酒店。位置很好，闹中取静。经理Alpes非常绅士、友好并且仔细负责，亲自帮我们把几个大箱子拎上拎下。酒店的早餐非常好吃，住了三天，每天都不一样，很是喜欢。出门几十米右转出城门就是马尔马拉海边。不远处就是老城中心，那里应有尽有。我很幸运选中这个酒店。 酒店后面有铁路线，但火车很少，夜里几乎没有。关上卫生间的门并不影响我们。

- Ioannis (10/5): Υπέροχο τριήμερο στη βροχερή Πόλη - Όλα.. τα δωμάτια, ο πολύ άνετο στρώμα, το υπέροχο και τεράστιο μπάνιο, η εξαιρετική καθαριότητα και ο οικοδεσπότης μας.. πρωινό δεν πήραμε οπότε δεν έχω άποψη Το μόνο θέμα ήταν η φασαρία του τρένου που περνάει ακριβώς πίσω από το κατάλυμα.. αλλά αυτό δεν διορθώνεται δυστυχώς..Επίσης, αν έχετε θέματα κινητικότητας, ζητήστε δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο… η σκάλα είναι απότομη και πολύ δύσκολη.
- Mrzieg (9/5): - A wonderful cozy mini-hotel in the old part of the city, within walking distance from the sights. Wonderful comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. A simple but satisfying breakfast. I recommend. The only drawback is the subway line that runs right under the hotel windows. This adds some inconvenience related to the noise during passing trains.

Struttura attaccata ai binari della ferrovia con rumori e addirittura vibrazioni della stanza ad ogni passaggio di treno, che iniziavano molto presto la mattina per concludersi tardi la sera (soprattutto nei giorni feriali). There are many cafes nearby where you can have breakfast and dinner. Everything is close by, markets, mosques. Breakfast is simple, nothing special. - Andrej (10/5): Excellent - Everything is excellent, a perfect accommodation for a short vacation, the host is very kind. Only a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Everything is clean, I was delighted by the little touches, such as the shaving kit and toothbrush that were waiting for me in the bathroom — things I would have had to buy anyway... If I had to point out something, it’s that I occasionally heard the metro passing by and the soundproofing isn’t the best, but honestly, even that didn’t bother me. A charming place to stay!

- Elena (10/5): Wonderful stay and great hospitality - We had a wonderful stay at White Palace Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. They really do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast is traditional Turkish, which is very nice, and if you prefer something different, they are happy to prepare an omelet, yogurt with muesli and other options on request. We also arranged an airport transfer through the hotel, which was very convenient and comfortable. Everything was well organized and made our trip much easier. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a beautiful stay and it was simply magical to wake up into the vibe of the old town, surrounded by beauty and history. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and made us feel like home within moments of our check-in. The only slight disadvantage is a tram line right next to the hotel. The hotel itself is in a quieter corner of the neighbourhood, but the most sensitive sleepers might need to prepare for the rumbling of the tram in the early hours.

- Татьяна Келлер (9/5): - Приятный отель в отреставрированном старом доме со своей атмосферой. Дом трехэтажный, лифта нет. Из моего окна на третьем этаже вид на море и крыши. Очень уютно, удобная мебель, добротная сантехника, Шампунь, тапочки...все было в номере. Быстрый вайфай. Очень любезные сотрудники, и менеджер, и дамы. В отеле все хорошо организовано и понятно, быстро привыкаешь и чувствуешь себя как дома. Завтрак базовый, но достаточный. Расположен отель вблизи площади Султанахмет, в самом центре города. С другой стороны выход на набережную, где приятно прогуляться у моря. Прямо под окнами железная дорога. Когда поезд проходит,все сотрясается. Ночью тихо. В номере было душновато, окна для проветривания не открывались. Но мне лень было спрашивать менеджера, поэтому оставила, как есть.
- Ismail Omar (10/5): Очень хороший отель! - Завтрак Очень хороший, сытный и качественный турецкий завтрак состоявший из множества блюд. Продукты первой свежести! При необходимость всегда можно было взять добавки, но этого не потребовалось. Все сытно. К тому же очень красивая сервировка стола! Персонал говорит на нескольких языках. Местонахождение отеля Всего в 750 м. от главнейших достопримечательностей Стамбула (Голубая мечеть, мечеть Айа София, цистерна Базилика, дворец Топкапы и др). Но нужно немного подняться в гору. Стамбул сам расположен на холмах, так что это надо иметь ввиду. Район местонахождения отеля ООoочень спокойный. Если открыть окно в номере рано утром, чувствуется свежий морской воздух с Босфора. Окружение отеля - такие же небольшие, спокойные отели по соседству. Возле отеля нет ресторанов (ближайший ок. 150 м), так что никакие запахи из кухни не испортят вашего проживания здесь. Отдельное спасибо хозяину (или руководителю) отеля, господину Альперу. Очень предупредительный, вежливый, интеллигентный человек, готовый всегда прийти на помощь практически по любому вопросу. Номера в отеле. Не знаю как в других номерах, но в наш номер был большим. Особенно душевая комната. Как и само отделения душа, так и место для умывания и туалет. Все отделано настоящим мрамором. Никакого дешевого пластика. К тому же к услугам постояльцев очень много разных бытовых мелочей, которые могут понадобиться в путешествии. Например я забыл дома свою зубную щетку, но к счастью в номере была не новая зубная щетка, но и зубная паста. Различные шампуни, кондиционеры, мыло, тапочки, ватные палочки и т.п. Мыльные изделия очень качественного производителя. В номере был всепогодный (тепло/холод) кондиционер, но так как мы были в холодное время года, то он нам не понадобился. Вполне хватило тепла от батарей. Есть возможность регулировки тепла самой батареи отопления. В номере очень тепло. Сам отель очень маленький. Насколько я понял, в нем всего 6 номеров. Спасибо большое за теплый прием и приятное новое знакомство!

L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon. Les chambres sont faites uniquement sur demande. Nous avons passé 3 nuits très agréables dans cet hôtel. Plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner et une salle à la lumière du jour.

- Said (10/5): Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt rundum sehr zufrieden. - Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Komfort und Ordnung gelegt wird. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Herr Alper hat sich durch seine Professionalität und seine herzliche Art hervorgetan, er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – mitten im historischen Zentrum von Sultanahmet, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, ich komme bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Istanbul gerne wiede. Der Zug fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei, was etwas störend ist.

- Kohei (10/5): とてもいいホテルだった。 - まず内装は綺麗で素敵でした。一般的に、ホテルが掲載している内装の写真は綺麗でも、実際に行ってみたらがっかりすることが多いですが、このホテルは写真よりも実物の方が綺麗です。掃除も行き届いており、清潔です。 また、トルコ風の朝食も非常においしいです。 立地も優れています。旧市街の主要スポット(トプカプ宮殿、アヤソフィア、ブルーモスク、地下宮殿等)に歩いて行けます。ブルーモスクに至っては、ホテルの窓から見えます。フェリーターミナルやグランバザールも徒歩圏内です。近くにスーパーもあるので、水や果物を買うのも便利です。またイスタンブール空港からのアクセスも良く、エアポートバスの乗り場が非常に近い所もグッドポイントです。 何より、アルペルさんが非常にフレンドリーで親切です。次にイスタンブールに来る時も、ここに泊まります。 特になし
- Konstantin (10/5): Отдых в Стамбуле - Жили тут неделю в полу люксе на 3м этаже. Отель - идеально восстановленный деревянный дом начала 20 века. Все аккуратно и красиво. Хозяин вежлив, контактен и относится к тебе как к дорогому гостю. В номере: чай, кофе, мини бар, кровать удобная со свежим бельем. Из окна немного Босфора и мечеть. Район сам тихий, в округе ресторанчики и пара мелких магазинов. Слышимость в номере будет: немного соседи, не много поезд рядом ( ночью он не ездит). Санузел чистый, напор воды в душе несколько слабоват. Завтрак подают на цоколе: порционный, простой и вкусный с 8:00 до 10:00. В целом отличное соотношение цена-качество. Я точно могу рекомендовать этот отель для тех, кто хочет пожить в цивилизованной аутентичности Стамбула за отличные деньги. -

The location was perfect—within walking distance of Aya Sofia, which made exploring the area very convenient. The host was incredibly hospitable and friendly, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They also gave me excellent local recommendations, which made my stay even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and personal experience. There’s really nothing bad about my stay .

- Yumiko (10/5): The room and the consideration for guests are great! - At the time of check-in, the hotel's hosting owner was absent, so a neighbouring hotel staff went through the check-in procedure and l was guided to a nice room on the 3rd floor. Is it a manifestation of a good relationship that they can cooperate with each other among neighbouring hotels? There was a place I wanted to visit on the last day of my stay in Istanbul, so I decided to go out without meeting my accommodation owner. I used the message function of Booking.com to tell the hotel that I had checked in and the next morning's check-out time, I received a reply from the owner while travelling to my destination, telling me that he upgraded the room for free. When I returned to the hotel at night, the owner greeted me. I informed him that I would be on my way home early the next morning, and he said, "Please take a good rest." Due to my itinerary the check-out time was early, and I had to leave before the breakfast time, and I consulted in advance whether I could take out something to replace breakfast, and they prepared breakfast early. Thanks to them, I was able to replenish my energy and go home. The room I stayed in was calm and chic, and there was a spaciousness and atmosphere where I could relax. The fabrics and tableware provided also have a good sense of taste. The bathroom was bright and clean, and the floor drained well, so I could use it comfortably. In addition to shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, there are bath a sponge, a shower cap, a toothbrush set, a shaving set and sewing set, which were perfect and I was impressed. I thought that they were carefully preparing the accommodation environment in accommodation with the feelings of the guests. It was a very comfortable stay, which was a pity that l could stay there only one night due to the circumstances of my itinerary. It's hard to find the bad points.

Прекрасный персонал и максимально доброжелательный и приветливый менеджер Adil . В отеле всего 6 номеров. Отсутствует лифт, очень крутая винтовая лестница и не большого размера ступени. Очень маленького размера кровать, ширина 150 см это точно не king-size. Вокруг отеля идут ремонты других зданий и это не очень приятно.

Cela n'est pas un palace !!! - Personnel adorable et hôtel idéalement placé dans le quartier de la vieille ville à 2 pas de tous les lieux à visiter. Proche du tramway la situation del'hôtel collé à la voie ferrée à tel point que chaque passage de train (à partir de 6h) faisait trembler la chambre. La salle de bain mal foutue et toute petite. Un quartier en rénovation et donc des travaux lourds (construction de maisons en face de l'hôtel donc très bruyant.

Breakfast filled you up and was prompt and plentyful, the ladies serving us were lovely and attentive. What I liked about this hotel was its position, short walk to the main attractions and the coastal promanard within a few minutes walk. Went with the girls and we didn't want to go far in the evenings (too knackered after our exploring). Plenty of great places to eat in the immediate area and safe too.Just want to recommend the roof top restaurant just down the road, it was a fantastic find, sorry can't remrmber its name. It's on the same road opposite side about a minutes walk. Great views over the water and the blue mosque. Food in there is gorgeous, we ordered from all of the menu and shared dishes, the prawn thing and mushtoom thingys were tasty. Three of us had lots of food and wine and beers and was about £30 per head. Very memerable stay, recommended.

The location is ideal for a first time visitor to Istanbul many amenities and landmarks a short walk away. 100% would recommend. I'm struggling to think of anything!

It was quite loud from the standard double room on the ground floor, but not very noticeable from rooms on other floors. The train does stop running from midnight to 5 AM which helped with sleep.

- Steven (8/5): Good location but rooms can be a bit awkward so pay attention to the room details. - The breakfast was outstanding, lots of variety and the staff changed up the menu as requested. The staff was very accommodating and helped in every way we asked. The bathroom in our room was so small as to be almost unusable, very hard to maneuver and getting two people in there was impossible. Also the building is very near train tracks and you can feel/hear the train. We were on the third floor so the noise was minimal but the lower floors may experience more noise from the train and the street outside the front entrance.
