• ANDREAS (9/5): Very nice stay - Great location! Outside the yellow line of Metro, and very close to the green and red line. Very safe area. Very clean. Modern style. I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was very poor. Without bread, milk, eggs and cheese.

Tutto è stato perfetto: la pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni era impeccabile, davvero difficile trovare di meglio. La posizione è ottima, comodissima per visitare la città: ci sono diverse fermate della metro a due passi dall’hotel, quindi spostarsi è facilissimo e veloce. La colazione, anche se non molto grande, è completa e ben organizzata: c’è tutto il necessario per iniziare la giornata nel modo giusto. Personale gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e una posizione strategica! consiglio a tutti 🇮🇹 Forse un po il letto piccolo e la tenda della doccia, ma sciocchezze per il soggiorno!
• Simone (1/5): Sono stato a Ny altre volte… questa struttura la sconsiglio, ce ne sono delle migliori… - Posizione Colazione misera, pulizia delle camere tardo pomeriggio, oltre al prezzo della camera hanno voluto un deposito cauzionale di 700 dollari. Poche ore dopo mi sono accorto di una ulteriore richiesta di addebito dell’importo del soggiorno (ancora ad oggi in sospeso e da stornate). La struttura in merito a questo doppio presunto addebito non ha saputo dare spiegazioni.

Camera di dimensioni buone, bagno ampio e comodo, tutto davvero pulito. Colazione solo dolce, ma per noi sufficiente e buona! In camera mancava un armadio a giorno ed era presente solo un stand per valigia, nonostante fossimo due ospiti in camera. Per fortuna c'era la sedia della scrivania per avere un appoggio in più...

• marzia (7/5): Tutto sommato bene ma molto migliorabile - Letto molto comodo, pulizia quotidiana, doccia con vetro, ad una passo dalla metro ed in un bel quartiere. Han fatto pasticcetti con la carta di credito, poi risolti, ci hanno buttato una busta in camera senza guardare cosa ci fosse e c’era no gli indumenti usati e da lavare. Colazione un pochino scarsa, senza salato, alcuni giorni addirittura senza succhi o pochissima frutta.
• Lady Ana Bela (7/5): Razoável - A localização é boa, tem muitos restaurantes e estação de metro e bus a escassos metros O pequeno almoço é de um hotel de 2* não de 4* chamar um pequeno almoço continental é chamar, cavalo puro sangue a um burro. limitava-se a bolos pequenos, pão só de um tipo donuts, sem fruta, sem ovos, sem bacon, sem queijo, de facto uma miseria, para quem pagou 2 por dia nem 1 foi satisfatório. Por isso o preço da diária é preferível sem pequeno almoço, senão é muito caro.

• Tina (8/5): Comfortable Stay - The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing. The subway is just steps away and it doesn’t take long to get all over Manhattan without fighting the traffic. Our room is as very clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated how quiet it was. The dislikes are few and small. Our room had practically no storage. There was a tiny closet but no shelves or drawers so we spent the week living out of our suitcases.

• Karen (3/5): A hostel might be a better choice - The staff were friendly and the location couldn't have been better for the activities we had planned for our visit. The rooms were so small, I frequently stubbed my toe on the bed when exiting the bathroom. I could lie in bed, poke my foot out from the sheets, and touch the wall. With all fees and taxes, I ended up doing this for $400/night. The room was street side, and it was so noisy from activity at the bar below, we were up until 4 am — then the garbage trucks started in. Thankfully, they switched our room to one in the back — which was even smaller. Outlet on only one side of the bed and no nightstand or shelf for phones. We were gone from 7 am to 6 pm and returned to a room that hadn't been visited by housekeeping. Initially, it was the longest check-in process in all of my (many) years of traveling. Although everyone was friendly enough, it didn't make up for the huge expense and sub-par accommodations.

• Sofia (1/5): - Mi avevano detto inizialmente che avrebbero preso 100 dollari a notte come cauzione, successivamente ne hanno presi solo 200 circa e l’ultimo giorno quando ce ne siamo andati hanno aggiornato l’ammontare del prelievo da 200 a 1500 dollari. Mi hanno detto che sarebbe stati restituiti entro 7/10 gg lavorativi, ma dopo 14 gg lavorativi non ci hanno dato nulla indietro.

• Nicole (10/5): Würden immer wieder erneut buchen. - Super schönes Hotel, Zimmer waren super eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber völlig ausreichend. Es gab Bagels und Gebäck jeden Morgen sowie Müsli und Joghurt. Obst war auch ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig, sodass man den Nachbarn meistens beim Nachhause kommen gehört hat. Das hat den Aufenthalt aber nicht negativ beeinflusst.

It was my first time New York City. I loved it. I wish they give you more free items for the price of the room, but overall really worth it. No free Toothbrush or lotion etc for the price you should be given toiletries why wasn’t I gifted free toiletries or a cookie etc

• Lajos Zsolt (8/5): A szállás összességében megfelel egy heti tartózkodásnak. - A szállodához közel van a metro, igy minden könnyen elérhető. A szobában minden nap takarítottak és az egész szállodában tisztaság volt. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A reggeli egyhangú és kicsi volt a választék. Az étkezőben kevés a hely. A szobában kicsi a szekrény nem lehet benne elférni, valamint a bőröndöket sem tudtuk hova rakni.

• Jana (9/5): - Skvělá poloha, na několika linkách metra, navíc docházkové vzdálenosti mnoha hlavních atrakcí, hned vedle parku a říční promenády. Zde v komentářích je kritizovaná snídaně - tak ta je úplně v pohodě, fajn výběr, všechno chutnalo dobře, jen se nemění. Hezký bonus jsou wine and cheese reception. Klimatizace/topení se dle teploty v místnosti zapíná/vypíná, ale nic co by vás rušilo ze spaní. Personál je milý, kauce byla vrácena po pár dnech. Super poměr cena/výkon, na to, že jste v centru NYC je to levné. V jídelně je na snídani opravdu chladno, pokud pojedete v chladnějších měsících, vezměte si bundu.

Σεντόνια και πετσέτες άλλαζαν κάθε μερα .Το προσωπικό ηταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό!Μας προσφεραν κρασί το απόγευμα και μας κράτησαν τις βαλίτσες για μερικές ώρες στο check-out.Ευχαριστουμε Barron για όλα!

• Diangelo (4/5): If you want European standards don’t come here. - Location is good, bed comfortable. First day of arrival, towels in room are missing. Breakfast served on plastic plates (yes plastic!), no eggs, nothing savory. Served until 10 am, but by 9:20 am on one of the days all of the food was already eaten up. One of the days the breakfast room was about 10 degrees c. Toilet paper in the bathroom razor thin, the kind that they used to have in Italy 20 years ago. Room lacks furniture, my side had no table. Only thing for clothes is a half a meter broad wardrobe. Overall probably the worst breakfast I have seen in the 30+ hotels I’ve been in over the last 2 years.

No es lo más lujoso del mundo pero la ubicación está muy bien y el hotel está cuidado. - Ubicación, el desayuno te lo incluye y aunque no es gran cosa es bastante completo. Algunos trabajadores de recepción eran muy secos. En nuestro caso no teníamos plato de ducha y la bañera no era cómoda ni estaba bien.

Only croissants and coffee. On the website they did not include what exactly breakfast includes and if I knew it’s so basic I would not breakfast option. We got wheelchair accessible room which it was not what we booked.

• Andy (9/5): Can’t complain about anything, was the perfect location for what I needed. - Excellent location for FiDI, lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Good subway connections to midtown. Hotel is modern, clean and staff always welcoming and super efficient. A bar and restaurant on the property would be great but plenty of options within a short walk.

• Brian (10/5): - Close proximity to the Freedom Tower. 2 taverns on the small block. Light breakfast in the morning. Stagg was very accommodating & the hotel seemed quite clean. Satisfied with our stay. Stayed just 1 night, but quite satisfied for a NYC hotel.

• Carrie (9/5): Great location and helpful staff - We booked to stay here for a week in February and as a result of the snow storm, ended up staying an additional 3 days due to cancelled flights home. The hotel were really helpful during the whole of our stay and in arranging for us to stay in the same room for the additional nights. The room was a good size and a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the free cheese and wine evenings and found the staff to be friendly and helpful during our stay, sharing their knowledge of places to visit. The gym was always accessible and continental breakfast was okay. Location is great - a few minutes walk to Staten Island Ferry terminal and there is a subway station on the same street as the hotel, meaning easy access to other parts of Manhattan. The bedroom was a little dark with it's lighting and the lifts could be a little frustrating to use sometimes. Despite these niggles, we would still recommend the hotel and stay again.

• Philip (9/5): A wonderful stay and will definitely return! - The staff, especially the front desk personnel, was extremely polite and very helpful! The manager on duty was exemplary and made our stay quite memorable, which will definitely influence our future hotel choices. A more inviting lobby would be admirable, and I also did not like that there were no vending machines.
• Serhan (10/5): Bir daha geliriz - Konum, personel ve imkanlar harika. Saat 17.00 ve 19.00 arası 2 kattaki ücretsiz şarap saatleri harikaydı. Sanırım bu imkan mart 2026 sonunda bitecek. Otel çok yeni ve temiz, sadece duşlar yıkanırken kaygan olabilir dikkat edin.
