The place is right in the middle of the city, and it's super easy to get to the BTS and MRT stations. They also offer a free tuk-tuk service, which made it super easy to move around and was a nice extra. The hotel looks really nice, with modern and stylish rooms that are both comfortable and clean. Every part of the hotel smells great, which made the whole place feel calm and welcoming. The facilities are all high quality and kept in great condition. What made this hotel special, though, was the staff. Everyone was really friendly, caring, and always ready to help. We especially want to thank Praew, Bena, Lin, and Tam for their amazing service. Tam did an extra special job to make our stay amazing—always cheerful, helpful, and professional. If you're looking for a hotel in Bangkok that has a great location, modern rooms, and excellent service, Gardina Asok is the one to choose. We can't wait to come back!

A big thank you to Benq, Jo, Prew, Lin, and Newton. The cleanliness of the hotel guarantees a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel's own restaurant is also highly recommended. It is best to book breakfast here as well, although the à la carte breakfast is also very tasty and reasonably priced. Thanks to its own tuk-tuk shuttle to the two nearest train stations, the hotel is very well connected to public transportation and is therefore also recommended for its location.

- jamesthom (10/5): A great hotel with amazing Staff - We stayed at the Gardina hotel for one week in October 2025. we were very impressed overall and would happily reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The hotel is clean, presentable and well maintained. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had great facilities. The room contained a sperate kitchen/eating area and bathroom. The shower (which is my must rate) was very good. The pressure was amazing and the water was hot without any delay. The staff were at all times helpful and seemed to have a good grasp of english which was a big plus for us. The hotel has a great small gym and a steam room. The pool is top notch and kept very clean. There is a jacuzzi/spa attached which is great for those times you want to relax. The pool was not busy which was a plus. I would love to see the hotel embrace the pool more and offer poolside eating/drinking as the staff in the attached restaraunt seemed to be quiet at times of the day and this could be a valuable way to increase sales and give the staff something to do. Sitting by the pool with a snack and a drink is a great way to relax and the fact the hotel does not allow this seems like a missed oppoutubnity. The rooms require a key to keep the air con on when you leave the room, this can be an issue as they only give u one key per person and you need that key to use the elevator to go up or down (you can not even go to the lobby without the key). My partner and I at times travelled around BKK seperatly and we had to conridinate re the key so we could ensure the room stayed cool for our return (needing to leave key in the holder and the trick of using another card does not work, u must use the room key to do it) The hotel location is quite isolated, but the hotel offers a free tuk tuk until midnight evrey day which can take you to the local MRT station or to the top of the road where there is ample shopping and a a BTS Station close by. Overall we were super impressed with the hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

While the location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Asok BTS Station, the complimentary e-tuk tuk service offered by the hotel made it convenient to get to Asok BTS area or the Queen Sirikit MRT station. You can simply message them (I used WhatsApp) to ask them to pick you up. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and loved the aroma scent they used in the building! Our stay included breakfast, which allows you to pick from a main dish from a set menu and two drinks and tasted good.

The Executive Room was very spacious and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that ice had to be purchased from the restaurant (110 baht for a small bucket). The pool was extremely small—just a bit bigger than a private villa’s—and with only three groups using it, swimming became nearly impossible. The water was oddly salty, and my child developed a skin rash afterward. Breakfast was a highlight: friendly staff, a good variety, and tasty food. Takeaway is available if you can’t dine in.

My wife and I chose this hotel for our Bangkok trip, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Lin was very helpful advising us which metro station to use to get to the riverside. Coffee was really nice here too! Great hotel! Also instead of turning right out of the hotel and heading up to Sukhumvit, try turning left and walking down the road, there’s loads of little food shacks that are super cheap and the food is awesome.

They have washer dryers, which us very helpful with kids. The cafe under the hotel is great. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. The pool is small, but it is still usable for kids. The seating around the pool is relaxing, however, while we stayed there was a lot if construction noise that could be heard while at the pool which was unfortunate. The gym is great, but there was always a line up fir the running machine as there is only one. It would be nice to replace the stepper with another running machine. Overall this is a great place. It was my third overseas trip with my husband after I got married, and I was so satisfied and I enjoyed playing golf. Kind staff, pleasant bedding, nice views, close to the city, and it's a great location to know about TrackPickJam. As you may remember, when I checked in to room 511, I was so busy that I gave you an e-ticket at another hotel, and you treated me with a smile. And I still remember those smiles when I was checking out, even though I had a lot of luggage in my suitcase and my golf bag. Thank you so much I took a picture of the female employee's name, but I didn't take a picture of the person who picked up the baggage during the check-out. I think I heard, "Tamdi?" I don't know if it's right. And the employee who took care of safety at the parking lot was very kind and gentle.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment for three nights in July. The apartment was perfectly furnished. Three luxurious bathrooms and a large kitchen with a washer/dryer left nothing to be desired. The gym and pool area are very well maintained and shielded from city noise. Breakfast is served à la carte at the Lazy Daisy by a friendly team. The fresh fruit was delicious! The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Asok Station and the “Terminal21” shopping mall. At Asok Station, the Sukhumvit Line and the Blue Line intersect, providing great connections to the airport and many sights. The Gardina team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

Gardina Asoke Hotel has been my top choice for two trips to Bangkok—and both times, it absolutely delivered. My first stay was in 2023, and I returned in 2025 with high expectations. Amazingly, everything was just as wonderful as before. The service remains warm and sincere, and the room condition is still excellent. Whether you're traveling with a partner, friends, or family, this place is ideal. The spacious living room, large bedroom, two bathrooms, simple kitchen setup, and a sofa bed make it incredibly comfortable. There's even enough room in the bedroom to add an extra bed if needed, and the bathrooms especially the shower are large and well-maintained. I’ve stayed at several hotels, including Sheraton, but this one feels like the best value by far. The pool, sauna, and gym next to the lobby aren’t huge, but they’re compact, clean, and perfect for relaxing or working out. Just a small note: the lobby café might not serve coffee during the evening hours, so keep that in mind. Honestly, this place is so good that part of me doesn’t want it to become too popular, But I felt compelled to write this review as a way to thank the amazing staff who welcomed us so warmly. This was actually my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was during summer vacation with friends, and the second time was for SEVENTEEN’s concert in Bangkok this February. Both stays were amazing—the hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff are so attentive and friendly. I even got to know Sun! I was so surprised you recognized me during my second visit. My friends and I remembered you too—you left a really great impression. Thank you for always helping us with our luggage and even coming to pick us up from Foodland when it was raining, haha! I really love Thailand, and though I’m not sure when I’ll be back next, I’m looking forward to seeing you again!
- 830yunjic (10/5): Perfect hotel I've ever chosen - It was first time to visit Thailand and the best choice in this travel is to choose this hotel, and the hotel is the best I've been so far. So kindly staffs, so aesthetic room and pool. Especially staff Tam, thank you so much for perfect service🙏🏻 We have some events that we thought we forgot our belonging at a cafe, so needed to call the cafe, one female staff(sorry for forget her name😢) borrowed her phone to call to the cafe🥺🥺. Thank you soo much all of the staffs. I'll visit again here 100%. 방콕 처음 왔는데, 여기 호텔 선택한 게 가장 최고였어요. 한국인들 많은 건 다 이유가 있었다는 걸 다시 한번 깨달았습니다. 룸도 크고 일단 스탭분들이 정말 친절하세요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 체크아웃하고 짐도 맡길 수 있고, 공항가기 전에 찝찝할 수 있으니 씻어도 된다고 하셔서 덕분에 깔끔하게 씻고 비행기 탑니다👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 최고에여 한쿡인들 다 여기로 커몬
- samiraslh (10/5): Great Stay with great staff - We had an amazing stay at Gardina Asoke. The staff was so friendly and helpful all the time. The room was super clean and modern. We also had a great pool area which felt like an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. Especially Yo from the reception helped us to travel as fast and convenient as possible. The Tuk-Tuk drivers were so friendly! Special thanks to Joey and Zee. We would recommend coming here!

A thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. The property was exceptionally clean, which is something I highly value during any stay. A heartfelt thank you to Tam, Newton, Sun, Keaw, and Lin. You all went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate everything you did to make my experience so memorable. Excellent service all around!
- Sherpa735092 (10/5): Making Bangkok Memoried - Our first time travelling together as high school friends and we had an amazing hospitality experience with the team Praew, Kaew, Tam, Amy, Sun and Jib - they've been so helpful and hospitable as soon as we got out of our car. The facilities in the room are kept in a very well state, clean too! Indeed ideal for a hangout time with the friends as there are plenty of room to move from a space to the other The dining island is our favourite spot too! If we were to come back go Bangkok, Gardina is definitely our accommodation to pick! May Jesus Christ bless you, Gardinateam!

- Wayne (10/5): - Executive apartment was stunning. Very peaceful and quiet Hotel in hectic Bangkok. Beautiful pool area. Free tuk tuk was handy to get to metro. Outside if central city but plenty of cafes and convenience stores in walking distance.

- nari (10/5): - 가족여행객에게 최고의 장소입니다 룸3개, 욕실3개, 식세기, 세탁기, 큰 식탁까지 모든게 완벽합니다. 청소상태도 깨끗하고 근처 로컬 식당도 맛있습니다. 무엇보다 1층 레스토랑 식사가 정말 맛있습니다. 저녁에도 꼭 드셔보세요. 수영장은 아주 작고 귀여운 수준이지만 예쁘게 잘 꾸며둬서 괜찮았습니다.

- Kit Yung (10/5): - The staff are nice. The place is clean and comfortable to stay. There are convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel. They provide free tuktuk service back and forth between the hotel and the nearby stations. And we found an amazing local food market few minutes away from the hotel. The whole experience was incredible.
- Martin (10/5): - Wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a great base to explore Bangkok, whilst providing an oasis from the madness. The free Tuk Tuk service was a bonus too.

- PINCHUAN (10/5): - 櫃檯人員親切，房間寬敞，設施有健身房跟游泳池小巧且實用，有嘟嘟車免費接駁到最近地鐵站也很不錯，非常推薦。
- Chan Pui Ling (10/5): - 職員有禮貌，酒店房間很大，我們六人住一聽三房。酒店附近按摩及餐廳均有水準，性價比高值得推介。
- Peter (4/5): - Good: big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Cons: Don't bother to go sit at the pool after sunset, It is mosquitoes infested. My friends in another room got bitten in the room, and my room same. Lots of trees, and sitting water around the pool is perfect for mosquitoes. Also one needs to have the room keys for even to the lobby. I got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes because I left the key inside the room to go down to lobby.
- DAVID (6/5): - Minor eorks around the pool which zi was not made aware of. The pool is so small and thr pictures of it and its fescrition is deceptive. Only 6 beds around a very small pool area
- Shih Chin (10/5): 值得推薦的飯店 - 有接駁服務，且預約回覆及時，非常有效率，員工友善且笑臉迎人，飯店香氛選擇讓人放鬆且有高級感，飯店不大但很有細節，房間非常大CP值很高，在這住5天4夜，之後來曼谷會是我第一選擇
- Peter (6/5): - Hotel is very clean, and the staff, very friendly. Only two issues; very limited gym for a decent workout, and both the lobby and the gym were mosquitoes infested. Both my room and my friend's room were found with many mosquitoes. Hotel must do something about this.
