Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Lily (9/5): Gorgeous place, great location, provided everything and accomodating host. - This place was honestly stunning. Such a unique apartment/loft, packed with all the necessary amenities. The apartment came with blow dryers, toiletries, kitchen utilities and was located in a hidden alley behind the busiest street. An amazing area to be staying in, was near bus locations, cafes, late night food stops, clubs and convenience stores. It definitely wasn’t sound proof, if you’re staying throughout the weekend, you will hear late night club goers but it wasn’t much of an issue for us during our stay. The host was very accomodating, made the check in process extremely smooth and easy for us, provided all the necessary information and checked in constantly. Though there were some issues that can be fixed for future guests.. Our bed sheets were quite dirty with stains and it seemed that the quilt cover doesn’t actually close properly? so the duvet just kept coming undone with no way to properly keep it together.. showing the dirty duvet in the covers, which made our sleep quite uncomfortable. When we first checked in, there were small bugs in the bathrooms but that issue was resolved for a bit with the bug spray provided. Overall though, this place is amazing nevertheless.

Corey (9/5): Fantastic location in Surrey Hills/Darlinghurst, a loft that is elevated with it's styling & space. - The styling and fit out were superb. Great use of space, love the blinds, stair case and loft area and the location is fantastic. Even the bathroom is a nice surprise hidden away, just very execution of a small space, i loved it. The noise on Saturday woke me up with lots of drunk people yelling outside at 1am. That's the only challenge i had. I know some reviews said there should be some blinds in the window upstairs because the sun comes through in the morning, but i just wore an eye mask......improvise people!

But I notice that my dislikes have all been reported in previo - Good location Clean Shades on the window at the bottom of the stairs could not be adjusted and allowed bright light from the street in at night. No shade at all on the bedroom window A lot of noise from street outside (poor noise insulation )

Rubbish trucks collected from 3am onwards and loud talking etc from the night clubs started at 4am. Such a pity as it is a super fabulous apartment! Any chance of double glazing? Would solve the problem!
