• Sapna (3/5): - Early checkin was not given even on repeated requests though they have empty rooms. After repeated requests, they charged 1,00,000 VND for every hour we checked in early. This is their hospitality. No complimentary water bottles were given. Normally, 2 water bottles per day are given in every hotel / apartment. They do not clean the room daily. Location is also very far off. Whole day and night either sound of rooster or cat is there. Very disturbing.

• Jack (10/5): Fantastic value rooms with everything you need for a short or long stay. - Amazing big rooms and an excellent location close to Ba Dinh and Tay Ho. Lots of shops around and really comfortable sofas and beds.

• Hanna (9/5): Superb - Very nice room, comfortable bed. Not too far from Tay Ho Lake where there are bars and restaurants, walkable distance. Reasonable price.
• Lara (9/5): Clean, spacious and light apartment in Tay Ho area - Spacious, light Apartment with functional aircon and big bathroom. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice security guard who opens the gate for you after 10 pm. Convenience store directly opposite. I had to pay in cash, it would have been nice to be able to pay by card. The kitchen is not very well equipped, so if you want to cook, you are probably very limited in your options.
