- Harikrushna Bhavsar (10/5): A Fantastic Stay with a View to Match - The location is nice, with so many cafes nearby...The rooms were nice and clean, and the sea view from the balcony was amazing. The studio even had a stovetop, which was really helpful for making breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and I loved my stay. I'll definitely be back !!!! There is absolutely nothing that I can point out.

- Oleg (7/5): - view from the terrace I've traveled the world quite a bit, and I have to say that the off-season price for this standard, without breakfast included, is a bit steep. I had a room on the very top floor. The door wasn't airtight, it was very noisy, and you could hear everything from outside, even though there's a road nearby. The bathroom stank of sewage, the walls in the room were dirty, and overall, the cleanliness wasn't great.

- Светлана (7/5): - Мы проживали в номере с одной спальней, нам нужен был стиральный порошок и нам его дали, за что большое спасибо. Так же в отеле есть велосипеды, на которых мы ездили на водопады. Мы предполагали, судя по фото с букинга, что номер будет с видом на море, у нас был номер с видом на парковку, диван в номере был весь в пятнах, это было не приятно. На кухне почему-то не было горячей воды.

Entrance door of the room have some soundproofing problems, sliding door in the bathroom don’t slide properly, and, despite presence of small kitchen, there were no knife, spoons, forks nor dishes. Mirror in the bathroom have some cracks.

- Yurie (8/5): - お部屋やバルコニーが広く清潔で、快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫や冷凍庫が所謂普通のミニバーよりもサイズが大きかったのもよかったです。 周辺に飲食店やスーパーなどがたくさんあり便利でした。 -掲載写真からお部屋やバルコニーからの景色は一面海なのだと思い込んでいましたが、実際にはホテルから海までは少し距離があり他の建物が眼下にあったのがすこし残念でした（とはいえ綺麗な眺めでしたが。） -シャワーブースの扉が閉まらず、洗面台の水捌けも悪かったです -簡単なカトラリーか、少なくともマドラーは用意してもらえたら助かります。

The bathroom was ok, clean enough. I've ordered a room with a sea view, and it was quite good. Although we got the room on the 2nd floor only, if it were on a higher floor, the experience would have been much better. The night-shift reception worker was very kind to help us order some food in the nighttime, which was very much appreciated. Would stay again! The AC was leaking, but seemed to be repaired the next day.

Sadece oda konaklaması için çok yüksek bir ödeme yaptığımı anladım. Daha sonraki tatil planım için asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Die Suite war sehr geräumig und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Der Wasserkocher (eher für türkischen Tee) funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Türen waren nicht zu schliessen und die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht richtig gekühlt.

- Helene (9/5): - Absolut großartige Unterkunft, besonders die Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meerblick. Die Räume sind hell, sauber, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist beeindruckend. Auf der Terrasse kann man abends die frische Luft und ein selbst zubereitetes Getränk genießen. Am Abend war es hellhörig – die Tür hielt den Autolärm von der Straße nicht ab. In der Nacht wurde es jedoch deutlich ruhiger.

- Zaheer (10/5): Exceptional - Hi, I wanted to give 10/10 experience of my stay in Letstay Panorama Suites. The room was a large size with a balcony terrace as well. Full amazing sea view without any barriers overlooking the sea. The room was great too clean, tidy and very well maintained including the ceiling & flooring.

I was happy with the property until we asked to extend for a further night and were told that would be fine and to come to reception the next day. We wanted the same size room and we agreed on a price for this. We were then told the room change would happen around Mid-day the next day. The next day we packed up our room and tidied all up ready to change rooms and went out for a while. At around 10am we had a call from the hotel asking us to change rooms now and even though it was a little earlier than discussed we returned to the hotel and paid for the room at reception. We were then told the room was ready for us to take our bags to. I noted that it was on a different floor that he had mentioned the night before. We collected our bags from our old room-checked out and took our bags to the new one. Upon opening the door we discovered it was not the same size but considerably smaller-a small room only. We had been in a Superior Suite before hand, with a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. We did not enter the room, left our bags and thinking there had been a error attended reception again. It really felt like he was trying to put one over us and suddenly didnt understand English. Then told us that the room we were meant to go into hadnt been vacated as it should have as the occupants were sick. We were rightfully very unhappy as he knew full well when we went to the new room that it was not what we had agreed to, booked and minutes before paid for! After having spent the week at this hotel it was very disappointing to be treated in this way and we immediately demanded a full refund for the room we just paid for and left the hotel for another establishment. ..I was happy with the property until we asked to extend for a further night and were told that would be fine and to come to reception the next day.
