- Ray-leean (6/5): All automated. Don’t expect timely support if you have any questions. - Location was central to old town There’s no front desk. We got there and the check in info was not sent to proper email, the WhatsApp number didn’t work for us. We had to have the security guard help us make the call to get our check in info.
- Coops (8/5): Prachtig en luxe - Locatie en inrichting Alles beviel! Snelle reactie van personeel. De verwarming ging telkens spontaan aan in de middag zodat het heet was als je ging slapen. Is maar gekeken maar tweede nacht deed hij het weer. Is vast nu opgelost, maar dat was dan ook het enige dat niet fijn was.

- Jennifer Petitjean (9/5): - La facilité du checking en ligne avec des codes pour rentré dans l hotel/chambre(pour les introvertis c est super). Chambre spacieuse avec acces terasse agréable. Petite cuisine pratique avec l equipement. La chaleur dans la chambre, clim qui s'eteint la nuit donc pas le choix d'ouvrir les fenetres et avoir le bruit de travaux dès 7H. La porte principale donne pas une sensation d etre bien fermer. Dommage que le tri des déchets n'est pas pratique avec la poubelle. Douche trop simple malgré l'espace(qu'un petit pommeau de douche)

The price was a bit expensive for what it was. - The location and the size I chose a room without a carpet (at least on the picture ), but there was carpet. It was not so easy to operate heating/AC. There was no explanation. We didn’t request cleaning during the stay, but there was only one toilet paper role. It would have been nice to put more.

Only thing I didn't like was us. We accidentally rushed out without clearing out the fridge etc so I apologize for that.

Posizione eccezionale, molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi (o raggiungere le fermate dei mezzi) verso la piazza vecchia o il quartiere ebraico. Area ben servita da ristoranti e caffè. Ottimi i suggerimenti che Adrez offre via app.

- ÖZGECAN (7/5): could be better - location is good, self chech-in works properly, bed and pillows are comfortable, kitchenette is good first of all cleaning is not enough, colorful pillows and bed cover was dirty, light buttons have lots of dust ect. Secondly both of watercloset and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable, there is no photo about them on site so it was a bad surprize
- Özlem (10/5): Herşey çok güzeldi. - Tertemiz, hiç toplu taşıma kullanmanıza gerek kalmayan bi lokasyonda, tam olarak şehir merkezinde bir otel. Her yere bu kadar yakın olup sessiz olması, dışarıdan içeriye hiç ses gelmemesi de mükemmel. Odanın mutfağında bir gıda ürünü yoktu ama (zaten olmasını beklemiyorduk) yemek pişirebileceğiniz her şey vardı, kahve makinesi de vardı. Kendi yemeğini yapmak isteyenler için ideal. Ben hep şehir merkezinde, bu tarz otellerde konaklamayı tercih ederim. Hiç bir yer için de “tekrar gelsem yine burda konaklardım” demedim ama burası için kesinlikle diyebilirim. Her şey mükemmeldi. İlle de bir şey söyleyeceksem tek eksiklik olarak söyleyeyim, bi boy aynası olsun isterdim 😅

- Bernd (9/5): Prag ist immer eine Reise wert - ohne Frühstück Am Nachbarhaus wurden Baumaßnahmen durchgeführt die sehr laut waren. Uns wurde dann ein ruhiges Zimmer angeboten. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

- Sharon Raclaw (9/5): We'd Stay Here Again On Our Next Visit To Prague - The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Location was central-a short walk to Powder Gate and The Astronomical Clock. There is a luggage storage room which was very helpful on our last day as we were able to leave our bags there for the entire day after check-out (you can also use it before check-in). The kitchenette was fully equipped including salt & pepper, dish soap, paper towels and a kitchen towel. We loved the 2 large windows/balcony which filled the room with morning light and air!

- Nicole (9/5): Great location - The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. It’s in a great location in the Old Town so walking distance to everything. The staff were able to give us a late check out which we appreciated. We only had one comfortable chair in the living room and really would have liked one more for relaxing in the apartment as there was no couch.

- Wallada (7/5): Buena ubicación, demasiado caro - Ubicación e instalaciones El aire acondicionado no podía apagarse, saltaba automáticamente y para pararlo tuvimos que tener las ventanas abiertas. Me cobraron 30€ de más que aún no me han devuelto. Además me sigue pareciendo un abuso que en los apartamentos tengas que hacer check in muy tarde y check out tan temprano.
- Sónia (9/5): Excelente localização e conforto, mas com pouca flexibilidade no horário de check-out. - O alojamento situa-se no coração da cidade velha de Praga, a poucos minutos da Praça da Cidade Velha, o que foi ideal, especialmente porque o meu marido participou na Maratona de Praga e o ponto de partida era na rua do alojamento. O espaço superou as expectativas: amplo, com um quarto principal espaçoso e uma kitchenette bem equipada. As camas eram confortáveis e as condições, no geral, foram excelentes para uma estadia de duas noites. O horário de check-out, fixado às 10h, revelou-se pouco flexível. No dia da maratona, solicitámos antecipadamente a possibilidade de um check-out tardio, por volta das 12h, para que o meu marido pudesse tomar duche e recuperar após a prova. No entanto, após várias trocas de e-mails, foi-nos concedida apenas uma hora adicional, o que se revelou insuficiente, uma vez que a prova terminou depois das 11h. Considero que poderia ter havido maior flexibilidade, sobretudo tendo em conta que o check-in apenas se inicia às 15h, o que, na nossa perspetiva, permitiria alguma margem para acomodar este tipo de situação.

Niby nic wielkiego ale jak przylatujesz o godzinie gdzie już nic nie kupisz. I co najważniejsze apartament pobrał podwójna opłatę za dokupienie pokoju na jedną dobę więcej i nie chce zwrócić uzasadniając że wszystko było ok.

- Egbert (9/5): Big suite, fair price, prime location - The space, the location and the cleanliness of the suite. Weren’t able to figure out the air conditioning, so it was warm inside, had to open the windows every now and then. Also our wifi router was missing a power supply(maybe it got stolen by the previous guests) so we had no wifi. We didn’t contact support about this because these where no big issues for us as I had my mobile network. But I figured they would fix this.

- maribel (2/5): Un poco nefasto - La decoración de la habitación y el lugar tan cerca del centro, se hace todo caminando. La habitación tenia el aire acondicionado mal, teníamos una temperatura en la habitación de 26 grados, la primera noche no pudimos dormir y tuvimos que abrir las ventanas. Luego la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el baño no estaba muy limpio.
