É um hotel pequeno, com poucos quartos mas onde nos sentimos em casa. O staff foi muito simpático e atencioso. Nada a apontar.

• Matthijs (9/5): Top verblijf voor citytrip! - De accommodatie lag op een toplocatie. Je loopt zo vanaf het hotel naar de twee grote moskeeën en andere bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel heeft oprechte persoonlijke aandacht voor je en wil je altijd helpen waar nodig. Bed was wel beetje zacht. En 1x per half uur komt er een trein/tram langs die je best hard hoort.
• Marco (8/5): A due passi dal centro - Vicinanza al centro, cordialità dello staff, colazione, wifi, rapporto qualità prezzo. Gradita sorpresa al check out! All'arrivo non c'era nessuno e abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti, ma poi si è risolto tutto. Il treno passa molto vicino alle stanze ma l'insonorizzazione è buona (e di notte i treni non passano).

• Frances (6/5): Pleasant stay - The staff were really lovely and helpful during my stay, the bed was comfortable and the wifi was good. Water pressure for the shower was good. It felt a little cramped in the room and you could hear a lot from outside the room e.g. trains and people walking up/down stairs, even the water pipes were loud. Rubbish was left in drawers from the previous person. They did give free water but only one small bottle for the entire stay and I would expect one bottle a day at least, given you can’t drink the tap water. The toilet often didn’t flush properly it wouldn’t stop making a loud water noise unless you pressed the flush again. The shower shelf was rusty, and the towels were crispy rather than soft.

Used tea cups weren't washed in days and overall the cleaning wasn't great. The breakfast was fine, there was everything that we needed, but it's definitely not like on the pictures ;)

• Jelena (9/5): Уютный мини-отель - Находится почти сразу за Голубой мечетью, рядом много едален. Номер приятный, на двоих вполне себе хватает места. Кровати удобные. Соотношение цена-качество супер. Завтрак есть, но очень скромный. Под окнами сразу железная дорога и минарет, утром будят. Сама улочка где стоит отель тёмная и узкая, было как-то некомфортно и страшновато.

• Kirill (10/5): Меня все устроило но для людей кому тяжело ходить или ленивым думаю будет некомфортно из за того что к отелю нужно спуск - Уютная домашняя обстановка Прекрасный мини отель буквально на 7 номеров Хороший доброжелательный персонал Чисто и комфортно внутри И главное, отель Очень удобно расположен относительно основных достопримечательностей ( буквально 5/7 минут пешком и вы на главной площади рядом с Топкапы, Айя София) и что важно несмотря на близость к центру туристической движухи тут на этой улице Очень спокойно и тихо что позволяет вам отдохнуть после насыщенного дня

• Sandra (7/5): Hotel céntrico para corta estancia - La habitación espaciosa y su ubicación, ya que podía sur andando a los restaurantes de la zona y al centro de Estambul. El personal del desayuno muy poca atención. El primer día la máquina de café se estropeó y no quiso ni intentar arreglarla. Le pedimos una tortilla por persona y nos puso solo una y al pedirle más porque éramos dos y nos dijo que no con muy mala actitud. El segundo día la máquina seguía sin ir y ya avisamos a la chica de recepción y lo arréglalo. Solo hacía falta un poco de iniciativa. Había muchísimo ruido en la habitación y entraba mucha luz. La potencia de la ducha era muy mala.

• marian (10/5): Not grand, but genuinely welcoming — the kind of place that adds charm to your trip. - The hotel is located in the historic Sultanahmet district, close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and other major attractions, all within walking distance. Although it’s very close to the tourist areas, the street is quiet, allowing you to rest well after long walks. The room was small — I stayed in 201 — but the bed was extremely comfortable. Considering that you come to Istanbul not to stay in the room but to explore the city, the limited space isn’t really an issue.

• Isidora (9/5): O ședere plăcută, cu o locație excelentă - Hotelul este situat foarte bine, la aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos (sau chiar mai puțin) de Hagia Sophia și Moscheea Albastră (Sultan Ahmed). În zonă sunt multe restaurante și cafenele, ceea ce este foarte convenabil. Camera a fost destul de confortabilă și arăta curat. Personalul a fost foarte drăguț și amabil, mereu dispus să ajute. Hotelul este amplasat chiar lângă linia de metrou/tramvai și izolarea fonică nu este foarte bună. Se aude destul de tare zgomotul de afară: tramvaiele, metroul, pescărușii și chiar pisicile, ceea ce poate fi deranjant, mai ales noaptea.

• Claudia (10/5): A very cozy and quiet victorian type house made I into a small house made into a hotel. My room felt like a tiny apa - It’s situated in a side street so the noise level is non existent. There wasn’t anything I did not like about it.
• Colo LInari (9/5): Acogedor hotel En Sultanahmed, a 5´caminando de La Mezquita Azul y Santa Sofia. - El Hotel es muy bonito, hemos cogido la Suite y la verdad es que era muy amplia, cómoda y bonita, la cama cómoda, las almohadas buenas y la decoración muy calida. Muy buena para relajarse luego de un largo dia recorriendo la ciudad! Tal vez el desayuno podría ser un poco mejor. El cafe no era muy bueno, pero esta bien para un desayuno normal. Para llegar desde el Sub suelo, en donde se sirve el desayuno, a la ultima planta, en donde se encuentra la Suite, son 4 pisos sin ascensor, no supuso un problema para nosotros, pero para una persona mayor o con movilidad reducida puede ser un impedimento.

• Зайковская (10/5): - Чистый, большой, очень уютный номер (брали делюкс), дневной свет во всем номере, ванная комната чистая, с окнами😍 удобная кровать с единым матрасом, рабочий сейф. Находится близко к Султанахмет. Несмотря на оживленный район, отель расположен в тихом месте. Напротив отеля железная дорога, но ее практически не слышно. Соседей не слышно, возможно потому что номер на последнем этаже и он один на этаже🤷‍♀️ душ не протекает, очень приятно! Завтрак хороший. Хотелось бы еще раз вернуться в этот отель Кондиционер дул сильно, не включался обдув на минимум, но он был не близко к кровати, так что терпимо.

• Francis (6/5): Déception du lieu - Le personnel est très gentil, mais l'hôtel borde la voie ferrée, des trains jusqu'à minuit, puis à partir de 5 heures du matin et pas de draps dans le lit mais une sorte de serviette rugueuse trop courte, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.Le chauffeur de taxi n'a pas trouvé la ruelle de l'hôtel.Le wifi ne fonctionne pas et les données mobiles ne passent pas dans cet endroit. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, je ne peux passer sur de tels manquements.
• Mateusz (10/5): - Doskonały kameralny hotel w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji, ok 10 min spacerem od Hagia Sophia i pałacu Topkapi. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna pani właścicielka. Sam hotel jest bardzo ładny, artystycznie urządzony i bardzo czysty. Ładne pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka, pokoje ciche, nie słychać sąsiadów (w drzwiach do pokoju jest uszczelka, co jak się okazuje nie jest takie oczywiste, bo w bardzo wielu miejscach, w których byłem w rożnych zakątkach świata, drzwi do pokoju nie były doszczelnione), wydajna klimatyzacja. Spokojna okolica, ale bardzo blisko do wszystkich głównych atrakcji. Dla trainspotterów dodatkowa atrakcja, gdyż hotel jest usytuowany zaraz przy torach kolejowych, mi to nie przeszkadzało nawet przy otwartych oknach. Jeśli wrócę kiedyś do Istanbułu to z pewnością zatrzymam się jeszcze raz w 9 Doors Hotel!! Niewielkich rozmiarów łazienka, ale wszystko co potrzeba z niej było.

• Kelsi (9/5): Exceptional value for money! - 9 Doors was a lovely hotel- located very centrally, a walk into the main square would take 5-10 minutes with many shops and restaurants on the way. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was super spacious and comfortable! The aircon was also very effective (quite necessary in the heat). The breakfast was good- effort was made to change the offerings on a daily basis and the hotel staff were very sweet, going the extra mile to offer umbrellas when it was raining, calling taxis etc. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a very comfortable room and great value for money. The hotel is very clean and located very close to the historical center – just a short walk from Sultanahmet Square, where all the major tourist attractions are. It’s also close to public transport, which makes getting around really easy. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options. The staff was amazing – very kind and always willing to help with any information or requests. A really nice gesture was that, for my wife’s birthday, they offered us a free upgrade to a deluxe room – an unexpected and much appreciated gift. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I’ll definitely come back! Thank you to the entire team at 9 Doors Hotel for your hospitality and kindness! • Chitra (8/5): - Lovely hotel and the owner, Julia, was wonderful - welcoming and always ready to help. The young man at the desk in the evenings was nowhere near as pleasant, sadly, and we struggled to get useful local info from him on the crucial first night when we, as two women, were trying to orient ourselves. He was completely uninterested, which is a real shame as all the other staff (including the lovely breakfast cook) are so friendly and kind. The rooms are small but perfectly fine, esp if you don't have much luggage. No lift but it's a small hotel of maybe around 15 rooms. Be sure to turn left out of the hotel to get to the restaurants and tourist areas. The area you have to pass through to the right is poorly lit and less pleasant - the route the young man told us to take :/ And again, contrary to what he said, it's perfectly easy to find vegetarian food locally. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Istanbul and would happily recommend 9 Doors - the hotel just needs to ditch the rude and unhelpful young man (wish I had noted his name)!

The breakfast was surprisingly better than many local cafés—fresh, varied, and delicious. Rooms are stylish with high-quality finishes, from the shower fittings to the doors. The mattress and bed linens were incredibly comfortable. The location is also perfect—just minutes from the pier for Bosphorus tours, the Marmaray station, and Sultanahmet. Highly recommended.

• Danilo (6/5): Hotel discreto - Devo dire che come hotel non eccelle nella pulizia e nei servizi (condizionatori d aria funzionanti a malapena e servizio igienico scadente - spesso e volentieri shampoo e bagno schiuma non riforniti e pulizie della camera fatte discretamente - non rinnovano le lenzuola) c’era un calzino sporco di un altro precedente turista e polvere sotto il letto.

• Philippa (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable room. Lovely bed. Friendly staff. Great location. Very good value for money.
• Miru22 (9/5): 4 nights - We stayed 4 nights and we felt like home. The room we booked was a budget one, so it was small, but very clean and we had everything we needed. Everyday, the room was cleaned and water was provided. The staff was nice and always willing to help. Breakfast was fresh with cheese, slices of meat, olives. vegetables, coffee, tea. Nothing to complain about.
• Marian (7/5): Good - The bed was comfortable. 1.Poor quality breakfast 2.Bad wifi signal 3. The card for electricity didn’t work properly, there were long periods when was alternating the electricity on/off, first 2 days the hotel staff manage to solve the problem for the moment but it was not fixed because the problem continue in the next days too.
