The room was perfect, very clean and neat, confortable beds and within walking distance from the main attractions. We loved this hotel, the kids appreciated sleeping in the bunk bed.

• Aurora (8/5): Best for 2 or less people. - The overall experience of the hotel was good, as the check-in was easy and required no help. It is a very small area outside and inside, as the street is very narrow, with no more than one car at a time, but this made it very cozy, with no anxiousness over a large area. The hotel hallways and entrance are very cramped, making it hard to move luggage, especially if you have more than 3 bags. Not many amenities, like a simple microwave, but it wasn't a struggle as it had basics like tooth brushes and toothpaste aswell as a kettle.

I saw people walk even midnight, looks safe, quiet neighbor, many convenience store and grocery store as well. It was little far from shinjuku main station. It took 25min walk. I prefer breakfast option. But, here is no breakfast

• Jonalyn (5/5): We booked a room that said that it could fit six individuals however I felt like it wasn’t comfortable. For a family of - This was my first time traveling, so I wasn’t aware of locations of neighborhoods in Japan. This property was very responsive when it came to messaging which was appreciated since there was no one at the front desk. I didn’t like how there wasn’t somebody physically there when you needed somebody since it was a self check-in. Also, the smell when you walk in and also in the elevator had a funky smell.

The check in and check out process was quick and easy as well. The entrance was pretty small so there wasn’t a lot of room for large check in bags but that’s the only downside.

• Atsushi (6/5): Not a bad place to sleep, that’s it - Room had enough beds for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, but a little cramped. Even for Japanese standards because of the awkward shape of the building WiFi didn’t work well in the hotel. Access from train was a little bit of a pain since you have to walk from Shinjuku station to Shinjuku Nishiguchi station which is a little bit of a pain because of the construction and stairs.

Ademas, aunque dicen que no cogen maleta, hicieron una excepcion y nos cogieron la maleta a nuestra llegada En la descripción se presenta como un hotel, pero en la práctica no ofrece los servicios habituales de uno. En recepción no había personal disponible, no se realiza limpieza diaria de la habitación y es necesario dejar la basura fuera para que sea recogida. Viajábamos con un bebé, por lo que esta dinámica —especialmente por el cambio de pañales— resulta poco cómoda. Además, la habitación es pequeña y cuenta con varios niveles, lo que la hace poco segura si se viaja con niños. A esto se suma la ausencia de servicios como transporte de maletas, desayuno u otras comodidades propias de un hotel. En conjunto, se asemeja más a un apartamento turístico que a un hotel.

The hotel promptly reached out to them to inform them of the noise, which we deepty appreciated but the noise returned the next day. Would also like to feedback that the wooden parts of the walls are terribly dusty and some of the wooden hangers have mould on them already.

The hangars on the wall was useful to hand our jackets. Also its located on a peaceful neighbourhood so you will have a quiet nights sleep

• Sven (10/5): Tolle, erschwingliche Unterkunft in Tokyo - Für japanische Verhältnisse bot die Unterkunft viel Platz. Sie war sehr gut geschnitten. Betten waren sehr bequem mit hochwertigem Bettzeug. In der Umgebung gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhige Lage. Die Lüftung im Bad ließ sich nicht abschalten, daher war es etwas geräuschvoll in der Nacht.

Das wäre auch über einen digitalen Service möglich. Vor Ankunft Nachrichten zum Check-In. Nachdem ich alle Infos eingetragen habe, habe ich die Nachrichten trotzdem mehrmals noch bekommen. Hier sollte der Automatismus angepasst werden, da es einem vor der Reise nervt. Keine Reservierung für Restaurants über die Unterkunft möglich. Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher aber Tee oder Wasser im Kühlschrank hätte ich fürs Ankommen gut gefunden.

• Wai Man Mandy (8/5): Still like the stay in this hotel very much - The location is good as it is situated in a relatively quiet residential area but still in Shinjuku. Very clean building even it is small. No staff presented and hence u cannot really ask any question or get help (getting a cab, asking for directions). The self check out is a bit complicated as u need to input booking number instead of room number. Feel slightly insecure as anyone can get in to the main entrance while there is no extra lock to your room door but only a password lock.
