• Luana (6/5): Visto che a Napoli i prezzi sono schizzati alle stelle, questo hotel è un compromesso a non spendere troppo ma allo stes - Se arrivate alla stazione di Napoli, la posizione dell’hotel è buona. A piedi si impiegano una decina di minuti. Diciamo che la stanza non era pulitissima. Cioè sulle asciugamani ho trovato diversi capelli di persone. Il letto invece era fatto bene. Lo specchio del bagno posizionato troppo alto che mi si vedeva solo la faccia.

Nello specifico una volta entrati in possesso della camera,ci siamo resi conto che era occupato da altri clienti per la presenza a l'interno di essa di : bagagli, effetti personali in bagno ecc.... Di fronte alle nostre rimostranze, dopo un' ora lo staff dell' hotel si rendeva conto di avere ceduto ad altri la camera. Non essendoci altre disponibilità e in questa ne in altre strutture, siamo dovuti tornare a casa.

• Papp Zoltán (1/5): - I am a wheelchair user, and I must formally raise a serious complaint regarding my stay. The property was not accessible, despite being advertised as suitable for guests. The entrance was not wheelchair accessible, and the ramp was blocked by the owner, effectively preventing safe entry and exit. This is a clear failure to ensure basic accessibility standards. After check-in, there was no staff present at the accommodation for two consecutive days. During this time, I and several other guests were locked out of the property. I was given a key to a large metal gate for vehicle access, but due to my physical condition, I was unable to operate it safely. When I contacted the owner to request assistance, I was told to “solve it myself” and that the situation was not their responsibility. No support or reasonable accommodation was offered. This behavior is unacceptable, discriminatory, and shows a complete disregard for the needs of a disabled guest. Due to these unsafe and inaccessible conditions, and the total lack of assistance, I had no choice but to terminate my stay early. I was forced to purchase a new flight ticket and return home at my own expense. I consider this a serious breach of duty of care and a violation of accessibility and consumer protection principles. I request: a full refund of my stay, reimbursement of my additional travel costs, and a formal investigation into this property. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the complaint to the relevant consumer protection and disability rights authorities.

• Daniela (4/5): Cancellazione prenotazione - Niente Ci siamo presentati in struttura alle 16.00 e la nostra prenotazione a loro noi risultava pur avendo “Confermata” sulla schermata di Booking. Dicono che mi è arrivata una mail in cui c’era scritto che il soggiorno era cancellato (peccato che nel we, in viaggio e in vacanza non ho aperto le mail) Personale freddo, magari avrebbe potuto darsi da fare per cercare una soluzione, invece il pomeriggio di Pasqua l’ho passato a cercare una soluzione (che ho pagato il doppio del prezzo che mi ero prefissata) tra le vie caotiche di Napoli. Booking mi ha fatto sapere che la struttura ha chiesto di annullare la prenotazione perché il mio soggiorno era di una sola notte… probabilmente hanno ricevuto un’offerta per più notti… Complimenti per la serietà….vergognosi

• Luca Faganello (3/5): Titolo: Esperienza pessima: tre giorni senza poter fare la doccia - Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e, per l'intera durata della permanenza, è stato impossibile farsi la doccia. L'acqua usciva con una pressione talmente bassa da permettere a malapena di lavarsi i denti o le mani. Nonostante avessimo inviato video prove al titolare (che non si è mai visto di persona), la risposta è stata un semplice messaggio vocale in cui si giustificava parlando di lavori all'acquedotto e chiedendo di "aspettare". Peccato che in tre giorni il problema non sia mai stato risolto. Servizio e assistenza clienti totalmente insufficienti

Jednak lepiej nie wracać po zmroku bocznymi uliczkami. Sklep spożywczy naprzeciwko. Bardzo głośno, nawet po zamknięciu drzwi balkonowych( nie dla ludzi, którzy mają płytki sen). El desayuno es tristisimo, unos saquitos para realizarnos infusiones, algo parecido a una medialunas, sin gusto, a veces una mermelada o un Nutella, pero sin ni siquiera un pan/tostada y cuchillo para untar. Una cafetera, ni un agua. Tenía un sofá, pero no tenía sillas, ni espacio. Como mesa tuve que usar mi valija. La habitación era muy ruidosa, se escuchaban perfectamente las habitaciones vecinas. El ascensor tenía los vidrios con la suciedad de cuando lo instalaron. El velador se veía hermoso en la habitación, pero no tenía lamparita. Lo pedí, no me respondieron. Luego la chica de la limpieza sacó una de la habitación vecina y la colocó en mi velador ( o sea q la habitación vecina se quedó sin lámpara) La gente de limpieza ingresa, sin golpear, hermosa sorpresa es estar cómodo y notar que alguien ingresa... Cada vez que entendía la luz del baño, se activaba El extractor, que sonaba muy fuerte, tal es así que resolvimos entender la luz del botiquín y dejar la del baño apagada para evitar los ruidos molestos.

La habitación también estaba muy limpia. El desayuno en la habitación muy justo, con café soluble, un croisant y 3 galletas. En la ducha faltaba caudal de agua.

• talemme73 (10/5): - Ho soggiornato al Jazz Hotel di Napoli e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva. La posizione è ottima: si trova in una zona centrale e strategica, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Da lì è comodissimo muoversi anche a piedi per arrivare nel cuore della città e visitare le principali attrazioni. L’hotel è curato, pulito e accogliente. L’ambiente è tranquillo e lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile durante il soggiorno. L’unico piccolo inconveniente che ho riscontrato è stato un momentaneo problema con l’acqua calda che non usciva correttamente. Nulla di grave, ma è l’unico dettaglio che segnalo per completezza. Per il resto mi sono trovato molto bene. È una soluzione pratica per chi vuole soggiornare a Napoli in una posizione comoda, con tutto a portata di mano. Consigliato 👍

• KONSTANTINOS (1/5): Μην πάτε - Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μου στο Jazz Hotel Napoli ήταν εξαιρετικά αρνητική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν βρόμικο και σε κακή κατάσταση, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να νιώσει κανείς άνετα ή ασφαλής. Η κράτηση που είχα γίνει δεν φαινόταν να υπάρχει πουθενά, και στην πραγματικότητα δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό επί τόπου για να βοηθήσει. Η μόνη επικοινωνία γινόταν μέσω WhatsApp, και μάλιστα την τελευταία στιγμή, χωρίς σαφείς οδηγίες ή υποστήριξη. Συνολικά, η διαμονή ήταν πολύ προβληματική και σίγουρα δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά ούτε θα το πρότεινα σε άλλους.

• Emma (1/5): Telleurstellend - Als tourist zijnde was het frustrerend een Italiaanse link in te vullen. Ik snapte niks van wat ze vroegen. Je moest je aanmelden aan de hand van een link aangezien er geen infobali was en dus ook geen personeel. Daardoor heb ik meer dan 25 min verloren. Uiteindelijk heeft iemand van booking geholpen en kreeg ik te weten welke kamer ik sliep. Om dan te zien dat de deur van de kamer helemaal niet op slot kon! Als solo traveler is dit niet geruststellend. Ik heb dan ook meteen een ander hotel gezocht.

• alekz73 (1/5): Scandaloso, da evitare!! - Nulla Mi hanno lasciato fuori dalla struttura in piena notte a causa di un mal funzionamento della cassetta contenente le chiavi per il self check in. Può anche capitare ma non deve accadere.che nessuno risponde al telefono in caso di una emergenza simile. Questo per me vuol dire che dell'ospite non glie ne frega nulla. Sono stato salvato da un tassista che mi ha portato presso un'altra struttura con portiere notturno. Scandaloso!!

Bizarre check in process which took over 45 minutes without any acknowledgement or communication about the delay. Reception was not busy either with only 2 check ins. No welcome from the receptionist who spoke very little to us throughout this long process. It was the most painful check in process experienced so far. Check in was complex and very slow. Upon reaching the hotel at the check-in time, the door was locked and after ringing multiple times and asking if someone could let us in I was told 'sorry, I can't'. What proceeded next was a cryptic whatsapp message giving us instructions to enter the building, only after we'd entered lots of information to confirm our identity. The hotel room, once allowed in there, was lovely, but the check-in process was very stressful.

• Rachel (2/5): Not a 3 star hotel, would never return. - Not much. This is not a 3 star hotel, I would struggle to give it 1. Our fault for relying on Booking.com’s star rating but didn’t have hours to read reviews - lesson learnt! The receptionist was pleasant enough but didn’t seem to know the area, even where we could get a coffee before we could get into our room as we arrived about half hour before official check-in. The location was picked due to a collection point for a trip out of the city. We would have moved to another hotel if we were in Naples any longer and hadn’t arranged an airport transfer early the next morning. Everything, we sat in the food hall at the train station after our trip with a beer to avoid going back to the hotel. Our room was very tired, it looked clean but didn’t feel it as everything needed updating. There was no hold for the shower head which was just hanging. There was no noise proofing, so trying to sleep was very hard, especially with an early start the next day, it felt like the lady in the room next door was sat in the corner (if we had a chair in the room). Basic is an understatement, it was a room with a bed with no comforts.

Location was close to different turistic places It was super noisy, listening to all of the traffic around and even airplanes (how also it was mentioned that windows supposed to be noise canceling). No shuttle bus servises from/to the airport.

• Umer (1/5): Worst experience of my life - Nothing to like about this hotel. We reached there at 9 pm but the hotel was locked. Hotel did not inform anything the check-in time deadline. Do not book this hotel. There is no staff there on site. Even when office is contacted through phone number, they were rude and did not explain that why they did not tell before time that check-in time is limited.
