THE TOP SHEET HAD DEAD HUMAN SKIN AND DIRT FROM A PREVIOUS OCCUPANT. WE CALLED 10 THE CONCIERGE NUMBER AND NO ONE ANSWERED. WE ONLY WANTED A CLEAN SHEET FROM THE STAFF. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE OF TRAVELING THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS SITUATION. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS CLAIMED ME AND MY DAUGTHER WERE LYING ABOUT THE DIRTY SHEET.

When we opened the window, we went straight out onto the street, so we couldn't open it properly, and because we were going out onto the street to smoke, they blocked us from going outside🤬The reason is unclear, why else are we blocked? If you have to get a room on the first floor, my advice is to cancel the reservation, because it feels like you're sleeping on the street. Also, for some unknown reason, my booking was blocked and they're not responding. The second room was so small that it was impossible to turn around,

L’établissement était très propre, avec des équipements de bon niveau. Le confort général était excellent, et le rapport qualité-prix très satisfaisant. Enfin, la situation géographique est idéale, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le principal point négatif concerne la chambre. Elle ne disposait pas de véritable fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur ; les ouvertures donnaient sur un couloir, ce qui a été assez déroutant et ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes. Cela donnait une impression assez claustrophobique. Par ailleurs, la configuration de la salle de bain manque clairement d’intimité, avec une simple vitre séparant les toilettes, et une ouverture donnant également sur le couloir. L’ensemble de la disposition est assez inhabituel et peu confortable à l’usage. Même si le personnel a été très chaleureux et irréprochable, je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement pour cette raison.

The lobby was serene and cosy, the personnel were very helpful . - Jean Mary (5/5): Moyen mais hotel central. - Le coté très central de l'hôtel au centre des cafés, près de la cathédrale, de l'acropole, du musée et des rues commerçantes. Par contre trois chambres sur 4 n'avaient pas de fenêtre permettant d'avoir de l'air renouvellé. La climatisation est trop forte avec un réglage possible entre 19 et 23°. 23° est très / trop froid en été en plus avec 40° dehors ce qui crée une différence beaucoup trop importante. Impossible d'avoir du 25° comme demandé à la réception. Pas de petit déjeuner servi par l'hôtel. Lumière trop faible dans les chambres. Interrupteurs difficile à comprendre. Propreté impeccable, literie de bon niveau, personnel à l'écoute mais sans pouvoir. Bagages laissés en sécurité à la réception lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Voir plus haut.

- Oshrat (8/5): בגדול השירות היה טוב מאוד, העובדים מצויינים במלון נקי - היה נקי מאוד ושירות החדרים דאגו לנקות את החדר כל יום מהשעה 20:00 אין קבלה , מרגישים לבד במלון, יש רעש מוזר בלילה של המזגן והמיטה לא כל כך נוחה

- Shahar (4/5): מלון חמוד, המיקום מעולה אבל הקירות דקים מידי ושמענו הכל, בנוסף אין ללון בחדר וזה גם לא היה פשוט - פקידי הקבלה ממש ממש מקסימים! המיקום מצויין המלון רועש, מרגיש שהקירות ממש דקים שמענו הכל אנשים הולכים במסדרון, סוגרים דלתות וכו זה מאוד הפריע לשינה ולצערי למלון לא היה חלופות כי היה מלא אז זה ממש היה קשוח

The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help Everything was excellent.
- Yafit (2/5): Not recommended - The location was good and the room was clean. Even though we upgraded the room, there is a system of the place where they show a room near the reception and then offer to upgrade to another room. The second room, even though we upgraded, is not worth the price, but there is no choice, everyone is scared of the proximity to the reception. In addition, I am pregnant, our flight was delayed by a few hours and there was no room, so I lay down to rest at the reception, the man at the reception behaved rudely and did not let me lie down to rest even though I did not disturb anyone. I will not return for sure! There are better hotels that are worth more

- אריאלה (9/5): - חדר יפה מרווח ונקי..העיצוב של החדר מיוחד. חדר מקלחת ושירותים נפרדים שזה יתרון משמעותי כשבאים בזוג.. מיקום המלון ממש במרכז העניינים. צוות הקבלה היה מקסים ושירותי, נתנו מענה לכל דבר שביקשנו: אף הזמינו בשבילנו מקום במסעדה. אהבנו.. הזמנו חדר עם מרפסת בתקווה שהנוף יהיה החוצה אך הוא היה ברובו לתוך המלון. אני מניחה שאלו אילוצי המיקום של המלון.אבל אנחנו קצת התאכזבנו. ולמרות זאת זה לא פגע בהנאתנו מהחדר..

- Rivka (8/5): - הצוות בקבלה למעט שהוא נמצא עד 20.00 היה מקסים.המיקום מושלם. מעבר למקום לינה נוח ונקי אין למלון מה להציע.על אף זאת המקום היה סימפטי מאד.
