Jennifer (10/5): - This met all our expectations. The neighborhood is adorable and quintessentially Parisian. The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment was cozy but quiet, clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. Including great AC, and a sweet view. I actually loved the pillow in particular - best hotel pillow ever! My teens liked having their own beds - one in the second bedroom and one on the pullout couch. There are multiple restaurants right outside the hotel door, on the courtyard. A bakery is steps away, and the St. George’s metro is close too. Highly recommend this fantastic hotel if you’re taking your family to Paris!

Petra (8/5): Lovely location in the heart of Paris - Lovely apartment, as per photos, nicely equipped. Kitchen and bathroom little on a small side but all ok. Clean, lovely location with many restaurants around. One thing to bear in mind that the front property facing bedroom is rather noisy from street noise and you can feel & hear the metro throughout the whole apartment. You get used to it and the back bedroom is a little better but something to be mindful of. Would stay again though as location & everything else is great!
Caroline (8/5): - Beautiful neighbourhood. Very comfy beds. We were a family of 5 so had to also use the sofa bed in our two bedroom apartment but it is the comfiest sofa bed that I have seen! The staff at the reception is kind and helpful. For us, the only downside is that the apartment is very small. Kitchen area is tiny if you do want to cook and the bathroom is also hard to maneuver. There is no space on the counter to put your beauty bag. Hooks by the main door would be helpful to hang coats, umbrellas and purses.

Narinder (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK! When we walked in, no staff was present to welcome and the whole place reeked of urine. When we entered the property it was smelly, gross, and not properly cleaned. The toilet had black stuff coming out of it, the shower and sink were both very dirty, and the bathroom reeked of urine. The rooms were not properly equipped, the bedding seemed to be covered in some yellow liquid and there were holes throughout the bedding. The sofa had dirt on them and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned either. The room was not in a condition to be able to sleep in and spend the night.

casey (8/5): Nice location if you are ok to walk - It was great having an apartment. The location is good, quite far from most things but still walkable. However the check in process is challenging and without a front desk reception this can be a little nerve wracking.
ANA (10/5): Family trip to Paris - Loved the apartment, it was very confortable, and very well equipped. We arrived rather late but received clear instructions so check-in was very easy. Beds and bedding were really good and excellent AC. The bathroom was good, but very small. It did include very good toiletries. We had a great time and enjoyed the area very much. The building is located between two metro stations, there are lots of restaurants nearby, a small grocery store a few steps away. The only negative point is that the property offered a laundry room 2 washers and 2 dryers, very nice to have but, the washers were dirty and smelly, we did not use them.

It was also convenient to quite a few grocery stores and many very good restaurants. We also liked the security of the ApartHotel, even though it seemed very safe around the property. We’d stay there again, for sure.

Mary (10/5): - This was the perfect spot for our family’s 3 night stay in Paris. We are a family of five, with 3 teens. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the closets and shelving — so fantastic! We also used the pull out sofa; it is huge! The bathroom was adequate and linens were fluffy. Getting in and out after hours and communication with staff (whether on site or not) was very easy. We stored our luggage after check out to help maximize our time in the city before an evening flight. The only concern other travelers may want to be aware of is the noise from the restaurants in the square below. It didn’t keep me up after long days of sight seeing and it added to the experience of being in Paris for us. Would definitely stay again!

David (10/5): - We loved our stay. The property is beautifully located. I would wake up and walk to bakeries, fruit stands and cafes. It was so easy to get to the metro to get anywhere you wanted and we even walked to the train station for our trip to London in Eurostar. The 4 restaurants next to the property are lovely too. We stayed for a week with our family of 4 and were so comfortable. The place was styled beautifully and very well appointed with everything we needed. It made me feel like I was at home and the staff were so helpful. I can't wait to go back again and again. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. I miss it already.
Douglas (6/5): - The hotel room was kind of small for a family of 5. The hotel claimed that the room could fit up to 6 people which it could but it would not be a comfortable fit. The elevator broke during our stay which made it hard to go up and down to our room especially during check out. We had to bring all of our bags down a flight of stairs. The hotel staff and the area around the hotel made up for our discontent though.
Olivier (2/5): - first impression was great, I reserved 3 rooms on different floors for my family of 6. then came the night: one of the room had mices. We called their service (there is none in the building itself) and no solution was offered. We ended up 4 people sleeping in a tiny room. After long phone negociations, they agreed to reimburse one room (still not reimbursed to this day) while did not recognize that we had to sleep cramped in another room (finally agreed to a discount of 20% discount) - avoid, avoid
Colin (10/5): - Excellent location, great quality and attentive staff. If you are looking for a Parisian base away from the main hustle and bustle, this is an excellent choice. Apartment was small, but very well equipped. Some brilliant restaurants nearby. Overall very pleased with our choice.

Carmen (10/5): - This is an excellent property! The set up of the room works so well for a longer stay. There are so many excellent restaurants and great boutique shopping in the area. The advertised courtyard view really is just a view of some greenery in the interior ground floor. No courtyard view to speak of. But definitely quiet!

Joanne (8/5): - The property was in a great location and very walkable for the sacre coeur and moulin rouge. Also, close to metro stations. There were nearby restaurants which were perfect for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the property were very helpful and the apartment was ideal for our stay. Unfortunately the lift was out of order the day we arrived and we were on the 6th floor. This had been fixed by the following day. The room had a great view however we were unable to sit on the balcony as it was too small and we were a bit disappointed as it wasn't as expected. We were unable to move rooms as the apartments were fully booked. Despite this I would highly recommend the apartments as a place to stay to explore Paris.

David (8/5): - Generally very good apartment in a great area for food, shopping or sightseeing. Apartment was of a high standard. Only minor complaint was that they forgot on two occasions to clean the room. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.
LOUISA (10/5): - We stayed one night upon arrival. I would say it’s “cozy” for a family of 5 with the sofa bed. I appreciate a freezer to re-freeze my ice packs for milk bottles and refrigerator for milk in the AM. I just preferred better times for check-out as 10 am was a bit early for our small family.
Peter (10/5): - We’ve stayed in Montmatre a number of times. The QL St Georges is the best location we’ve found. We’ll likely stay there again. Location location location. Five minutes walk from the Pigaille and St.Georges metro stations, you can get everywhere in Paris easily. A few streets away from the St Georges is a lovely shopping street with multiple bakeries, cheese shows and produce stores. If you’ve stayed in Paris you know hotels are rustic and rooms small, unless you can afford exorbitant rates. In which case you likely don’t bother with reviews.
Michael Daniel (8/5): - This is a great stay if you are traveling with your family. Loved the apartment style. Did not realize it was a self service accommodation and there is no staff on hand after 4:30. Our power shut off durring our stay and it took an hour to get it back on. It was just a tripped breaker but the fine was 1k if you reset it so had to call to get permission which required downloading whats app pretty inconvenient but the staff was very friendly when there. I probably would not stay if i didnt have the children with us but would return with family for sure.

Raymonda (10/5): - My family of 4 stayed at one of their apartment. We have 2 kids and the apartment was just the right place for us! It was close to everything we need and just a short wall to the subway. All the staff were very courteous and helpful!! My sisters stayed in one of their studio and they had a great experience as well. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Paris!
Ana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shops within walking distance. Also, within walking distance to many sites. We walked to the louvre easily. The property was great for our family of 5. The 2 bedrooms and pull out sleeper couch were cozy and beds were very comfortable.
Joedy (10/5): - The property was well maintained, except for the first day when we were having electrical issues. But it was taken care of relatively quickly and did not affect our trip. The only issue is that every time I go downstairs, I don't see anyone at the front desk.
Jocelyn (8/5): - Two bedroom unit was smaller than expected. Bathroom tight but was expected. Lots of closet space. Safe in each room and kitchen well stocked with many items. We were on 5th floor. View from balcony was really nice. Quiet in unit at night with windows/balcony shut. Easy walking distance to montmartre (funicular available to Sacré-Cœur) and 3 metro lines. Unit clean but did see tiny ants at times.
Emily (8/5): - Our ground floor apartment with a courtyard was lovely; really spacious, everything you need provided; scissors, cutlery etc. Pros - easy access, nice furnishings, beautiful building. South Pigalle is lovely for food and shopping. Metro connections aren't bad, Saint Georges or Pigalle are just a few minutes walk away. Cons - You can hear the rumble of the metro every few minutes. We saw no mention of this anywhere on the listing for this room - if you're a light sleeper, we would recommend going higher up in the building perhaps. We did get used to it, but it's constant until the metro closes for a few hours late at night. There is zero housekeeping. You can ask for more coffee pods etc, but they are chargeable services. Which is fine if you are only away for a night or two, but we were there for 5 - so the bathroom needed cleaning, we had to buy toilet rolls etc., which isn't great; whatever your reason for being away, business or pleasure, you don't want to be worrying about supermarket trips as your time is valuable. Definitely more 'Apartment' than 'Hotel', which we would usually recommend in Paris as Boulangerie breakfasts are typically better than Hotel offerings, but previous Aparthotels we have stayed in have offered housekeeping every 2-3 days. The staff were friendly enough when we saw them. Your money is paying for space, which is at a premium in Paris, not service. We hope this helps you make an informed booking!

The Metro will be your friend and it was just around the corner. We didn’t have daily housekeeping, and didn’t miss it. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

David (8/5): - Lovely property. Apartments are compact but have been well thought out and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Laundry was a bonus when travelling with family for an extended period. Only downside, check in was fully digital but we did not receive check in details via email so we were stuck outside until someone came to the door. We were told it was because we booked with a third party but if you advertise on third party platforms you need to be able to check your guests in without them being locked outside in the rain as we were. That said it would not put me off booking this excellent property again.

The washing area is too small that it’s hard to move around. And it’s a self-service hotel that daily cleaning needs a fee.
Russell (10/5): - Room was exactly as pictured. Big beautiful windows to the street. A bit tight by American standards, but functional. All the fixtures were high end and quality materials. The amenities were ok. Baggage storage was very helpful. There was a gym and free laundry in the basement. The lobby was comfortable and spacious. The staff was receptive to requests and expedicious. The location was easy to get to the metro, if a bit noisy at night with local bars and clubs. It’s a nice neighborhood with lots of vibrant activities.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall had a great experience at this hotel. There wasn't any staff present when we checked in to answer some questions but managed to get a hold of someone by phone. Rooms were very clean and were well equipped with all the necessities. We especially loved the super soft bath towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The washer and dryers were a plus. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway and there are plenty of retail shops within a couple of minutes walk. The only constructive feedback is that the carpet in the hallways outside the elevator had a weird smell.
Gary (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - This is a great property in a fine location with many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The Saint Georges metro station is a few minutes away. The studio apartment was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed this experience much more than staying in a hotel. Only slight glitch was we weren’t able to access the reception and left luggage area as we arrived at 11.30am and our key access wasn’t programmed until 4pm. Probably our bad luck that there were no reception staff on duty the day we arrived - a Monday. It made for a stressful start to our vacation especially after a long, overnight flight from Asia. We called the office staff who were very helpful in talking us through access to the building. We would stay at this property again for sure

The apartment was nice & clean when arrived, and they cleaned midway through my stay while I was out for the day to refresh! I'd say it's smaller than it looks on the pictures but easily big enough as a base for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 10). I wasnt looking forward to 3 nights on a sofa bed but it was actually really comfortable, big and took seconds to convert. The apartment is well situated for lots of cafes, restaurants and patisseries as well as good for transport links. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.

Adequate fitness room in basement. 5 night stay. $50 euro fee if u want cleaning. $50 euro fee if you want to check in early. English was spoken by guy at reception. But not the friendliest at all. Appreciated the nespresso machine in room.
Hong (8/5): - Great hotel with fantastic location. Small but well designed, very clean. Supportive staff. Our family enjoyed the stay. The hotel is 20-40 minutes walking distance to many museums and shopping malls. Many restaurants nearby. The only downside is if you need room service including clean towels, you need to pay extra. We used the laundry (free and detergent provided) to clean towels during our stay. Overall, great experience!

Once the sofa bed opens up there is no living room and your path to the front door is obstructed and hard to even leave the apartment. Also FYI the laundry facilities is shared with the whole building (2 washers/dryer for whole building) and located in the basement. The bathroom is tiny and hard to move around in even for just one person.
