- Tom (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, good room in a great location - The location is fantastic, we stayed in room C which was a good size. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The stairs are a bit of a struggle to get up as they are a bit steep, especially if you have a large suitcase. The bathroom was a bit small when using the toilet, we stayed for three nights and it would have been good to have room service to empty the bin. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and pubs around, if you go to sleep early you will need earplugs

L appartement est très propre . - Laura (9/5): Perfect Location - The apartment (room C) was a 1 minute walk from Covent Garden station so the location is fantastic. We were emailed codes to the doors and had no problems getting in. The room was very large with a comfortable bed. The room had easy to use heating and air conditioning. There was a fridge, hair dryer, safe etc. There was lots of space to hang up clothes. There were plugs on both sides of the bed and lamps. The window opened so you could get fresh air. I would definitely stay here again. I would have liked to be able to request fresh towels as we stayed 4 nights. Maybe we could have asked for them to be changed but the information in the room didn’t suggest you could. The bathroom was very small and the tv didn’t work even when we logged into our own Netflix- it said there was poor signal. The stairs to the apartment are very steep. This didn’t bother us at all but if you are not fit or unsteady on your feet, you will struggle. But- only niggles - it’s a great place to stay.

Extras such as soap and laundry detergent provided which was a nice touch. Very good location Double bed not the most comfortable but fine for a few days. The walls/ceiling are thin so there were a couple of nights we were disturbed by upstairs. Nil issue with street noise though

- Lilian (9/5): We had a great visit to London and the location of the apartment was marvellous but we were underwhelmed by the interior - Location The fact that we weren’t warned about the stairs up to the apartment- they were more than an inconvenience they were positively difficult bordering on dangerous. The mattress on the bed needs replacing- it is not comfortable. The toiletries were minimal- even public toilets provide hand wash. Other amenities were basic. The bedroom AC controller needs new batteries - it can be operated by the lounge room controller
- Virginia (9/5): Fantastic Location - Fantastic location, ultra clean and well equipped comfortable apartment. Be mindful is a high second floor in case you have a lot of luggage or issues with stairs! Would be good to renew the matress.

It can get loud at night, so people who are light sleepers may have difficulty sleeping, but noise should be expected considering the location. We had everything we needed at the apartment and the couch was comfortable to sleep on.

The property is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping and quick access to the underground metro. Property is great but no option to take the elevator to the different floors…stairs only. This place wouldn’t be good for people that have bad knees or who are unable to walk up and down a flight of stairs. Our room is good for 3.5 people. The bedroom was great but the sofa bed is not ideal for two people; more like 1 adult and a toddler. Because of the location, there is great nightlife. People who stay here should be okay with outside noise.

Sad we didn’t have our room cleaned (especially not having new towels). Mattress was not comfortable (felt the springs in the mattress). Pillows need to be replaced! Lots of stairs for heavy suitcases (staircase was very narrow). I would likely have selected a different hotel had I know those things.

- Nefeli (9/5): Very, very good. - We stayed at Apartment C, which is on the second floor. -The location is simply superb. It's just 2 minutes from the covent garden tube station and from many theatres on the west End. A ten minute walk to the British museum and a fifteen minutes walk to both the national gallery (and Trafalgar Square). -The lady managing the communications was so helpful! She would reply to any question we had from the very beginning that we booked until the last day that we checked out. I felt welcomed and she was really really helpful! - The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It has a narrow staircase and you have to climb two floors. It is not suited for large suitcases but that was something they mention upfront so I took a small luggage. The apparent feels safe as it has a double set of doors and operates with keyless system. You come and go when you please. -There was an AC, which we did not turn on because it wasn't cold enough but the beddings were more than enough to keep us warm. We never felt cold inside the apartment. -The windows both have blinds, so that in the morning you are not awakened. -In the apartment there was always hot water, wifi that worked great, many outlets to plug devices and even USB outlets next to the bed so you can plug your phone with no adaptor. There was also mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, ironing board and a safe for valuables. It has a kettle for boiling water and a couple of cups and glasses for drinking water or tea but not much else in this regard which was kind of a problem. -There is a Tesco that operates 7 in the morning to 11 at night, Sundays included at 100 m away. Overall the apartment is exactly as described. Which means that there are stairs to climb, and there will be no cleaning service because they will come after you take out unless you ask for it while there. It makes it ideal for short stays. -The bed. The size was great it was a very decent double bed that fit two people. But the mattress needs to be changed. It was way too soft and when you would turn the springs from underneath would kind of pop upwards. It was not a deal breaker but it was an issue. Please consider changing the mattresses to more firm ones or at least better supported ones. -I believe it should have something like a kitchenette. At least a few bowls and spoons to eat cereal or a few plates in case you want to buy something and eat it in the room. It was really not comfortable eating cereal with milk in a coffee cup.

- Shuming (10/5): - The property is very spacious, it offers everything you need for a couple of days of visit in central London. Walking distance to everywhere. Our flat is on the 2nd level, it is very quiet.
- Valentina (7/5): Good - Great location next to the metro, spacious and clean apartment with all amenities (dishwasher, kitchen, and washing machine). The biggest inconvenience was that there was no possibility of leaving our luggage in the building, neither before check-in nor after check-out. We were only given suggestions for nearby locations where we could store our bags, but at an additional cost. There is no staff at the front desk, and all instructions are sent via email, so there is no way to request alternative solutions. The property description promised personal hygiene products, but the quantity provided was not even close to being adequate for the number of guests and length of stay (see attached photo—these were the products given for three people for three nights). We had to buy additional supplies. In the bathroom, the main sink was clogged, and the water took a long time to drain. Lastly, the apartment entrance was adjacent to another unit. I understand that noise in this type of space is often hard to control, but the sound of the neighbors opening their door was extremely loud, which could disrupt sleep—even for someone like me, who sleeps heavily. In summary, the apartment is good and well-located, and the negative aspects are manageable. However, given the options available in the city, I would choose a different place for a future stay.
- Fragkedaki (9/5): Superb - The location was great. Close enough to many sightseeing, shops, and restaurants. That we did not have cleaning at least day by day. Nevertheless, when I contacted the team, they provided us with extra towels and toilet paper.
- Peter (8/5): Great location in central London - Good size room. Air conditioning was great. Great location in central London. It was a bit tricky to find. The entrance was actually in Bow Street just beside the Greek Restaurant. There are about 48 narrow steep stairs to negotiate to get to our room which is fine if you are fit and don’t have a large bag. There was water damage on the ceiling of our apartment which should be addressed before it becomes a problem.

The tiniest bathroom i have wver seen .also a very awkward staircase not user friendly with heavy cases.and no lift . The only bright side would be location . Do not pick this by the pic advertised

- Ted (9/5): Great flat in Covent Garden, quiet at night, perfect stay for couple - The hosts were very kind and responsive leading up to and during the trip. They even allowed us to do an early check in (11:30 AM) after our red eye flight landing at 6am. Greatly appreciated! The shower was nice with excellent hot water. Bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet at night despite being in the heart of covent garden. Throw pillows and carpet looked a little older and worn but wasn’t a big deal. Bathroom was really small but all London flats are generally that way so didn’t bother me.

- Jon (8/5): Convenience plus - Our first attraction to this property was location. It has proximity to the theaters and it's just a block or two from the Covent Garden tube station. Lots of wonderful places to eat. The apartment is equipped with the basics. The windows are well insulated both for temperature and sound. And there's a/c and heat. You don't find that everywhere in London. It was scrupulously clean. There is a dishwasher and multiple detergent tabs more than sufficient for our stay. Interlude House made it possible to enjoy breakfast both in our pajamas and in a charming place just down the block. We discovered a delightful lunchtime only takeout place: Kastner and Oven. Take a right out the door and another right at the corner. I am convinced that I have to go on a theater binge next year. And I hope to return to this property. The one improvement I'd like to see is the replacement of the mattress or a memory foam topper.

- Cammack (4/5): Not worth the money... - The location is a 10, so I guess that is supposed to make up for all the things that are not great about this place. It was also very clean. I don't usually write reviews with details but I don't want someone else to book this place without being aware of some things we just experienced. Something not very well mentioned is that this flat is on the 3rd floor. It's 2 levels above a restaurant and has A LOT of small winding stairs not easy for taking luggage up. The beds are horrible, the bed in the bedroom must be very old as you can feel the springs and lost its structure, as for the sofa bed, it's like sleeping on top of a rock. I wouldn't recommend this flat for more than 2 people. Sadly, the AC unit in the bedroom is broken(has been like this for a while as I've seen previous reviews that it didn't work!). We arrived on a Friday and I followed all the instructions for who to call/message about the issue. I didn't hear back for more than 24hrs and all they said was to just keep the door open and allow the AC unit from the other room to cool the bedroom-Wow what a genius idea....! Zero help or offer to have anyone come and look at it. The last thing I'll mention is that the bathroom doesn't have a power outlet which made it difficult for us to get ready. It was sad that we ended our big vacation here as all the rest of our accommodations in other countries (Madrid/Rome) were great!

- Nita (10/5): - What a gem in the heart of central London! We walked to most places and had easy access to the underground. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and had all the basics. One of the bedside table lights wasn't working, and it was quickly replaced after I sent an email. We will definitely recommend to our friends! Note there is a steep and narrow set of stairs to access the rooms, so may not be suitable for large, heavy suitcases.
- Tibi (7/5): Good location and price (for London) but not much else. - Excellent location for those who wish to attend theatrical performances. Good heating. Clean and renovated. Long and narrow stairwell. A nightmare to carry up or down suitcases. Busy and noisy intersection. Insuficient window coverings, you will wake up when the sun rises. Basic room, small, very small bathroom, mattress not thick enough, fridge is minuscule. All doors are slamming, including the neighbor's 😆.
- Dennis (6/5): Depending on your preferred level of comfort, it's OK - Apartment is spacious and in a great location. Access works flawlessly. The bathroom is too small. I like a sink that allows for placing products rather than a cabinet underneath. The cabinet underneath was worn down a lot. The apartment comes with 'enough towels and bed linen for your stay'. Well, we stayed 4 nights and that apparently means 2 hand towels total, and 1 bath towel per person. The same goes for the provided toileteries (1 soap, 1 body wash, 1 shampoo, 1 body lotion) for two people for 4 nights. One of the bedside lights did not work and the safe had a battery running low so we could not use it.
- Lera (10/5): - Everything is just perfect for a short vacation. We sleep on the 2nd floor and the downside is a lot of stairs to go up and down with luggage.
- Erik (10/5): - Our family of 5 had a great few days in London over Xmas and the apartment at Interlude house was perfect for our needs. A cozy and comfortable spot right in the hart of Covent Garden.
- Toreeden (9/5): Superb - Location was awesome. Cannot do better. Everything is near. Shop, station, everything. If you visiting London for a week or two, you cannot have a better spot. Not much to be honest considering I was focusing on the location but would be perfect if few holders were added in the shower (shampoo and toothbrush for e.g.) and also a coat holder in the living space.

- Martine (8/5): - Points forts : près de tout! Il y a de petits dépanneurs, plusieurs restaurants, du transport en commun, à 10 minutes de marche de Leicester square. Quartier très animé en soirée. Appartement petit mais avec une belle douche, cuisine équipée et il y avait même une laveuse. Points faibles: Le coffre-fort et l'air climatisée étaient inutilisables. Malgré que j'ai écrit au propriétaire, le problème ne fut pas réglé durant notre séjour. Le lit est OK mais sans plus. Il y a un building en démolition/reconstruction juste en face, ça fait beaucoup de bruits.

- Jonny (8/5): Bra läge centralt i London! - Allt jättebra förutom att det inte fanns två toaletter som stod i beskrivningen! Nära till tunnelbanan och bra läge.
- David (10/5): Great location 1 minute from Covent Garden tube - Everything you need for an apartment (home away from home). Great location, comfortable, good wifi, large common area, washing machine & dryer or close line if you prefer. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room as well as microwave oven/oven combined with stove top too. Coffee/tea making facilities with kettle and coffee plunger. Very nice secure, quiet (when double windows are closed) apartment. We will be back.

- Frédéric (8/5): Appartement bien situé et bien aménagé - L’appartement D suffisant pour trois adultes a été rénové récemment et est bien équipé. Néanmoins la climatisation de la chambre était en panne lors de notre séjour. Ce bâtiment est situé dans un secteur animé et parfois bruyant notamment le soir. Des travaux de deconstruction en face commencent également à 8.00. Les relations par mail avec le propriétaire sont rapides et cordiales. Les escaliers sont un peu raides avec une valise imposante. Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre choix.
- Paulsen (6/5): nice place but bad management and noisy. - the wifi and the AC in the bedroom did not work. Worse, when we brought these problems to the management/owner they failed to address them! also, there is a lot of street noise in the unit. this is a problem at night, especially in the early morning hours. additionally, there is major construction on a large building across the street and we awoke to jack hammering several mornings finally, the stair case is narrow, steep and long. 47 steps to 2nd floor unit, with 3 tight turns. difficult with luggage and not suitable for elderly. it was apparent based upon how management/owner told us to “fix” bedroom AC that it was a long-standing problem. the fox reset the AC, but it only ran for one cycle and then broke again. the fix was not simple so it didn’t really work!
- Myla (8/5): - The property is as pictured. Its size is sufficient for my party of 3. Good communication with the host. Easy check-in. It's within walking distance to shops, entertainment, restaurants, museums, Tube (train) 3 min walk. We enjoyed our stay. The only inconvenience is the absence of a Lift; the stairs are narrow. Overall, will probably stay here again but will make sure to pack light.
