• Franz (4/5): Big disappointment about location and room quality - We had stayed in this hotel several times before. Therefore we did not spend a lot if time on selecting a particular room: big mistake ! Instead of a room in a hotel, we ended up with a « suite » in the « annexe »: a mere euphemism for a very ordinary room in an entirely different address, with a bathroom so small that soaps etc had to be presented at the back of the toilet ! Also, there was a strong chemical smell. There are hundreds of rooms in Athens at that standard, but half the price.

• sjb (5/5): Wouldn't recommend nor return. - The location is good as it is central and one can walk to most attractions within a reasonable time. We booked Athens Flair Hotel as a post-exam treat for my daughter and her friend, specifically because of the advertised private jacuzzi and terrace cinema. Neither existed during their stay. Crucially, the hotel did not inform us in advance, nor was this mentioned at check-in. It was only when they asked that excuses were offered. Failing to disclose the absence of key advertised amenities — both before arrival and upon check-in — is unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. A one-night refund does not compensate for the disappointment or the fact that, had we been told the truth upfront, we would have booked elsewhere and avoided undermining what should have been a special trip.

• Roded (9/5): מושלם. המיקום לא בלב קולונקי והיינו כן צריכים ללכת עשר דקות ברגל וההליכה לא נוחה למי שנמצא עם עגלה. אבל המלון עצמו נהדר - הבניין מהמם והצוות שירותי מאוד! הגענו עם תינוק וקנו לנו במיוחד אמבטיה לקלח אותו אחרי ששאלנו אם יש כזו. דאגו כמובן גם למיטה ובבוקר לקרואסונים חמים. ענו במהירות והיו זמינים לכל שאלה או סיוע, גם בוואטסאפ. מקום שהרגיש משפחתי ומתוק. לא היססו לעזור לגבי כל מה שעלה. אהבנו הכל . גם את העלייה במדרגות :)
• Herbert (8/5): Ein mit Herz und Stil geführtes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in guter Lage. - Das Zimmer überzeugte durch seine Größe und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die harmonisch zum Haus passt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist die Lage gut, einige Cafés, Bars und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer nähe. Ziele in der Stadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind nicht vollständig schalldicht. In der kleinen Gasse befindet sich ein Lokal mit Außenbereich – einerseits sehr charmant und einladend, um den Abend bei einem Drink ausklingen zu lassen. Andererseits kann es im Zimmer für Gäste mit leichtem Schlaf etwas lauter werden. Für uns war es jedoch gut auszuhalten.

• Katrysheva (10/5): Small hotel with character! - I loved the beautiful building with old hardwood floors and pretty ceilings. Very nice location with restaurants, bars, cafes close by. The room is cozy and clean, a combination of modern and classical details. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi, but I’d love to return to do that. Unlike big hotels, this place is a small jewel with character.

I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The whole experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t fault a thing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
• Karyna (6/5): - Perfect location in the city center, beautiful interior When I checked in, they asked for all my bank card details, including the three-digit code on the back of the card. I refused to provide this three-digit code, and the staff member looked at me like I was a crazy fraud and rolled their eyes. I had booked the room through Booking, which had my card details, so why should I provide all my card details when checking into a hotel? After this situation, I didn't even stay overnight in the room and went to stay with a friend.

• Vladimir (8/5): Good wiew - Top location. In a beautiful neighborhood with a view of Lycabettus Hill. A lovely young man at the reception greeted us at 11:45 PM from the airport because our flight was delayed. The reception closed at 11:30 PM, which is strange for a 4 star hotel. An old building made into a modern hotel. A small, cramped room, but with a huge terrace. It's great for summer, but it's cramped in winter. Yesterday the staff didn't put toilet paper in. We had to ask for it at the reception in the evening. There were also no new towels, but it's not that big of a problem. The first night there was no water to drink and it was bad that there was nowhere to buy it at night, and the man at the reception went go to home. There is no elevator, for some it might be a problem. The saddest thing is that they gave us a torn sheet. This is the second time this has happened to me in a hotel. Extremely rare.

Il est situé dans un petit passage charmant , un peu en dehors du centre historique ce qui permet de trouver des lieux plus authentiques Les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage donc le passage de motos réveille. Je sais qu’aucun travaux n’est autorisé sur des façades 1800 mais mettre une double fenêtre à l’intérieur pourrait être une bonne idée !

• ralph (9/5): Alles in Allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen! - Die Idee das Frühstück in einer Box zu servieren, welches man auf der Dachterrasse genießen kann, ist witzig! Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt kann es jedoch leicht langweilig werden. Der Service sowohl das Personal waren extrem gut! Die Lage ist hervorragend mit vielen guten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Das Licht im Badezimmer ist zu dunkel (zumindest für Frauen die sich schminken) Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Man muss die Kleidung offen hinhängen beziehungsweise auf das Sofa legen.

• ANDRY (6/5): For the amount we paid for four nights the quality of the stay was unacceptable - Our room was extremely small, with a strong smell of damp and mold. The humidity was unbearable, and the tiny window was not enough to ventilate the space. Keeping it open was unsafe as it directly faced an external staircase. Plus the air conditioning was very old and noisy and it was impossible to rest properly.

We were floored by the high ceilings, the modern decor with antiques and best shower we have had at a hotel. There is a lovely rooftop where a breakfast from a local take out artisanal bakery is brought in if you like or just have drinks at night. However, what made it exceptional was our hosts Elias, Tryfonas, and Panagiotis who went above and beyond staying up extra late to greet us when our flight was late (Tryfonas) at all times from Acropolis museum (Elias) to helping decide what island to visit in my last minute planning (Panagiotis). They made us feel like family. We will be back! Nothing- wonderful

• Jennifer (8/5): - It's a cool hotel... the location isn't great. There's no elevator but they will help you with your bags up all the stairs. The hot tub didn't work property, wasn't heating and was shorting out... so having the extra balcony space and hot tub expense wasn't worth it - for us, anyway. It's an incredibly small space/room for the cost. Wifi/internet doesn't work or is extremely intermittent to the point of not working/frustration. TV doesn't work because of this either. They said it was a neighbourhood issue - so that is unfortunate for them as this service is not dependable or provided. We were strangely able to access wifi enough to use Netflix on a tablet but not on the TV. That being said, yes, the view from the patio is cool for 2 minutes. The service was exceptional. The value for what you get is not in line.

• Kr (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the historic hotel, the location, Eli and his staff, and of course the large spacious room! Lots of cafes, restaurants around but I didn’t hear a thing at night. Not really a big deal, but the room could have used a light near the mirror.
• Evgeny (9/5): Good place, great location, with private jacuzzi - Good location, not so far from the city center, great smokehouse just around the corner. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The private hot tub was amazing, especially after walking the whole day The air conditioning system was too loud, so it was uncomfortable to keep it working during the night
• Rajeev (10/5): Couldn’t recommend enough, would definitely stay again. - Fantastic location, in an area Greeks live, socialise and work in. Means you can visit real shops and cafes rather than just touristic ones. Not in the heart of the tourist attractions but a 10 minute walk from them. The hotel staff were SO friendly, like every single one. Given the historical building, there’s no elevator. The staff can help with luggage but something to note if you can’t manage stairs.
• Charlotte (8/5): For the most part the hotel was excellent. Lovely staff, great location and the view from the rooftop bar is worth a sta - The property was beautiful and the staff were great. The barman in particular, who made us feel very welcome with some excellent cocktails! There were a few maintenance issues with our room that took the shine off our stay a little.

So only 5 or 6 rooms so not the vibe I was expecting- roof top bar where I had thought breakfast and sundowners were served wasn’t a thing I didn’t realise it was as niche as it was Partner was sick most of the time so turned out the space was perfect for us

While it is a bit far from the city center (probably 15 minutes walking), it is still close enough to everything. The neighborhood is lovely with beautiful streets and nice food/drink options. 3. It is a boutique hotel - and so it felt intimate and cousy We felt that the room could use some renovation and modernization

• Jenny (9/5): Wonderful boutique hotel in a fantastic area, perfect for exploring the glory of Athens - Absolutely fantastic location, super comfortable room and bed, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely small boutique hotel in a gorgeous building with a roof terrace ( we were too early in the season for the roof top bar so improvised with our own drinks on the roof). We didn't have the breakfast as there are so may places close by. Perfect location for exploring with great bars and restaurants just moments away. Our room was right next to the reception so there was a small amount of noise in the morning but not too early and didn't disturb us too much.

The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable, our one was with a hot tub. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Flair Athens for anyone visiting this incredible city!

The location is fantastic, near lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars and also within walking distance of the main attractions in the city centre.
