• Emily (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was adorable, spacious, and comfortable. The staff even surprised us with breakfast for us in the morning which was so thoughtful and made our day. Our only complaint was that the stove kept beeping, it seemed like a timer kept going off. Otherwise our stay was great and we’d definitely recommend.
• Gayelynn (10/5): Great if you don’t need any assistance. - Location is good for the north stuff and a bit far for things like the pantheon and crypt. It’s next to the moulin rouge but was oddly quiet. We had an issue getting in and had to call the number on our reservation. There is nobody there to assist after the day worker goes home. Also, she hides in the basement. The basement is also where the “self serve” luggage storage is lol. And, DO NOT follow the directions on the washer/dryer, that will not work. Somehow, we had to hard press the “time management” button to shut off the wash cycle.
• Orfdadina (8/5): Room with a View - Place was clean and in a great area. There was a washer/dryer machine in the place, which took a little time to figure out but once we did it worked great. Service with the staff was great and quick. We did have a problem with the toilet overflowing due to plumbing issues upstairs. We did loss money on a excursion that day. Because we couldn't leave the place, the toilet and the shower weren't accessible. Picture shows what happen. This is the best of it, it was really bad. The toilet kept over filling for hour with urine and poop. I have to put towel down to stop it from running into the living space. Ended up with 2 inches of urine and poop in the restroom before the finally got it fixed, several hour later. The office staff just didn't respond fast enough. The maid service was great and help more the the office staff.

• esther (6/5): - The place is small.. washroom door does not close. It has no fan, it also has no fan.. and very foggy after showering. There was only two toilet roll for 6 days with 3 adults. No hand soap in the kitchen, no vacuum to do any cleaning. No sponge or brush to clean the washroom. No face towels or paper towel.. the worse part was not getting a reply back about being able to leave a luggage in the storage after check out. Pls do better

• Rebecca (10/5): - First night was a nightmare, with our room adjacent to a young family that woke 7:30a, moving furniture to little feet running around with Redbull energy. You could hear everything in room 331. We asked for another room and it was an unbelievable difference (due to guests). Customer Service was prompt in transferring us. We had everything we needed in the unit; peace/privacy, great pull-out couch bed, dishwasher, washer/dryer!!, fantastic AC to luxurious bedding. Oh! I adore their Chevron natural wooden floor! The bathroom color scheme could use some rework, but stocked with incredibly fluffy large towels! It was the perfect space for the 3 of us, allowing us to make a healthy breakfast before heading out for 20K+ steps in Paris! There are so many options spanning from restaurants, grocery stores, cafes to transportation! We LOVED riding LIME bikes throughout the city - pricey but efficient! We would definitely return & recommend this hotel!
• John (8/5): - The property was perfectly placed with lots to see and do around the Moulin Rouge and Chât Noire. The metro is a few steps away and there was ample food and grocery options nearby. The exclusive use of mobile app for accessing the property took some getting used to, but we never had any issues. The property was a little small for 4 people over the age of 15. I was also a nice surprise to have the last stage of the Tour de France pass in front of us.
• Simon (2/5): Fuyez go anywhere esle unless you don’t wash you - Nous avons exposé un problème dès notre arrivés la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas. Apparemment ce problème date de plusieurs semaine car le bas de la porte est couvert de moisissure et gonflé par l’eau. Les gens d’entretiens sont supposément passés mais il n’avait pas les outils pour régler le problème bien que ce fut clairement nommé. Les planchers du logement étaient sales. Le drain de la douche n’arrivait pas à capter l’eau de la douche. L’eau s’accumulait pendant la douche et couvrait complètement le plancher de la pièce. Aucune aide ou compensation ne fut offert. On sent vraiment que le client n’est pas important nous avons été très déçu par cette hébergement. Mis à part son emplacement il n’y avait pas beaucoup de positif
• Sylvie (8/5): - Lovely apartment. Getting in with the QR code was easy. The space is small but as described. Nice amenities and perfect location. Two things to mention. The QR code for the luggage room wasn’t working and I had to call the manager of the property. The phone number indicated on the wall in the apartment is incorrect. Since there is no manager on site those phone numbers should be accurate. Also think of foreigners and a possibility to call free with WhatsApp for example.

• shannon (8/5): - I enjoyed staying at this property, the daily breakfast and authentic Parisian pastries each morning, as well as the cleanliness of the apartment really was fantastic. The aesthetic was modern yet minimalist, and the safety of the gate entry into the apartment was fantastic the areas by the Moulin Rouge so we can be a little sketchy at night and dark however You know that in advance. The staff was courteous. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because there was a point when they were supposed to send over communication for the 3-D secure link I asked for it in advance and didn’t hear any response when I finally got a hold of the staff I had to call instead of using the messaging through Expedia and we were able to rectify, but it did give me a bit of a scare because I was unable to get my QR code for the key until I completed the registration when I spoke to the staff member Manan, who is very helpful , she let me know that the email they had on file was through Expedia and not my direct email although we had been using Expedia messaging that could’ve been communicated with me earlier and I could’ve provided them with my email address so that we had a continued smooth process. Nonetheless, Manon was very helpful, and I was able to have a really strong stay for my sister‘s birthday and my husband birthday as well. If I were to go back to Paris which I will be, I would definitely definitely stay here again the hospitality was great. The cleanliness was fantastic.

• Narayanan (10/5): - Great location for exploring Paris, steps away from the Moulin Rouge, multiple metro stations and bus stops. Numerous dining options from bakeries and coffee shops along Rue Lepic to bistros everywhere. Flat itself is small (as expected) but beautifully furnished and appointed. And let’s face facts, you’re in Paris to be in the city, not to sit indoors, even with a heatwave on. Washer-dryer in the unit and AC are big pluses. Bonus tip: try and visit the small but wonderful Musee de Montmarte, right by the Sacre Coeur. Located in a house Renoir once lived in, it’s a short bus ride, if you want to skip the uphill walk, and gives you a feel for the history and character of the neighborhood.

There were a few tiny issues like the bathroom door and exterior window being very difficult to open but otherwise, it was a veey nice place to stay. The metro stop is just across the street.

• Xiaodong (10/5): Great place to stay in central Paris - Small apartment but very clean with fully equipped kitchen, which is great for us to cook breakfast and dinner. 40 meters from moulin rouge,close to metro stations. Very convenient to other major attractions. They have onsite staff during day and very responsive to messages. The room facing street might be noisy till 2 am from the clubs nearby, but this is not a problem by closing windows and wearing earplugs.

Very steep staircase or 1 person elevator. Note that access is only with a QR code sent to phone. I was a little nervous incase my phone battery died that wouldn’t be able to gain entrance to my room. This didn’t happen and everything went smoothly, but it was a concern. It would be easier on guests to have a staff member present, as check in information is given last minute. Overall, the hotel was very nice, quiet and clean, but a spiral staircase up to rooms. Lastly, they have a room in the basement that can be utilized for luggage storage which was great, but it was just an open room with no type of security. Anyone with the QR codes staying here would be able to access your things. We took the risk and everything was fine.

• susan (10/5): - We had a great stay at this property. Would be ideal for 2 people. We are a family of 4. The only bedroom was quiet, the bed roomy and very comfortable. However my children slept on a sofa bed in living room which was somewhat uncomfortable. Children’s main complaint was that it was very noisy at night with hotel very close to Moulin Rouge. Room was clean, staff was attentive to all our needs. Laundry in room was a major plus! Would definitely stay there again!

It was a bit tight- as European hotels can be, but maybe even a bit smaller with barely room to move around the beds or a place to put our bags. The location was perfect and was very quiet- especially considering the hopping night life just outside the doors of the maison courtyard.

• Jeanette (6/5): Overall stay ok with some issues - They stay overall was ok. Accessing the hotel was easy with the QR code. The area where the sofa bed is was a bit noisy due to street noise. The bedroom area didn’t have those issues because it is blocked of by another wall. The under cabinet lights were on when we arrived and we couldn’t turn them off because of a remote that didn’t work. We tried to reach someone from the property but due to after hours we couldn’t. Only solution so that our kids could sleep was to hang towels to cover the lights. When we took a shower in the morning we only had luke warm water.

• Shannon (10/5): Loved it- great hidden gem - It is such an unassuming hotel. Tiny, narrow, hidden in plain sight. But right in the middle of Montmartre and just down the hill from our favorite restaurants… there are SO many great restaurants in this neighborhood. Our room was at the top of the hotel with stunning skylights and windows looking out over our neighborhood. A fold out couch was prepped for the kids and a queen for my husband and I. The room was gorgeous- dark patterned wallpaper and open high open ceilings which made a small double room feel vast. Service was excellent from check in through calling a car to the airport and storing our bags… oh! And the free espresso machine on the 1st floor avail at all times was an absolute treasure. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were not the only ones other people staying in the building had the same issue. It took quite some time to get the doors open. • Farnaz (10/5): - This property was perfect in almost every way possible. What you see in the picture is what you get. It was very beautiful, clean and new. Nothing worn out and out dated about it. It was a bit tight for us being used to north american spaces, but all high quality appliences and the clealiness of the apartment made up for it. After all, wew weren't planning to stay whole day there. My only consideration is the neighbourhood. I had heard so much about Monmartre and it was almost right beside Moulin Rouge. But, we weren't aware of all the sex toy shops around in the neighbourhood. luckily, my kids weren't too curious about them. But walking in the main street, I had to keep distracting them from the windows of the shop. Otherwise, it WAS fantastic. We arrived early, the ladies, let us check-in early. Having not slept the night before in the airplane, this was a life saver. We could sleep 3 hours before strolling in the area. I would highly highly recommend it.

At first I was afraid that it was not in a good area but it ended up being the perfect spot for the whole family …from fun bars and restaurants to dance club for my 18 year old. Make sure to check out the bar across the building entrance…it gets you to cool roof top with the wind mill of the Moulin Rouge Just list 1 star because it was so cramped for a family of 4…with all our luggage and no where really to hang all our clothes

It had everything we needed with a full kitchenette, washer/dryer combo (although I advise buying your own detergent - the little tabs the have for laundry did not seem to clean our clothes well), stocked with coffee, tea, great shampoo & shower gel, and i loved that they had usb outlets installed in multiple places. It eliminated the need to have a power converter - though they do provide one if needed. Right next to the Moulin Rouge and other bars, it is a very busy area. Not necessarily quiet but noise does not bother us. Go up Rue Lepic and conveniently, there is a small grocery store (G20) and a few bakeries. Restaurants are plentiful within a couple minutes walking. The Blanche metro station right there or head to the right when exiting Cité Veron, then left at the next street for the Place de Clichy metro station. Despite it being a "seedy" part of town (so what? there's sex shops & strip clubs - more touristy than not), it was a very convenient location.
• Imani N (10/5): - La Maison MonMarte was a great place for my family and I to call home base as we explored Paris. It was pretty central to everything and access to the metro and bus system was excellent! The access to customer service definitely relies on technology. We really had no issues that required attention.
• A (2/5): Reliant on not well functioning technology - Nice room and good location but if you can get into it! In summary, they send you a email in which there is a link to a QR code that you use by facing your phone towards a camera on the door multiple times as you gain entry to the building and then to your room. Their QR system is not foolproof. The link they sent to me did not download. I contacted them and informed them of the fact that the code would not download. They did not take my plea seriously stating that it would work once it was after 4 pm… and when I arrived at the hotel it took me 48 minutes on the phone on a freezing winter night( an international phone call on my expense) to get to someone who has the technical knowledge and ability to email me the QR code that’s required to access to my room. So they are cost cutting by using technology to get rid of reception staff but their system is not well structured enough to deal with the needs of people who traveled internationally Perhaps this is going to be the future where technology is sufficient but we are not there yet
• Verified traveler (4/5): No service at emergency nor routine. No Comunicati - First the scanner does not work properly. Had to ask for code or key and it took 2 days to get any reply. Second they are completely not responding to you despite the WhatsApp and the email they provide. They only answer on time when you inform them that you are leaving the property earlier. Meaning they read messages but ignore deliberately for several days. My daughter got stuck in the apartment toilet and we could not open the door. No one was on site or via WhatsApp /mail to answer . Called their "emergency" number (which is super expensive as this is international call for me) and the person could not reach anyone to open the door while the child is screaming and crying inside locked. After 30 minutes (while child is locked in) the person apologies and said no one answers, therefore they cannot assist (!). I asked him to call Police or Fire Department, but he said that since he is not located in Paris he cannot call emergency services and I should call them myself. I called the police explaining by daughter is stuck 45 minutes in the bathroom and the owner of the apartment cannot help. Police officer said they do not speak English and hang up the phone . as simple as that- no one can help you while emergency if you do not speak French. I called the premises emergency line again (they probably owe me 100 EUR just for the international calls). After long waiting time someone answered and suggest that I will simply break the door of the bathroom (woman with 2
• Elizabeth Marie Hayes (10/5): - They staff was great. The property is in a central location with shops and restaurants very close. Love that it’s an apartment vs a hotel. The gate deal was a tad confusing, the email went to my junk and I missed it. That was the only hitch which we did get resolved pretty quickly. For us this place is a jewel!
• Ana María (10/5): - Love the area, close to everything, metro station is less than a minute away. Lovely dining choices.
• Washington (8/5): - Excellent location, very livable neighborhood. The apartment was very nice. We had a few issues with appliances and the elevator that the onsite staff on tried to promptly fix.
• Gustavo (6/5): - Not one to rely on technology or smart phone. That was the only way to check in and get into facilities. Hard a couple of issue with it and ran into a few other couple stuck trying to use. Communication wasn’t the best in response time back and emails in a different language
• Olga (8/5): - Stayed here with 2 kids age 11 and 8. The place is clean, easy to find, convenient to shops and all main attractions of montmatre. It’s also right next to Metro and easy ride anywhere in the city. It’s nice to have a fridge, microwave and laundry… we would stay here again.

• Ashley (4/5): - Apartment is not well insulated, you can hear the street sounds as well as the drunken people leaving the bar across the property. We also smelled cigarette smoke from the streets with the windows closed. We used this stay as a layover and weren’t able to sleep at all due to the noise. Also someone entered our apartment while we were napping during the day. I’m assuming it was a cleaning person, although she didn’t introduce herself. The area is great, close proximity to everything just extremely loud at night.
