Location is not convenient for tour pick ups - add taxi cost and time (min 30 mins journey) to join any excursions. Breakfast lacks any western food items and hot drink choice. Lifts and carpets dirty and worn out in public areas. My "bungalow" had a small ant infestation. Bathtub/shower has a 3.5 foot side wall /deep cavern which is impossible to safely get into. Room had a terrible smell of stale cooking odours and needs deodorizing. Curtains and fixtures are worn. Bare cement and lacking any warmth in decor

My mistake was not double checking the location. They have multiple different hotels under the same name around Hanoi which might be confusing if you’re first time here The breakfast was not good

- Tze Ken Bryan (8/5): Satisfied! - Staff were very helpful esp with translations with locals. Attentive to our table during breakfast buffet. Clean bed, linen, and rooms (bathrooms included). Buffet breakfast spread was good, we were happy with the variety. Better food than what I had on a local cruise to Halong Bay. Not much, other than a slightly musky smell in the room when we first walked in. It must have been left unused for a few days as I suspect it wasnt well ventilated prior to our arrival. Seemed to resolve after that. Bed was a little on the hard side.

Pentru par am cerut eu de fiecare data si am primit. Nimic grav, dar mi-ar fi placut sa fie deja in camera. - View-ul din prima camera in care am stat. Dar calitatea serviciilor hotelului a compensat. Si oricum, nu este un lucru pe care hotelul il poate influenta.

- Dmitrii (8/5): Вполне себе сно но сносно но во второй раз я туда не приеду - Концепция очень интересное место неплохое не центр но и не окраина. Завтрак вполне приемлемый Мебель очень ушатанная такое ощущение что её привезли откуда-то из другого отеля. Картинки уже явно не соответствуют. Продовольственный магазины которые находятся рядом они рано закрываются и ночью не работают а если работают то выбор у них очень скудный поэтому рекомендую пользоваться ресторанами. Ну такова общая ситуация по Ханою.

Śniadania w sam raz (raczej nieduże). Hotel mocno zużyty i niedosprzątany. Nie polecam na dłuższy pobyt do zwiedzania miasta, gdyż jest na obrzeżach.

In reality it looks not even close to this. Heating wasn’t working and the humidity in the room was super high. So we left after a night and stayed in a different place

- Caroline (8/5): Good value for money - The hotel was all in all good. The rooms were spacious. The price definitely fair for what you get. The staff is lovely but unfortunately speaks only very limited English (things tourists ask repeatedly like booking a driver are no problem but anything slightly more complicated is tricky). The rooms were clean too and the bathtub functioned well. (But there was no sidebar available for drinks or snacks like on the pictures) If you want big clean rooms for a good price and don't mind being 30min by grab from the main tourist area, the place is definitely a good choice. The rooms look way more dated than on the picture... Also there was a weird smell in the room. The cleaning happened while we were on breakfast and wasn't very thorough (i.e. one day the tea cups still smell like tea after they cleaned, the just turned them upside down). The beef in the breakfast soup was dry. There were very limited drink options for breakfast (only sweet drinks and coffee, milk). The sauna was unclear how to use and there were no instructions anywhere... The staff told us to come to reception for explanations but at that time we were 45mins drive from the hotel and worried that other reviews are right and we cannot use it as a couple.

Die Lage ist etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber dafür stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Sauberkeit ist perfekt, und insgesamt kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. - Keoma-Melody (9/5): Calm and Easy - I loved how helpful and convenient the location is. There's a nearby Pharmacy, Cafe and restaurants. The room was spacious with a unique bathtub that actually placed on the balcony. The furnitures were lovely and the layout of the toilet and shower was also unique. The slippers are not your usual flimsy hotel slippers, they are proper ones where it dries fast when it gets wet. Everyone is helpful and cheerful. Even the tour information desk helped us and did not make us feel like his trying to rip us off. He actually recommended and helped us do it ourselves in a smooth and easy way. All staff was helpful. After travelling so far we had a comfortable and relaxing sleep. It was not a deal breaker but there's a slight wet wood smell in the corridor.

- Histeven (8/5): - Nice modern hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Breakfast is very poor. I specifically asked for some vegan options, that were eventually fruit and salad. :(

- Mallaidh (10/5): Beautiful property - Beautiful property with lovely staff! Little cafe on the bottom floor by reception which was very handy too. Very comfortable bedding and lots of storage space. Our own fault but it is a bit far out from the main Old Quarter (25/30 Grab journey)
