• Sabine (9/5): Toll für einen Städtetrip. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig wegen toll gedämmter Fenster. - Tolle Lage, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Blick vom Bett auf die Akropolis, Mir fällt nichts negatives dazu ein.

A great location and a very well presented apartment. The hostels were very kind, even allowing us to store our bags there well before check in, which allowed us to go exploring while we waited to check in. Thank you, we loved our stay. No issues.

• Anna (8/5): - The property is in an amazing location, close to Acropolis, Plaka ,Monastiraki,metro and bus stations. Clean and comfortable,nice big rooms cosy ,there was a filter coffee machine whis is a plus.I would definitely recommend it for the price and I would stay there again. There was an issue with the key . To be honest I didn't expect that the keys to be and a lockbox on the traffic lights itself and the the box was stacked and for more than 20 minutes didn't want to open to access the keys which was a bit frustrating,but the owner was ready to help and on his way to us to support,so no issues with that . Just we found it a bit strange.

• Hans (7/5): Nabij leuke wijk en comfortabel ruim appartement. - Ligging en comfort. Herrie aan drukke weg en open slaapkamer in living zodat je reisgenoot op de andere kamer de woonkamer pas kan gebruiken als de ander is opgestaan en aangekleed.

• Maria Beatriz (8/5): Un buen sitio, con estupenda vista pero necesita arreglo en los baños - El salón, las habitaciones, la vista, son un 10. El dueño es muy simpático y agradable. El baño y lavabo necesitan una urgente revisión. Me he duchado en chanclas por el moho y suciedad incrustada en los azulejos.
• Crisviaggio (7/5): Ottima posizione ma.... - Posizione molto comoda a due passi dal Museo dell'Acropoli. Piacevole l'arredo e ampio l'appartamento. Avevamo scelto l'appartamento perché descritto come dotato di due bagni. In realtà uno è solo un Wc con lavandino, con un aereatore che convoglia l'aria nell'altro bagno, quello vero, che però a sua volta non ha alcuna presa d'aria! Abbiamo inoltre chiesto più volte un secondo mazzo di chiavi (eravamo due coppie) e le abbiamo ottenute solo l'ultimo giorno.

• Tricia (9/5): Excellent location for exploring Athens! - Location was amazing! Only a 6 minute walk to Plaka for great restaurants and shopping. Great view of the Acropolis during day and night. Apartment was large and very clean (except for old stained bathroom tiles). The AC was very helpful on a 100 degree day. Host was pleasant and communicated quickly. The beds could have been more comfortable.

• Gabriela (10/5): Very centrical place - We found it very comfortable.A lot of privacy for families or groups of friends. The street is big and very noisy but with closed windows it will be all quiet.
• Renata (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, clean, with separate kitchen. 4th floor with fantastic view. In bathroom - everything you need. Very good location. Near the big noisy street. But with closed windows was ok.
• Peter (9/5): I would use again. - The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. It's an ideal location for public transport access and visiting the major archaeological sites. Plenty of shops and restaurants in within walking distance. The traffic noise.

• Andreea (10/5): Perfect apartment close to all attractions in Athens - This was a large, clean apartment walking distance to the Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon . Air conditioning was a plus! Loved everything, including the old style elevator (reminded me of my childhood!)

• Khalifa (9/5): Amazin deal value for money - Fillippos is a great host, very helpful, communicates fast and efficiently. The location is just perfect with an amazing view of the Accropolis from the balcony, living room and one bedroom. Cleaning and some small articles (kleenix, kitchen towels, some maps for athens).
• Marsha (6/5): Old, dated, not very clean but the location is very good - The location is amazing. Picture of the view of the Acropolis is real! The water temperature and pressure of the shower was fine. Water is solar heated and if there is no sun you can turn on waterheater. The description and the pictures of the add do not reflect the appartment in reality. The appartment was not very clean. The appartment does NOT have 2 bathrooms. It has 1 very dated bathroom (could have been cleaner on arrival) and 1 very dated toilet that was not cleaned at all on arrival and made a lot of noise when flushing. Also you can not throw toilet paper in the toilets so you need to use waste bags (not provided!). The kitchen looked ok but also could use a good cleaning and update. The beds were ok but creaking a lot. The was a gasoline smell in the stairwell. The appartment is on the 4th floor. It has a balcony and not a patio. Advise to owner: Do not rent it out anymore until you update and clean
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Fabulous space close to main tourist attractions. Enjoyed sitting on balcony and seeing acropolis and people and traffic. Shower head, not enough toilet paper, and need for more garbage bags.

Enjoy! - apartment was nice and spacious, some small issues but furnished nicely and it was clean, overall we had a great stay. the building was quiet internally, and location close to tram, and acropolis. (Traffic could be noisy but hey, if you dont like busy cities, dont go to any major city!!) Philip met me on site and was a very nice and helpful guy. Thanks! Only a couple of points, really minor. The shower head was split and sprays water in your face (and on the ceiling too!) A thermostatic shower would be a nice upgrade. The air con leaked on to the balcony outside so it left a constant puddle in the middle of the balcony.

• Enrico (8/5): Very good - Very clean and spacious flat. Fantastic view over Acropolis. I had to get in touch with the host to get the keys. It would have been better if I had been contacted directly by him. Noise from the road, partially mitigated by the fact that the flat is at the 4th floor and there is air conditioned in every room (i.e. no need to keep windows open).
