El hostel cumplió todas mis expectativas: es un lugar tranquilo donde pude descansar bien, las camas son cómodas y hay servicios cerca, lo que lo hace muy práctico. Nada destacable, la experiencia fue muy positiva.

• Vidana (9/5): Great Vibes, Awesome Atmosphere, Chill Hostel - Very awesome location, in a private neighborhood with a huge park across the street. It has three floors. The bottom floor there are 3 private rooms open up to the swimming pool. Second floor: kitchen, two refrigerators, stove, blender, coffee maker, and a multifunction cooker. Two private showers and bathrooms. Dinning room and work area. Wifi is very fast. Outdoor tiki themed deck with tables, chairs, and plants, looking over pool. 6 Mens bunks :3 floor woman's bunks. AC. A sweet cat roams all around. No street noise. Restaurants, Grocery store, and mall 2 streets away. Owner and his wife are super chill, speak English. Very clean. Great vibes. I wish it looked right over the Ocean.
• David (10/5): Una llegada sorprendente - A la llegada estuvimos charlando y festejando, gente muy buena, de corazón, como llegue tarde, se me olvido pedirle la manta y al rato me di cuenta que la tenia, fue muy lindo, nos convidaron a alguna bebida a la llegada y muy agradecido. El sitio es sencillo y acogedor, y esta bastante limpio, tiene un oxxo y comida callejera cerca de allá, no me esperaba una llegada a mexico tan calida y me senti de la familia, muchas gracias por su hospitalidad, se nota que quieren tener todo lo mejor posible, para que la gente se sienta comoda y tenga una bonita estancia ;)

I had to take a Uber for airport Locks doors are no working properly and we have to make some manipulation to be able to close it No hot water in the shower even after waiting 2 min

• Fabienne (3/5): Stay was ok but not what was advertised - Host seemed reasonably friendly and kindly waited for me when my flight was delayed. there is NO Breakfast included although they advertise it! And also there is no Kitchen for you to cook. Also it is advertised as Downtown Cancun, but it is 5min walk to the bus station and 20min busride to downtown!! Shower was freezing cold and only droplets bit wasnt the end of the world,as I only stayed 2 days.
• Erika (1/5): Tremendo, non andateci mai - Dice che é in centro. Falso: totalmente fuori ovvero 20 minuti di AUTO dal centro di Cancun. Diceva colazione compresa. Falso: se vuoi da mangiare paghi qualsiasi cosa. Non esce acqua dalla doccia ed é gelida quella poca che esce. La responsabile ha portato dei sombrero in camera da letto e solo perché una ragazza se ne é provata uno le ha detto che ormai era da pagare perché se l’era messo in testa. Dice che c’è una cucina. Falso c’è solo una mini piastra a induzione singola con delle pentole rotte e sporche. Si gelava in camera ho chiesto una coperta mi é stato dato un lenzuolo sporco di sangue.

We had to find other accommodation with very short notice. It may have been the language barrier, but we did not receive an apology. There was no reply when I sent a screenshot of our reservation confirmation from booking.com

• Martín (10/5): Definitivamente volvería. - Los responsables del lugar son muy amables y atentos. Está en una zona tranquila. Hay una pequeña alberca donde se está muy a gusto.
• Elsy Estrella (1/5): NO ES LO QUE OFRECEN EN LAS FOTOS, PARA NADA GRATO EL HOSPEDAJE - La ubicación. El AC no funcionaba, las chapas de las puertas no servían estaban rotas y no nos dieron llave de la habitación, debido a eso no se podía dormir tranquila sabiendo que solo con empujar la puerta se abriría, el Internet no funciona y la señal no llega en la habitación, algunas almohadas estaban rasgado/roto y a la sábana de las camas estaba sucio tenía como que tierra, al llegar nos dijeron que la habitación ya la habían "vendido" y como mi reservacion era NO REMBOLSABLE no hubo otra opción que respetarlo. Las camas para nada cómodas deberían arreglar el tema de Internet y las chapas de la habitación a NADIE le gusta dormir sin poder cerrar la puerta del cuarto por mas "segura" que digan que es.

• Lorena (5/5): Pésimo servicio - La cama con cortina y luz Aunque había cocina no tenía gas ni siquiera para hervir un agua. Cuando le pregunté ala anfitriona (Natalie) por desayuno al otro día me dijo que no había ningún problema. Al otro día le pregunté por el desayuno y me dijo que lo único que me podía ofrecer era pasta con salsa (obviamente precalentada). Eso me molestó porque tuvo toda la tarde anterior para comprar un gas y preparar un desayuno decente. Al final salí a desayunar afuera. El baño no tenía tiraje ni agua, sólo había un balde para tirar agua en la taza y olía horrible. La noche anterior a mi salida hubo música en la noche hasta las 2am, estando sólo la anfitriona (Natalie) y no sé si alguien más. Cuando bajé en la mañana al baño estaba todo mojado porque había dejado el refrigerador descongelando, casi me resbalo. En definitiva podría ser un excelente lugar si lo tuviera como corresponde y cumpliera con lo que ofrece (desayuno pagado).

• Fernando (10/5): Muito Bom - As camas e o quarto tinham condições muito boas, e daqui algum tempo vai ficar ainda melhor, porque estam a fazer melhoramento no edifício todo.A pessoa responsável pela albergue juvenil é muito simpática e atenciosa. E está perto do centro comercial e Walmart, o que é bastante conveniente.

• JORGE R EUSEBIO (3/5): - El barrio, tranquilo, con varios parques, avenidas con transporte público, mall y comercios cerca. Val, la compañera de cuarto, muy buena onda. El hostel tiene lo básico para descansar y sobrevivir... Varias cosas podrían haber sido mejor. Gracias igualmente.

• Gladys (1/5): Fuyez! - Rien Quand je suis arrivé c'est un électricien qui m'a ouvert car il n'y avait aucun personnel dans l'établissement malgré que j'ai donné mon heure d'arrivée. Il n'y avait pas d'électricité on m'a dit que c'était pour 1h alors je suis resté sauf que ça a duré jusqu'à mon départ le lendemain. Il n'y avait pas d'eau non plus et les toilettes ne marchaient pas. Aucune possibilité de recharger son téléphone. L'établissement n'est pas terminé et les prises d'électricité étaient avec des fils électriques de partout. Aucun point d'eau accessible seulement un pot de peinture avec un godet d'eau pour se doucher. Totalement insalubre ! Fuyez ! la personne n'a pas voulu me rembourser!
• Travelling Hobo (3/5): - Bed was comfortable. Pool Outdoor area. No name outside hostel to indicate where you are. The bed was used, and the sheets were not changed. Kitchen lacked utensils and equipment. Showers were cold. Staff shared the guest's dorm. Lighting was not good. There is no staff in the morning when going to check out. Had to wake him from his sleep in the dorm room at 9am. Location out of the way, but bear to a shopping centre to get goods and supplies. The curtain rail on the bed kept coming off as it didn't slide easily.

• Danna (7/5): Instancia para estar en Cancún buena ya que es muy económico - La ubicación no está mal porque es céntrico, con una Micro llegas a todas las playas de la zona hotelera y al centro para tomar un bam para isla del Carmen. Además, los chicos que atienden son muy simpáticos y amables sobre todo te ayudan a moverte por Cancún sin un taxi, Uber o Didi ( que es el más económico) Los baños aunque el de las mujeres tiene más iluminación por tener una ventana, el de los hombres es muy cerrado, aún así siempre Héctor los mantiene limpios. Sobre las duchas les falta cortina al de hombre y ambos poner otra rejilla en el desagüe para que no suban las cucarachas ya que un día me pille con una (solo un día) y fue horrible.

• Alena (1/5): It was terrible!!! - Price It was some kind of super trash experience. We spent 7 pre-paid nights there. We checked in late in the evening, the next day the water disappeared. It was nowhere: not in the shower, not in the toilet, only in ... the pool. If you need to go to the toilet, you take a bucket and go to the pool for water. During the day, some unknown people splashed in the pool, not living in the guesthouse, there was a crowd of children and some women of about 70-80 years old, apparently neighbors from all over the area. At night, the electricity was sometimes cut off. There are no air conditioners, you could ask for a fan, but someone could also take it at night. Someone from the staff was constantly rummaging through things. It was strictly forbidden to leave food unattended, it could be eaten both from the refrigerator and from the bag standing next to the bed. Already on the second day, the manager Natalie came to us, and then her boss asked what rating we would give the hotel. We said 1, and we were asked to put 10 for the promise to take us to the airport. They approached us with this question several times. Nobody clean there. Everywhere was dirty.
• Anna (2/5): Not worth it - It was even worse than expected, you get a hard bed and a roof over your head, but zero privacy, zero convenience, you need to beg for a pillow for your bed. It was dirty and dark, the stairs to the "bedroom" are very steep and easy to fell off. There were only some really weird people living there long-term, and the host only arrived late in the evening. The location is not convenient either. It was way cheaper than other hostels, but not worth it.

There was someone working there who behaved unacceptably it made my stay uncomfortable beside that for the price is understandable that you would have some inconveniences, like having to go down the stairs to go to the bathroom during the night,like toilet paper running out, like the AC too cold at night and far from Cancun center...

• Princeofclydes (3/5): Difficult to find, uncomfortable to endure. - The sound of the waterfall cascading into the pool was nice. The deadbolt on the front door was reassuring. The staff were pleasant enough. High ceilings in dorm were nice. The wifi worked. No sign or number on street front meant it was hard to find. No hot water for showers, ever. I stayed a week. It took three days to replace the toilet seat on the only men's toilet. No a/c. The fan was very noisy. My bed was lumpy. It is 5km from ADO bus station. No easy transport to and from. Half of the chairs on the upper patio were broken. The "kitchen" was a joke. No microwave. No kettle. Just a 2-burner hotplate. Sink was tiny and faucet flopping about. Only a bar fridge available.

• Francisco Alejandro (2/5): Mala comunicación, mal servicio. - Pésimo. Llegamos al lugar y después de 15 minutos de tocar la puerta, nos abrió una señora que no tenía ni idea de la reserva. Intento llamarle al dueño durante unos 10.minutos y nunca le contestaron. Nos dijo que nos quedaramos en la habitación y que al día siguiente que llegara el dueño negociabamos la tarifa (que ahí en sitio era más cara que en la app), a lo que nos negamos, y pues no nos quedamos. No recomiendo el lugar

• Siva (10/5): Ivan is friendly and helping person who made my travel easy to the hostel. - The staff in the hostel is cooperative and very much suitable for bachelor or student life. Little cleanliness would make the hostel good.
