• May (9/5): Great stay, we would come back - - Great location - Staff was friendly and helpful during the whole stay - Breakfast was good with plenty of options (even a pancake machine) - Nice touch: refilled water bottles in the room every day - Chocolates at arrival made the welcome feel special - We mentioned our preference for a room on a high floor and it was perfectly arranged before we arrived - The deposit was returned to my card immediately after check-out, which I really appreciated - The corridors always smelled very nice and fresh The only downside was the room size. Even the superior room felt quite small (more than expected), and we are visiting from Europe, so we are already used to small hotel rooms, but this one felt smaller than what the pictures showed.

A bit stingy with milk and tea bags but could have been the fancy box that stored them wasn’t big enough for more. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made everything work. Only weird thing: I was on the fifth floor in a room that was for handicapped people, I hope I did not take that away from someone who needed that room. But it was a perfect stay and I would love to come back to this hotel

More like Found Heaven 💅✨ If you’re looking for a hotel that serves charm, comfort, and lattes hotter than your ex’s new fling, Lost Property St Pauls is IT. Nestled smack dab in the middle of London’s sightseeing playground, this place made walking to iconic landmarks feel like a casual strut down the runway. Louise and Sangam at reception? Legends. They answered our endless questions with the patience of saints and the sass of seasoned Londoners. Their food and activity recommendations were so on point, I briefly considered hiring them as our personal tour guides. And Constantine… oh Constantine. The restaurant manager with the charisma of a talk show host and the warmth of a fresh croissant. Breakfast with him felt less like a hotel meal and more like brunch with your fabulous bestie who knows exactly how you like your latte (spoiler: it’s two cups, minimum). You made these two ladies from Texas feel right at home—boots, big hair, and all. 🤠 If you want a boutique hotel that’s got personality, prime location, and staff who treat you like royalty without the stiff upper lip, book it. Lost Property didn’t just meet expectations—it packed them in a suitcase and sent them first class.

• Laura (8/5): Desayuno y personal estupendo pero no repetiría en el hotel. - Me gustó la limpieza y el desayuno. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es buena si vas a la zona de St Paul. Lo único malo es que un hotel de 4* debería tener mejores camas (sobre todo más anchas) y mejores almohadas. La habitación es estrechisima y en el armario no cabe la ropa de una sola persona (está la plancha, la tabla, el secador, la caja fuerte…) La habitación es estrecha (unos 50 cm entre la cama y la pared). La cama es de 1,50cm y las almohadas no son precisamente cómodas (aunque eso va a gustos). Al final de la cama hay una mesa con una silla y una especie de taburete que para que quepa está metida hacia la cama por lo que es molesta si eres alto (pero no puedes quitarla porque entonces no pasas por el pasillo. El armario es muy pequeño. No cabe la ropa de una sola persona y menos en invierno. Para mí la relación calidad-precio no es muy adecuada (4 noches 1700€ con desayuno). El desayuno está muy bien y el personal es muy amable.
• Poli (4/5): - La posizione Il personale quasi tutto accogliente La pulizia della struttura Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per 4 persone dal 24 al 28 /12/2025. Appena arrivati ci hanno trattenuto 120 sterline a camera nonostante avessimo già pagato a Booking un deposito cauzionale. Al momento del check-out sono apparse come riaccredito sulla carta ma a distanza di neanche 24 ore sono scomparse e la struttura, dopo averla contattata via mail non ha ancora dato spiegazioni di questo fatto. Avevamo anche l'opzione mini bar (da booking ma per la struttura significava avere SOLO UN FRIGORIFERO IN CAMERA), poi anche l'opzione mezza pensione (cena inclusa) nel periodo Natalizio. Prima ci hanno confermato che avevamo compresa la cena di Natale (visto anche i sovrapprezzi nella fattura) poi il giorno stesso non era più compresa. La cena consisteva n scegliere sempre e solo fra 3 stesse portate di antipasti, portata principale e dolce (che come è successo non sempre erano disponibili, riducendo ulteriormente la nostra scelta perché non venivano sostituite) . Per 5 gg abbiamo mangiato LE STESSE IDENTICHE COSE. Oltretutto l'ultima sera non abbiamo neanche cenato in hotel perché non ne potevano più dello stesso cibo e abbiamo ordinato da JUST EAT e alla struttura nonostante avessimo manifestato apertamente il nostro disagio (per 4 persone) non è importanto nulla e ci hanno detto che di vedercela con booking è ci avrebbero trattenuto comunque più di 383 sterline (come da fattura)per la cena non goduta. TROPPE DISCREPANZE FRA QUELLO CHE PENSAVO DI ACQUISTARE E QUELLO CHE ABBIAMMO RICEVUTO.

• Hunt (10/5): An unbeatable location, with comfort and quality at the fore. - The staff were fantastic; I arrived earlier than the 15:00hrs check in, but they were extremely helpful, plus gave me access to the gym whilst i waited for the room. (the Gym has a large disabled toilet, so i was able to change in there) The room was extremely quiet and comfortable, although a little small, but I wasn't in there for long enough to be concerned by it Great walk in shower with high water pressure and really great toiletries supplied. An iron and board were supplied in the room, which is a must for business travel. the iron in the room ruined one of my shirts as it spat rust out with the steam and stained a white shirt.

I thought this is very surprising and rude, not to be greeted when you return at the end of the day. They do not even look up. - Did not like that the door to the bathroom is right next to do the bed. - Bed is weird and not so comfy.
