Diego Daniel (7/5): Una semana con mi hijo muy linda - La predisposición del personal y la ubicación Que cuando llegue me mandaron a una habitación fea y no estaba en base 41 si no en cóndor hicimos el reclamo y nos ubicaron en base 41 muy bien ( ahí todo excelente ) muchas gracias por la amabilidad nos fuimos muy conformes !!!
Ricardo (4/5): Pelo valor, esperávamos mais. Foi algo que não espeávamos, infelizmente! - Áreas comuns da áreas muito boas e bem equipadas e um bom atendimento da equipe. Apartamento com aquecedores que deixavam a temperatura confortável. O apartamento em que ficamos estava muito sujo e com alguma erros construtivos! Os lençóis e fronhas da cama e travesseiros estavam amarelados, havia muita poeira em todo o apartamento e os equipamentos estavam sujos, tivemos que lavar para cozinhar. O box do banheiro tinha pouco isolamento, por isso quando se toma banho a agua respinga. A equipe de limpeza faz o menor trabalho possível.

Georgi (2/5): stay away from those retards - they let us do late check-out. the property is near the ski gondola. the reception lady is with awful attitude. not welcoming, the property is not part of the hotel, check-in after 16:00 but you cant use the hotel lobby! you can use the pool area, but not the lobby. The room is 5min walk from the reception, trough mud and snow and ice, you need to carry your suitcases. there was no amenities in the room, no shampoo, soap, water.. no internet password. for anything you need to walk back and forth to the reception. key card does not work, you walk trough the mud to the reception. we asked for ski rental recommendation, they sent us to a place with double rate than any other place on the main street. we do not recommend this property!
Rafael (6/5): Pleasant - Really close to the mountain. Great location and the staff was kind on our stay. The mattress was old. I had a bad back after two nights. The structure is lacking some love. The room could really use a frigobar and at least more pillows... Maybe I had greater expectations from a place this close to the mountain...
Catherine (8/5): Great mountain stay - We stayed in a cuádruple. Great location and fun pool amenities, but you have to walk outside to reach the pool and game room. They are making some improvements. The pictures are a little confusing- some rooms have a kitchenette and some have nothing. It’s best to double check. We thought we were booking a different room.

Richard (9/5): Perfect outdoor activity based location. - Very helpful and accommodating staff, made our week-long stay effortless and very pleasant, in our 'Nubes' apartment, after an initial misplacement in a sub-standard suite. Silvana sorted this quickly and efficiently - very responsive and pro-active. Thank you! Great mountain views from our apartment. Lovely, heated pool/jacuzzi, a fabulous wind-down after lots of long days out on Cathedral mountain. Excellent location for walking and cycling outdoor activities, with convenient access to the mountain away from a heaving and over-rated Bariloche. Jackson's bar next door had excellent food and friendly staff although we self-catered most of the week, despite a very basic but functional kitchenette. Good little shop and cafe, 100 metres down the road. A super place! Thank you everyone at Loft Cathedral! We had a hire car to get to the resort, but didn't need to drive much at all as all the outdoor activities are on your doorstep. Perfect!
