- Maha (4/5): - Location Firstly, as a member, I should have some privileges, especially since I stayed here for a long time in 2023 and it was much better then. I requested early check-in two hours in advance, but they refused. I requested a late check-out one hour in advance, but they refused. They asked me to pay for each hour. There were no toothbrushes, no toothpaste, and none of the basic amenities that were previously available. I requested a room for one night with two separate beds, but the beds were stuck together, and the beds were very small to separate. The service was poor, and the cleanliness was poor; there was hair on the sheets. I requested luggage delivery to my room, but they asked me to pay for it. I only had two suitcases and a very small bag meant for the airplane's overhead compartment. It was a bad experience, unfortunately. The rooms need renovation, and the view was of a building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities are very worn out and have changed for the worse since 2023.

- Zdenka (10/5): Le meilleur hébergement à Londres que nous ayons testé. - C'était un hôtel formidable, qui a largement dépassé toutes nos attentes. La chambre et les espaces communs étaient très spacieux. Nous avions deux téléviseurs grand écran, des capsules de café, du lait et un large choix de thés renouvelé quotidiennement. Le personnel était très attentionné. Dès notre arrivée, on nous a accompagnés jusqu'à notre chambre et on s'est occupé de nos bagages. Le soir, nous rentrions généralement après minuit et quelqu'un était immédiatement présent pour nous accueillir et proposer son aide à mon mari de 80 ans, qui se déplace avec une canne. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique : un arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant et plusieurs lignes de métro sont à proximité. Nous avions vue sur Shepherd's Bush Green depuis notre chambre et le centre commercial Westfield London ainsi que de nombreux restaurants se trouvent tout près. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. Rien, tout était parfait.

Op de 2-persoonskamer is er om te zitten slechts 1 klein bankje, niet veel breder dan een love seat. Daarom vroegen we een extra stoel bij de receptie. Die is helaas nooit gekomen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un concerto al O2 Empire, esattamente di fianco alla struttura. impagabile avere l'hotel cosi' vicino. Intorno alla struttura Pub, fast food e centro commerciale Westfield con possibilità di mangiare e comprare in ogni negozio. Ultimo plus: la camera è molto più grande delle solite camere di Londra.

- Gary (7/5): Would stay again - 505 room was large with large wet room as room was a “disabled” space which was perfect for me as I had to recover from surgery. Whilst idea of apartmotel is good it would help if the stock of pots etc was sufficient to cook. I was provided with just a frying pan & had to request one. Also no manuals for heating and oven were not provided. The WiFi was intermittent and you have to sign in & out every day to get it to work. No bathrobe. No top up of toilet paper so I bought my own. Also no side table light I got one after requesting same.

Comfortable rooms, great to have an iron and full size ironing board in the room. Good service from staff. Breakfast felt a bit expensive for what it is. Would be great to offer different pillow types. The room I stayed in is starting to feel a bit tired for a four star hotel, but still comfortable.

- Thiago (10/5): Everything was perfect; they could just improve the air conditioning system and the gym. - I truly appreciated that both the hallways and the rooms are carpeted. The carpet in the corridors creates a remarkably quiet atmosphere, allowing guests to move around without disturbing one another, which results in excellent acoustic and thermal comfort indoors. The soundproof windows also contribute to a calm and restful environment, while the overall security of the property — available 24 hours — provides a reassuring sense of safety. The laundry facilities were very convenient, and I particularly enjoyed the modern and tasteful design of the interiors, which feel elegant yet welcoming. The staff, as a whole, was consistently attentive, courteous, and professional, clearly caring about the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues. I would also like to mention Mahmood, who assisted me during check-out and made my departure feel especially warm and comfortable. At the same time, it is important to highlight that the entire team plays an essential role — without their dedication, the hotel simply would not be the same. I felt that the rooms do not have good air ventilation, and at times I even experienced slight shortness of breath. They tried to solve the situation by offering me a portable fan; however, I believe the hotel could improve the central air conditioning system and provide better indoor air quality and oxygen levels for both guests and staff. In addition, I could always hear water dripping inside the ceiling, and this specific noise bothered me a lot. I think they could offer cleaning three times per week for long-stay guests instead of only once per week. I also believe they could provide better bedding and a warmer, more cozy indirect lighting in the rooms. They could also offer more national UK TV channels, as well as children’s channels.

Like the cleanliness of the place even it wasn’t daily in the room. I recommend it & I hope I can back again 200 £ as insurance which it didn’t mentioned in my reservation??

- Maureen (9/5): - All the staff were great. A special thanks to Aaron who kindly showed our niece the room options before we booked. As we were staying 5 nights comfort was important to us. The coffee maker didn't work even after an engineer tried to sort it. As the only coffee provided was as pods for this, it meant we had to source our own instant coffee to use with the kettle.

- Nicola (10/5): Fab hotel for exploring Shepherd’s Bush area - Location was great for us. We were in London for a couple of nights and attended a gig next door at the O2. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from tube station and the Westfield shopping centre so that was our trip sorted as we planned to stay around the Shepherds Bush area😊 The hotel lobby is lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Liked that to access the rooms, you had to use the room key before selecting the floor you wanted to go to, otherwise you’re going nowhere! Surprisingly quiet as well so when advertised as having soundproofing, it works😊 Would definitely stay here again, although more expensive than the usual places I’ve stayed when in London, for us and our reason for going to London, it was definitely worth it. Self contained apartment with hotel facilities on-site. The screens in the foyer offering direct Uber bookings seem to be a good idea although drivers attempt to pick up on road and leave or cancel as it’s illegal to stop. A designated pickup point for the Dorset would be better for guests and drivers. I would not recommend guests use this service over their own phone app.

- Kelly-Ann (8/5): Good location for Westfield and rooms clean and quiet. - Location. Staff friendly. Quiet room. Clean. Bed comfy. There were a few things that were missing from an apartment style room. There was nowhere to sit and eat. No dishcloth/sponge to wash up with or tea towel. Would prefer mugs instead of tiny cups. Need more than 2 breakfast tea bags for 2 people. Windows didn’t open. Also, the handsoap and shower gel had been watered down which was poor housekeeping.
- Dawn (8/5): Overall good nights sleep, comfortable bed, hotels clean - Room and hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well. For an apartment the room was very small, twin beds were pushed together and wasn’t really enough room to separate them, so basically slept next to my work colleague. Coffee machine was unusable and we asked for it to be looked at but they never came. Little toilet roll and shower was very slow with minimal products, so good job we took our own. Also had joining room door, which we weren’t expecting.

- Hanadi (4/5): Decent overall but dissapointing the expectations. - Well the place has a lot of potential but it lacks the clean touch. The lobby looks fancy, rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. However, rooms could have been cleaner like the floor carpets could have been better deep cleaned from stains and rooms could smell better. Toilets are good but the ameneties of soap/shampoo etc were not refilled well or refilled back with some water. Breakfast could have been more diverse with a cleaner overall presentation of food.

Carpet was very stained and needed deep cleaning. there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the shower area — likely from the drainage pipes. The most unpleasant part, however, was the laundry room in the basement. It smelled very damp and moldy, and the washing machines and dryers looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained or cleaned for a while. To make matters worse, while I was waiting for my laundry, a cleaning staff member came in with a pile of used, dirty cleaning cloths and placed them directly on the countertop where I had just folded my clean clothes

- Cox (3/5): A frustrating and disappointing stay. Would not go again. - The location and room sizes were good. Bed was comfortable.it felt a secure place to stay as a solo traveller. Staff did not act or respond to requests. The apartments were very poorly equipped and the appliances didn’t work and online instructions for use were incorrect. It took three days and 5 requests to get a small frying pan to use on the hob. Eventually had to move rooms. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Hole in the bath mat. The overflow cover fell off in the bath and the shower switch was missing its surround so was just a pipe coming from the wall. The hot and cold water ran opposite to the hot and cold signs. Advertised Slippers and bathrobe were missing from room. The housekeeping was daily but a bit haphazard and no one thought to address you by name, just your room number. Overall Not the level of attention you expect from a 4 star hotel.
