• Gabriela (9/5): Świetny apartament, bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum - Bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą - szybko odpowiadali na pytania. Blisko do centrum, przystanek tramwajowy praktycznie pod drzwiami. Niedaleko Lidl oraz inne sklepy (w promieniu 200-300m). Okolica bardzo spokojna, w samym apartamencie też było cicho. Właściciele nie mają na to wpływu, ale na zewnętrzne parapety przylatuje sporo gołębi w związku z czym słychać je z samego rana i parapety nie są wybitnie czyste z tego powodu. W apartamencie było wszystko co potrzeba, może przydałby się dodatkowy fotel, bo przy rozłożonej kanapie trzeba było siedzieć na krzesłach.

• Wu (10/5): Great, I will choose Jimmy's Apartment again when I come back to Vienna - The condition of the apartment is excellent! The space of the bathroom and the toilet is large. The bed is comfortable. The environment is quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The trash from the last guests was not cleaned. But in general, it is clean and comfortable, far beyond my expectations.

Close to Vienna central station for travel. Had some noise from other occupants within the building quite late at night both nights. A little hard to hear when you’re exhausted from many hours of overseas travel.

Apartment was cold. Cold floors. When I turned on radiator, we literally woke up in the middle of the night from crazy loud noise from it. super disruptive and unpleasant. When contacted the host - zero response. Location far from city center. Breakfast was in different building in different street.

• Gökalp Kadri (10/5): I don't think there is any need to look for another accommodation alternative in Vienna. - My family and I stayed here in 2025 as well and left very satisfied. Jimmy didn't disappoint us this time either. However, due to construction on tram line 1 during this visit, we had to use two forms of public transport instead of one to reach the city center. Our room was once again very clean and meticulously prepared. We were extremely pleased with our stay; I don't think there is any need to look for another accommodation alternative in Vienna. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Sometimes, a few neighbors especially the teenagers could be a bit noisy. Fortunately, the noise didn't last long and was only noticeable in the corridors.

Lai arī bija pieejama mantu glabātuve, kurā novietot mantas, kamēr numuriņš vēl nav pieejams, nebija skaidras norādes vai instrukcijas kā to lietot.

• Lenka (10/5): - Přijeli jsme dřív a mohli jsme počkat v přízemní v čekací místnosti, pohodlne vybavené. Komunikace byla vždy velmi rychlá a vstřícná. Ubytování je na lince tramvaje c. 1, která jezdí přímo do centra. Obchod 50 metrů od ubytování.
• Ho (10/5): A perfect getaway home - The open concept design & layout of the apartment was very efficient and makes the apartment feel very spacious and comfortable. Furnishings were discreet and tasteful. It's also amply equipped for travellers and made us feel right at home. Located in a quiet area just outside the Old Town centre, the tram line no. 1 runs right in front of the apartment and the stop is a very short walk away. There is a small sundry shop right downstairs and a small Etsan supermarket nearer the tram station. There's also a data sim card shop near Etsan. All very essential for settling in when you first arrive. There is also a big Lidl Supermarket walking distance away. The Flix bus stop to Graz is also nearby. The staff were also very helpful and responsive. We asked for a new frying pan for the induction hob as the existing one was incompatible. They brought a new one over the next day. When that too was incompatible, they brought another new one over the next day. We stayed for 10 nights. Halfway through our stay, the staff came to clean and tidy up the unit. Service was superb. By the way, Tram line 1 brings you right to the old town centre and more. Just a few stops so it's very conveniently located. The view from the balcony is the only drawback as it faces the inner courtyard crammed in with balconies of many other adjoining blocks. Not one to hangout in.

If the customers are not oneline-check, they should ready to contect, but they are not. So we cannot enter the room :(

• MARIANTHI (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία , όχι πολύ κεντρική, είναι περίπου 20-25 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης . Ωστόσο η στάση του τραμ Νο 1 είναι κυριολεκτικά έξω από το διαμέρισμα. Καθαρό, φωτεινό, άνετο διαμέρισμα. Το μπαλκόνι όμως δεν ήταν καθαρό, κυρίως από τα περιστέρια. Εύκολο τσεκ ιν ,το οποίο κάναμε μόνοι μας με κωδικό που μας έστειλαν. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα ότι υπήρχε χώρος για να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας πριν το τσεκ ιν και μετά το τσεκ άουτ , καθώς επίσης και lounge που μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε μέχρι την ώρα της πτήσης μας. Γενική εντύπωση πολύ καλή !

Parking was easy to arrange on the street right next to the property during the weekend. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very cozy. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel and offered a tasty, classic European selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! Everything was excellent! There was only a small misunderstanding at breakfast when we were told that the reservation included breakfast for one person only. After a quick clarification, it was resolved immediately and caused no issues.

• Schwarz (5/5): Nur einmal... - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strassenbahn ist nur paar Meter weit und bis zur Innenstadt sind das ca. 25 Min. Check in und out ist kontaktlos und auch ohne Probleme abgelaufenen. Die Appartement ist groß, aber leider war nicht sauber. Nach Beschwerde beim Gastgeber, wurde es trotzdem nicht gereinigt. Der Früstücksraum ist in anderen Gebäude. Das Früstückbuffe hat keine große Auswahl und jeden Tag das Gleiche. Das Soffabett ist sehr unbequem und zum Schlafen nicht geeignet. Zum Kochen sind nur ein Topf und sehr zerckratze Pfanne vorhanden.

Caldo e silenzioso. Fermata del tram comodissima, a dieci minuti dal centro con capolinea al Prater. Staff sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.

• Vanessa (3/5): me decepciono - la comunicación con el servicio al cliente es horrible, solo me escribieron ofreciéndome una cena de noche vieja en un lugar cercano que resultó ser lejísimo y nos cobraron el doble de lo que nos habían dicho, escribimos a la persona que nos contacto por WhatsApp y nos dejó en visto, ni disculpas escribieron. la terraza muy cochina, lleva de cigarrillos por tadas partes y caca de palomas, el suelo estaba bastante sucio también. esperaba mucho más por los comentarios pero nada que ver. lejos del centro.

• Franck (8/5): - Appartement très confortable, spacieux et proximité immédiate de commerces, et station de tram. Certains ustensils de cuisine ne s'adaptent pas à la plaque induction de l'appartement. Ce qui peut poser problème pour cuisiner...

• Roberta (10/5): Velik apartman, miran kvart, jako dobro ima grijanje ,do sobe moze se doci liftom. Nema parking,ali - Udoban krevet, jako dobro grijanje. Možda više posuđa u kuhinji.
