Good air conditioning. Breakfast was delivered to the room by friendly staff. Area was a bit scungy,, but that's Naples. Hot water ran out on morning we left.

Obwohl mein Zimmer zum Bahnhofsplatz gelegen war, war es Nachts erstaunlich ruhig, bei geschlossenem Fenster. Auf den Fotos bei booking.com wirkt die Unterkunft besser. Es befindet sich auf der 4. Etage eines Hauses. Sodaß man denkt, wo bin ich da gelandet. Aber alles okay.

• ANA (3/5): Habitación bien, descanso mal!! - La habitación. El desayuno puede ser muy abundante de una lista que te ifrecen. El ascensor quedó fuera de servicio en varias ocasiones y mis rodillas lo saben. Además, tienes suerte si no coincides con escolares escandalosos que te impidan dormir.

There were plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. The hotel was great but the surrounding streets were dirty and there were lots of 'junk' street vendors in the area.

Que el baño no estuviera dentro de la habitación , Sí, era privado ,Pero tenías que salir de la habitación que te comunicaba a un pasillito y luego el baño muy moderno ,bien arreglado Pero muy frío ,al no estar integrado el calor del aire caliente no llegaba .Una pena porque está a nuevo y no usaron el espacio libre para comunicarlo con el dormitorio .

• John (1/5): Stay somewhere else. - Nothing. The black mold in the bathroom and making the room smell horrible. The staff coming into my room without my knowing and moving my stuff around. Them "cleaning" the black mold by rinsing out the shower and REFOLDING my already dirty towels for me to use again. Oh and the fact that they "made me a clean bed" with the sheets and pillow cases I was already using. Finally, I didn't like that when I asked them to ask other guests to quit yelling and playing music in the common area late at night, they told me I can do it myself then shortly after deleted the message and said they would handle it. They did not. If I could get my money back I would but so far booking.com hasnt reached back out to me.

Dopo aver realmente soggiornato nella struttura, la proprietaria ha cancellato la mia prenotazione su Booking dichiarando falsamente che non mi ero presentata. Questo è assolutamente non vero: ho foto, messaggi e prove del mio soggiorno. Ritengo questo comportamento estremamente scorretto e potenzialmente fatto per evitare segnalazioni negative. La discussione è nata solo perché avevo chiesto chiarimenti sulla tassa di soggiorno, che NON ho mai rifiutato di pagare. Anzi, non trovando più la proprietaria, mi sono recata dove mi è stato indicato e ho pagato regolarmente quanto dovuto. Nonostante questo, sono stata comunque segnata come “no show”, cosa che considero molto grave. Dal punto di vista della camera: abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi e, dopo aver chiesto un asciugamano pulito, la richiesta è stata rifiutata. Solo dopo ho visto un cartello con costi extra anche per servizi basilari come asciugamani e cambio lenzuola, cosa che trovo poco rispettosa verso gli ospiti. Pulizia non soddisfacente e letto preparato in modo discutibile, con coperte sottilissime: abbiamo avuto freddo durante la notte. Anche la zona non mi ha fatto sentire tranquilla, soprattutto la sera. In sintesi: pessima gestione, scarsa attenzione al cliente e comportamento che ritengo non onesto. Non tornerei mai più e sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Beaucoup de choses doivent être rectifiées dont certaines relèvent de la sécurité et du respect de la clientèle. Une des deux lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas, une lunette de toilette trop petite par rapport à la toilette, des interrupteurs rafistolés avec cuivre apparent et rouleau de ruban adhesif pour cacher les câbles, un sèche-cheveux qui au bout de cinq secondes crépite, s'éteint puis sent le brûlé, des murs sales. Absence d'ascenseur pour descendre nos bagages le matin. Personnel peu vu qui ne parle guère anglais et vraiment très peu présent. Bref, beaucoup à faire déjà en termes de sécurité.

Attentive and helpful staff. - The location is central, in front of Piazza Garibaldi and at walking distance to the central station and public transport. Optimum location to travel out and inside the city. In spite of police presence in the Piazza, there were few times mainly in the evenings when walking alone felt unsafe. The breakfast was good, with healthy options and some variety. It would be nice to have a coffee machine to get a second hot drink for breakfast.
• shiau-ling (9/5): It was a great stay as the location is great, room is spacious and clean, friendly staff but can’t speak English. It wil - Very near to Naple train station, a lot of food options nearby, breakfast included, the room and bathroom is spacious. The lift is old and can only accommodate 2 persons. I wish owner can provide a clearly guide on how to operate the lift. It does not take long time for us to figure out but it did panic out when I am stuck in the lift as the door of the lift is hold by strong magnetic. Little force is needed to open the door.

• Günther (4/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war Ok Wir hatten verschiedene Zimmer (da Buchung verlängert). Das erste Zimmer Nr.34 war groß, sehr ruhig und auch sehr sauber. Das zweite Zimmer Nr.30 war auch sauber, hatte aber an der Zimmeraußenwand neben dem Bett massiven Schimmelbefall mit abbröckelnder Mauer. Mussten in der Nacht das Fenster offen lassen wegen des intensiven Schimmelgeruchs. Empfehlung: dringend reparieren. Auch der Abfluss in der Dusche muss gesäubert werden um ein Überlaufen des Wassers auf den Boden zu vermeiden.

• Lina (7/5): Re Diego is a bread & breakfast in a convenient location in the town - The B&B is next to Naples Central Station, so very easy access to all over the town. The rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities. The staffs are very kind and friendly. Breakfast served at the room is quite good. The neighborhood is strange.

La posizione era perfetta per spostarsi con i mezzi,di fronte alla stazione Garibaldi. 25/30 minuti a piedi dal centro (via Toledo,Spaccanapoli,Quartieri Spagnoli ecc) Di fronte c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo dove abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto e pagare direttamente dal telepass. Il personale del b&b é veramente gentile e disponibile,la mattina portano la colazione in camera con ciò che desideri (compili un foglio la sera prima selezionando tra tutte le opzioni cosa preferisci e l'orario che desideri tra le 8 e le 11). Prezzo giusto per il servizio offerto e la posizione.

• Helen (8/5): conveniently located - close to the main train station - Location very close to the train station Re Diego is in fact situated in a storey inside a building which is very rundown. Obviously, they have renovated the whole storey which looks very modern and new. However, the area outside the property is very old and it doesn't look safe.
• Stefano (9/5): - Struttura pulita, stanza perfetta, personale gentile, colazione ottima, comodissimo alla stazione centrale ed alla metro Garibaldi per potersi poi muovere tranquillamente e rapidamente per la città. Consigliatissimo Purtroppo, come a Roma Termini, la zona intorno alla stazione è molto mal frequentata, quindi girare di sera non è il massimo della sicurezza, ma questa cosa non mi farebbe desistere dal tornare di nuovo in questa struttura per tutti i pro precedentemente elencati.

• Paola (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Colazione ottima. Staf cordiale. Posto pulito. Ampio bagno. Camera molto umida con nessuna possibilità di tenere finestre aperte dato l odore di fritto già ben presente nell aria alle 8 di mattina e fino a tarda sera. Bagno provvisto di un tavolinetto 20×20 e niente altro per appoggiare una qualsiasi cosa nemmeno nella doccia.

• Irina (8/5): - Passé une nuit de transfer sans voir le personnel qui m'ont communiqué les détails du check-in. Chambre spacieuse tout comfort. L'implacement est idéal, près de la gare centrale, 8 min en Alibus jusqu'à l'aéroport de Naples.
• MARVIN (7/5): No volveré - La comodidad en relación con su ubicación. Estuve en enero del 2024 y volví porque me gustaba todo. Nada puedo asegurar, solo RECOMIENDO NO USAR caja fuerte que te ofrecen con uso de llave y no con combinación, razones obvias y yo no tuve ese cuidado

• Yalmer Xanat (10/5): Great stay in the center during a rainy and cold time - It was in a great location and the staff was really helpful at check-in. They gave us some recommendations too. If you want to stay at the center of the city and be walking distance to everything, this is a good choice. We were there during a colder time period, so in order to keep the place warm or to get it warm, a person had to be there because the key card kept the electricity on. However, I think the big windows were a double-edged sword. They provided beautiful views, but also let in quite a bit of cool air. Just make sure to pack a good jacket while being in the living room. The bedrooms stay nice and warm, which was more important anyway.
• Catherine (9/5): Good position for a short stay. - Just near the train station so the position was great. A little hard to find as the hotel was hidden behind large doors in a very busy area. We were upgraded to a larger room with the biggest bathroom I've ever see.🙂The included breakfast was bought to our room each morning - plenty to choose from. Lovely staff. The streets outside the hotel were lined with small restaurants and many other shops. Naples is dynamic - grungy near the Train station but we still felt safe and very upmarket in other areas. Easy to walk anywhere.
