Kingaby (5/5): Location good, staff friendly, rooms tired and basic - The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The bed was clean and the rate was reasonable for Istanbul When I arrived, there wasn't any kettle or iron. When I enquired I was provided a steamer, but told the kettle wouldn't be there till the following day. The hairdryer didn't work, the shower doors were broken and so water leaked out. The walls/floors were very thin and so I could hear everything from all rooms around me. Was particularly annoying at 3am/4am each morning! If there had been a kettle (morning coffee is an essential) and a working hairdryer (when travelling for work this is a necessity) (I think these are the absolute basics for a hotel stay) I would have been happy!

Si può ospitare muffa e funghi.lLe dimensioni permettono a malapena di girare intorno al letto. Buia, e mal isolata dall'umidità, e dal rumore della strada a cui si affaccia. Le finestre non si possono aprire, sono state tolte le maniglie. L'asciugacapelli rotto è stato riparato con nastro adesivo senza successo. Ne ho chiesto uno di emergenza e mi è stato detto che era rotto anche quello. La TV non è smart, non ha nessun canale registrato,la cucina è inesistente. C'è un bollitore ma l'acqua la devi riempire in bagno perché il lavandino è una fessura nel legno, in cui cresce un fungo/muffa che sembra un pezzo di formaggio brie. L' ho scoperto durante la notte perché era stato tappato con dei piatti e ciotole. Un incubo. Mi dispiace per i ragazzi che lavorano lì.

Τουλάχιστον στις βασικές παροχές - Η καθαριότητα Η ρεσεψιον, υποτίθεται πως ήταν 24ωρη οκως το πρωί δεν υπηρχε κάνεις και δεν μπορούσαμε ν βγούμε απο το ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης το σεσουάρ ήταν χαλασμένο και ενώ μας έφεραν ενα εφεδρικό στη συνέχεια, λόγω 2ου χαλασμένο σεσουάρ στο ξενοδοχείο, μας το πήραν πίσω. Οι τοίχοι είχαν μούχλα και δεν εκλειναν τα στόρια.

Ezgigi (2/5): Probably won't stay here again - I stayed 9 nights. At first glance, the hotel has a cool vibe that makes a decent first impression. There are also a few nice aspects to the room. The electric fireplace was a cozy touch. Having a small kitchen-like area made the space feel more suitable for a longer stay. The couch was comfortable, and the sea view from the balcony was nice. I also appreciated that when I pointed out issues (like the dusty balcony) it was addressed. They were extremely kind, polite, and clearly doing their best in a difficult situation. Small gestures, like providing extra bedding and responding quickly when I asked for cleaning, were appreciated. Unfortunately, the structural and maintenance issues of the hotel go far beyond what friendly service can make up for. I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place. At first glance, the hotel looks cool, almost stylish. Unfortunately, that illusion falls apart the moment you spend a few minutes in the room. The biggest issue is the condition of the room itself. The room is literally falling apart. It seems like everything has simply been covered with paint or quick fixes to make it look acceptable from a distance, but once you actually use anything, you realize how deteriorated it all is. One of the most disturbing things was the condition of the walls in the room. The humidity damage is extreme, the paint is visibly peeling, bubbling, and literally falling apart. It gives the entire space a damp, neglected feeling. This is not just a minor cosmetic issue, it’s something you cannot ignore. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. You can see the springs of the mattress with the naked eye, you don’t even have to lie down to notice it. And when you do lie down, those springs poke into your ribs so badly that I woke up feeling bruised. The staff kindly provided two extra duvets/blankets, which I layered over the mattress, and that did help somewhat, but it doesn’t change the fact that the mattress itself is essentially unusable and should not be in service. When you take a shower, the bathroom floods. There is visible black mold between the tiles throughout the bathroom. The shower head itself looks like it’s barely hanging on and appears to be awkwardly attached to the ceiling just so it doesn’t fall apart. Same thing with the toilet seat. Cleanliness and overall upkeep were not at a great standard, although I do want to note that the two housekeepers I encountered seemed to try their best within the situation. The phone, the hair dryer, and the lights in the room don’t even work properly. They provided another hair dryer but took it back later on because another guest needed it since their hair dryer didn't work either.

Lauren (6/5): Let down - Location is good, specific staff were very friendly, didnt catch her name but she was working tuesday night, brilliant English and very helpful when we needed help for a trip pick up. Room wasnt very clean, ripped bed sheets and some staining. I thought I had booked a bigger room, asked at reception if I could pay the extra and upgrade, lady at reception was very dismissive. The room was very small with no room to put things away or cases so we had to work around cases on the floor and live out of them. Toilet roll holder, sink tap shower and lights all broken. Just little things around the room making it not a great experience.

За время наших поездок это, пожалуй, одно из самых неудачных мест размещения. Входная дверная коробка в номере держится крайне ненадёжно и создаёт ощущение, что в любой момент может выпасть. Смеситель в кухонной раковине буквально остаётся в руках при попытке им воспользоваться, при этом вода разбрызгивается вверх. Кондиционер работал нестабильно и непредсказуемо: его приходилось буквально «уговаривать» включаться. Даже при том, что мой муж разбирается в кондиционерах, корректно настроить его не удалось — поведение устройства было неадекватным. Если номер позиционируется как подходящий для приготовления еды и в нём есть плита, следует учитывать, что кухонная утварь практически отсутствует: нет кастрюль, имеется лишь одна сильно повреждённая сковорода. Холодильник не работает, при этом его не ремонтируют и не заменяют. Уборка в номере за пять дней проживания не проводилась, постельное бельё и полотенца не менялись. Вид из окна — на старые и непривлекательные здания; однако с террасы открывается более приемлемый вид, и это не стало для нас основным недостатком. Тем не менее, общий уровень комфорта значительно ниже ожидаемого. Отдельно отмечу персонал ресепшена: девушки вежливые и доброжелательные, однако, к сожалению, они не уполномочены решать возникающие проблемы.

Their kindness and professi - Very helpful staff that was always ready to support if we needed anything. The location was perfect a breath away from taksim square and metro. The view from the balcony was nice from the 3rd floor with a sea view. The water pressure was perfect and always warm for a nice shower. Also there was access to filtered water from the kitchen when needed. The room was not properly insulated. We could feel strong drafts from the window and balcony area, especially when a door or window in another room or at the reception was opened. Due to this constant draft, we were only able to sleep comfortably with the air conditioning set to heating.

Mehmet (10/5): Comfortable stay, great location, and very friendly staff. - I stayed at Roe Suite Hotel for a few days and was generally very satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent; it is within walking distance of Taksim Square and many nearby attractions. The room was clean, and throughout my stay I felt comfortable and safe. What especially made this experience better was the attitude of the staff. In particular, Mary and the team were very attentive, friendly, and solution-oriented. They were quick to help with everything, and communication was very easy. This sincere and professional approach made my stay truly enjoyable. Overall, it is a very good option in terms of value for money for short stays or city trips, and it is a place I would choose again. I would like to thank everyone involved, especially Mary. There was nothing major to dislike. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant.
Yun Jae (9/5): 위치와 가성비 좋았습니다 - 위치 완벽해서 스타벅스, 여러종류 레스토랑이 가까이 있습니다. 작지만 발코니 있어 좋았습니다. 1박이어서 식사는 만들어 먹진 않았지만 몇개 식기류도 잘 준비되어 있었습니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 룸이 3층에 있었는데 처음에는 와이파이가 잘 되지 않았지만 프런티에 요청하니 바로 잘 되었습니다.

Room was ok, facilities looked ok on the outside but they weren't really functional The fridge didn't work they said they would fix it but no one came to fix it. The tap in the kitchen was broken. The room was on the ground floor behind the reception to it was noisy.
