• Christian François-Xavier (9/5): Das AirBnB ist super empfehlenswert. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. - Die Lage ist genial, denn es befindet sich in einer sicheren Umgebung & ist super zentral. Es ist 10 Minuten von der Via Toledo gelegen, hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Supermarkt, Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann alle schönen Quartiere zu Fuss erreichen. Zusatzschlüssel für das Zimmer wäre von Vorteil. Die Wasserkocher waren unbrauchbar und eine Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht.

• Robergel (7/5): Ce n'est pas un HOTEL mais des chambres sur un étage dans un immeuble - Au delà de la surprise de voir que ce n'est pas un hotel mais plutôt des chambres gérées comme des chambres distinctes qui s'ouvrent avec des clés electroniques, les chambres sont confortables et c'est propre. C'est bien situé à 10mn de GAribaldi pour prendre le bus (ALIBUS) qui amène à l'aéroport (ca évite un taxi) en 15mn En fait ce n'est pas un hotel, dans la définition que je m'en fait. Pas de réception à proprement parlé : si vous arrivez avant 20H une personne vous accueille pour vous expliquer comment se débrouiller seule avec des chambres et des portes qui s'ouvrent électroniquement, après il part et personne pour vous accueillir. Il n'y a pas de partie commune, pas de salle de petit déjeuner (contrairement aux photos sur le site, qui présentent même une terrasse). On ne prend pas le petit déjeuner sur place, mais on vous envoi dans une boulangerie du quartier. il ne comprend qu'une boisson chaude et 1 viennoiserie. La surprise est que ce n'est pas un Hotel : donc ca ne devrait pas s'appeler comme ca ! Même si la formule est économique. Dans la chambre 1 bouilloire, mais pas de sachet de thé ni café.

Un grazie particolare a Nicola per averci accolto e supportato durante tutta la vacanza e a Oreste per averci sempre fatto le camere pulite e in ordine. Persone squisite e super professionali.

Unica piccola pecca, troppo caldo in camera e zero assistenza. Ps consiglio di aggiungere la possibilità per gli ospiti di poter fare almeno un caffè in struttura .

Non è stato fatto il cambio lenzuola/asciugamani e pulizia della stanza. Al rientro alle 17 di pomeriggio, durante la doccia hanno bussato per chiederci se lo volessimo perché non “avevano fatto in tempo a farlo”, ma non potevamo ovviamente uscire mezz’ora dalla stanza per la pulizia.

Simpatia cortesia gentilezza disponibilità e pulizia ottime! Posizione ottima, fermata metro a 2 minuti. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al porto e al centro storico. Massima disponibilità e custodia bagagli fino alla partenza! Un grazie di cuore a Francesca che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e a Nicola portiere sempre attento a chi entra ed esce. Straconsigliato!!!! Se torno a Napoli sicuramente sarà qui! Nulla

• Yusuf Islam (5/5): Insgesamt war die Lage und Sauberkeit zwar positiv, jedoch wurde der Aufenthalt durch den mangelnden Schlafkomfort und d - Die Lage des Hotels und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren gut. Zudem war die blonde Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, sodass man Schwierigkeiten beim Einschlafen hatte und Rückenschmerzen bekam. Zudem gab es keine Privatsphäre, da aufgrund der Durchgangstür in der Wand zum Nachbarzimmer sämtliche Geräusche deutlich zu hören waren. Auf meine Nachfrage bezüglich eines Zimmerwechsels aufgrund der erheblichen Schlafprobleme durch die Geräuschkulisse aus dem Nachbarzimmer wurde mir lediglich ein anderes Zimmer gegen Aufpreis angeboten. Dies halte ich für völlig unangemessen, da die vorhandene Durchgangstür weder auf den Bildern ersichtlich ist noch in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird.

Très bon emplacement pour nos activités: station métro 'Municipio', le port (pour les ferry); à distance de marche pour de nombreux autres endroits. Propreté impeccable. Très bon service quotidien à la chambre (serviettes pour la salle de bain, etc ...) - le matelas était bruyant (craquements), et un peu affaissé sur un coté (mais, par chance, de grande dimension). - dans la salle de bain, il y avait parfois une faible odeur d'égout (mais OK, après avoir ouvert la porte-fenêtre. - nous aurions aimé avoir 2 clés (au lieu d'un seul trousseau). (PRÉCISIONS à propos du bruit: avant de réserver à cet endroit, nous avions lu des commentaires d'autres voyageurs avant nous, à savoir '' que c'était bruyant''. Dans notre cas, l'immeuble était très tranquille à l'intérieur. Par contre, il est sur une grande rue avec beaucoup de circulation (Via Antonio Depretis). Rue effectivement bruyante le jour, mais presque pas de bruit le soir et la nuit. La qualité de l'insonorisation des fenêtres de la chambre est très bonne).
• Mirei (2/5): 最低の経験 - 可愛い建物に、立地がよく街まで歩いて行けた。また眺めがとても良い。 送迎サービスがついていてよかった。 予約していたタイプの部屋がないといわれ、同じ部屋を用意してもらえなかった。このような経験は初めてで唖然としたにも関わらず、スタッフは謝ることはなく怒り狂い自分とホテルは悪くないと大声で怒鳴った。私たちはただ部屋を予約し、予約したタイプの部屋を用意してもらえなかったのにまるで私が悪いと言い張った。 3人部屋(ベッド3台)を予約したが、その部屋はもうないので、2人部屋と1人部屋(窓のないホコリ臭い監獄のような部屋)を2室用意された。予約では部屋は1つなのに2つ用意してもらえたことをありがたく思え。2室もあるのになぜ文句を言う？と言う態度であった。楽しみにしていた旅行を台無しにするスタッフ。このホテルを強くお勧めしません。

Very close to the ferry terminal for any trips and midway between what I call the 'old' town and the 'new' town. Also very close to a metro stop. Room was spacious and bright as was the bathroom and we had a balcony. This was my fifth time in Naples and I think I would stay here again if there is another visit.

• YUI (10/5): また来ます。 - 初めてのナポリ滞在で使用しました。 Municipioから近く、大きな通りに面していて、アクセス抜群、夜歩いても治安の悪さは感じませんでした。 お部屋も綺麗で清潔、スリッパとタオルがあり、イタリアホテルの中では比較的充実しておると感じ満足。お風呂はバスタブがついてます。 観光地へのアクセスの良さ、安全性、部屋の清潔さ、安さの観点から、おすすめできる宿です。 ただお風呂場にドアが付いていないことと、夜遅く帰ると施設へ向かう扉が閉まっており、鍵を開けることが難しく立往生する可能性があることは喚起しておきます（写真の手前側のドア、最初にホテルの人と鍵を開ける練習をした方がいい）。 総じて満足です。またきます。

Vårt rom (nr5) hadde intern dør til rom nr 6. det var ekstremt lytt gjennom døren som var en vanlig innedør. Vi hørte romstering i bagasje, bade og wc lyder, snakk og sengelyder. Dette er helt uakseptabelt både av hensyn til oss i rom 5 og de som bor i rom 6. Enkel skyvedør til bad, du må kjenne den du reiser med mht wc besøk. Dårlig ventilasjon på bad. Ok utsikt mot bilvei og himmel, tross alt 6 etg. Mini-balkong(ikke plass til møbler)

• Rebeca (10/5): - O local é excelente! Fica muito bem localizado, em uma rua muito bonita, de fácil acesso e perto do porto, o que foi muito bom para nós que tinhamos passeios saindo de lá. A limpeza estava excelente e o quarto conta com frigobar, o que também foi ótimo, além de chaleira elétrica, opções de chá e itens básicos para banho. O atendimento também foi excelente. Inclusive, foram muito atenciosos em me informar sobre o horário limite do check in sem taxa adicional (uma vez que o meu horário de chegada previsto estava muito próximo). Assim, consegui remarcar a passagem para chegar a tempo.

• ALFONSO (8/5): - El lugar está muy bien ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad y es muy fácil llegar a cualquier lugar caminando o en transporte público. La habitación muy limpia y con todo lo básico necesario para hospedarse. El personal muy amable y también te ayudan con solicitudes como transporte desde el aeropuerto y a cualquier otro punto. El único comentario que tengo es que no sabía que existía una tarifa de late checkin pasando las 6 PM, la cual es muy razonable €10 pero para que lo tengan en cuenta.

The accommodation is ideally located, making it convenient to access all the attractions. Choosing this place for a holiday is an excellent decision.

• Robin (10/5): Enjoyable stay in a spacious room. - This boutique hotel surprised me! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. And yet a reasonable price. Not a standard hotel, it takes most of the top floor of a multi-use building. Desk clerk is only there until 3pm, but they give you keys to the building so that you have access as needed.

• Mariya (10/5): Schönes Zimmer zentral gelegen - Das Zimmer war sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos, sehr zentral gelegen und der Gastgeber Nicola war sehr freundlich. Allein die stark befahrene Strasse war störend und extrem laut weil im Neapel alle ununterbrochen hupen und das auch in der Nacht.
• Kazuhisa (10/5): - We loved this guesthouse. 1 minute walk from Municipio subway exit. The room is spacious and clean. The staff kept our luggage after check-out. We will choose this place again next time.

• Michal (6/5): Nice place, horrible attitude - I would really like to rate this place higher, because the room was nice, the location convenient and the staff very friendly, at least superficially, so if you are traveling for leisure, you will likely have a nice experience. But I was traveling for professional reason, so I requested an invoice. They promised to provide it.They didn't. As long as I was staying there, they kept promising they will do it, giving excuse that they need a particular stuff member, who wasn't there at the time, but was supposed to do it next day etc. At the check out, they still didn't have it, they promised they'll send it by email asap. They never did. As soon I left, they simply ignored any attempt to contact them. I'm sorry to say that, but such attitude is simply rude and disrespectful, no matter how much the stuff smiles at you otherwise. Shame, because other then that, the stay was perfectly fine.
• Abhijeet (10/5): - Overall a good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is quite crowded the whole day, so can be somewhat noisy. The main bad thing about the room was that there was no door to the bathroom. It's fine if you're travelling solo, but if you're travelling with someone, you can see the toilet and the shower right from the bed.
• Karin (8/5): - Had een super verblijf. Aardige conciërge en host. Ik vond het ideaal dat je je eigen sleutel(s) van de voordeur hebt. Ook prettig dat je als het ware als een bewoner van het appartementencomplex bent. Dat je je ontbijt zelf (elders) moet halen, was voor mij geen probleem. Minpuntje: Als je het bad leeg laat lopen, komt het water uit de afvoer omhoog op de badkamervloer. En dat rook niet zo fris.
• Aparna (5/5): Passable - The room was well located. The staff were very friendly. The room wasn't very clean. No coffee. And the bed was quite uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the high price.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Great location. The room was big, and the bathroom had a huge shower. The bed, although big it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, any time you would roll over, it made a squeaky noise.
• Jamie (4/5): Cheap but not cheap enough for the quality. Or lack there of. - Not very clean. Stains on the bed sheets. Toilet bowl was not clean. Around the bathroom sink was not clean. Some black mould in shower. Double bed was 2 beds pushed together and very uncomfortable. Some noise can be expected on a busy road but it was extremely loud, the windows did nothing to dull sound. The shower drain must have been clogged because the shower filled with water very quickly. No hand soap at all. The complimentary moisturiser was already opened.

• Pavlin (7/5): Good - The location was excellent and convenient. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which was very helpful since our plane was late at night. There was a locked connecting door between my room and the neighboring room, and I could hear the neighbors very clearly, which affected the room’s privacy.
• Alejandro (6/5): Johana was very good and the location was great, - the location was great the wet bathroom, the shower drain was clogged and a sewage smell was coming out from it, there were no hooks for towels or clothes and no toilet paper holder. The mini fridge was not cold after 8 hours of being turned up.
