• Luke (1/5): Apartment was hot, and no parking anywhere close - No parking spots Apartment was 30 degrees on arrival, with one A/C in the living room and no circulation into bedrooms
• John (1/5): Spoilt our Christmas. - Location and that is it The whole apartment needs a complete refurb. Stained carpets, stained rug, stained sofas, stained bedding, cracked tiles in bathroom. The place was dirty when we arrived and the host had to get the cleaners back but you cannot clean the staines. We did get new bedding and cushions also throws to cover the stained seating. All the paintwork is dirty or chipped. Tried to reason with the host but they took the attitude if you don’t like it get out. Do not stay here until it has had a refurb.
• Roslyn (4/5): I would NEVER stay there again - Not a lot. There was a locked key box which was extremely difficult to open. Finally a resident went by and was able to open it. The bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. The inclusions in the apartment were all piecemeal and looked like they were dumped there. For example - there were three clocks in the apartment, none of which worked. The parking spot we had was very difficult to get into and we chose to park on the street - sometimes having to park a long way from the entrance. When we left, as the garage key was in the kitchen drawer and all our paperwork to that point did not identify where to leave the door keys, we left them in the drawer. after my flight back to Sydney, I realised I had received a message asking where I left the keys. I answered this as soon as I read it, to be told I would be charged for a locksmith.
• Ian (9/5): The location and facilities are of the standard where you could stay for a week or more easily. - Good location to Coogee and Randwick. Able to access public transport easily including the light rail in to the city. There are several clubs, pubs walking distance to have a meal or play trivia. I was hit with an unexplained $56 service fee.
• Claire (7/5): Good - Was a decent 2 bed apartment, good communication from the hosts. Unfortunately as guests have to clean everything themselves the quality control on cleaning in not up to scratch. We had to clean all our cutlery and plates before use. There was also a leak in the laundry from day 1 so we couldn't use the washing machine.

• Emily (10/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, overall very pleasant. - Comfortable, had everything we needed. Had issues with the downstairs key entrance, so resorted to using the garage as our entrance which was fine. Alerted the owner of this issue.

• Anthony (7/5): Great location, really good size for two bedroom apartment. - The location was great! Apartment had good facilities and was close enough to walk to Coogee as the name suggests! Bathroom a bit tired, needs a good deep scrub. Toilet and showerhead leaking made running noise all night.
• Caroline (8/5): Very good - The master bed was extremely comfortable. The location was walking distance to Randwick hospital precinct and also the beach the other way The toaster tripped the power and we had difficulty finding the powerboard
• Leon (3/5): Apart from the above, the place was fairly comfortable - Great location. Good transport, except after midnight (no buses after 11:15 pm) Many of the facilities were badly in need of maintenance: - Lockbox to access the keys was very difficult to access. Combination lock was very hard to see, and almost impossible to see at night (we had to use a very strong torch, and grovel on the ground to access the lockbox - I got stuck in the shower because the shower screen came out of adjustment and jammed in its tracks (Had to temporarily fix it myself), -Towel rails were loose, - Toilets were continuously leaking into the bowls - Washing machine had stagnant water in it which did not empty on the spin cycle - DVD player was not working

• Alison (5/5): Not recommended on the basis of lack of response. - Location was good. Cleaning supplies were missing and the host was totally unresponsive to text, phone calls and emails. I spent a lot of time trying to get hold of the host to no avail. Luckily it wasn't something worse! Would not recommend as the communication line was faulty and host refused to refund any monies for time wasted and lack of response. Finally the host requested photos of our id - no idea why - including passports and driver's licenses of all the guests. In this age of scamming this was completely over the top. Any of our requests were never responded to right from our request to not supply such information. I think the owner is a "bot" who sends all the "right" emails but doesn't listen to issues, concerns or problems. Very disappointing.
