- Mehmet (4/5): Disappointing - Location The property was very smelly. There were questionable marks all over the walls and ceiling. There was mould all around the jacuzzi, as well as all the silicone and grout broken away. We attempted to fill the jacuzzi 3 times, but the water ran barely warm, and when the jets were out in, there were limescale and dirt coming out of them constantly. We stayed for 4 days and there was no towel change, not even an attempt to clean or sweep the floor. You could hear EVERYTHING from the guests in other rooms. I came from England, and my fiancé from marmaris for a short break, and we were both very disappointed with the accommodation. It is nothing like it is advertised.

- Diana (1/5): - 1. Администраторы улыбаются и отвечают на вопросы, связанные с городом, при необходимости выдают посуду. 1. Никогда не могла подумать, что в отеле могут быть тараканы, а они были, причем большие! 2. Ужасная шумоизоляция, слышно абсолютно все, неадекватные соседи орали целую неделю и никому не открывали дверь, администрация ничего не сделала несмотря на жалобы людей с разных этажей и попытки выламывания двери этим соседям ( те бедняги, кто жил через стену,пострадали больше всего от бессонных ночей). 3. Уборка раз в три дня, где уборщица просто ПЕРЕВОРАЧИВАЕТ постельное белье, а не стелит новое, посуда не моется. Полотенца воняют хлоркой невероятно сильно. 4. При въезде пожаловалась на сломанную сушилку, ее так и не пришли отремонтировать, хотя обещали, тоже самое с кондиционером. 5. Фотографии не соответствуют реальности, комната с потеками на стенах, обшарпанная, пол облазит, рамка двери отходит в ванной комнате, душевая кабинка не закрывается ( дверь вообще не едет с места) и резинка от этой двери просто наполовину отклеена.

Staff member tried to sort it out but the room he provided had strong smell so I went back to room again. I had to cover my had with towel while using the toilet. Rooms isolated very badly, I could hear all the conversation from next door. However ,the last night was awful couldn’t sleep because of the argument .The couple argued very loud then had a laugh. Staff were ok tried to find solution but of course they couldn’t.

- Ramya (1/5): Worst experience - Prime location, close to bus station, max is 10 minutes walk, grocery shop, restaurants all are close to this location max 15 minutes walk. The hotel room (305). There was a leaking issue in the toilet, reported, and requested room change. Declined, saying rooms are fully booked and will check the repair the next day. It was gotten worse, leakage spread, happened in 2 spots. Couldn't take it anymore, so I checked out earlier. Apart from that, the room was okay. A/C is okay. Just the toilet.

- Massud (1/5): The owner is delusional and he thinks he is the king. - The only thing I liked about the place was its close proximity to the city centre. I was on the ground floor, it was dirty, dark, uncomfortable, insects were everywhere especially cockroaches. The owner was not friendly after two days of stay finally I caught with him to complain about the room and the shower head was missing, he rudely said to me are telling me this after two days. But he still didn’t fixed the shower head, for changing my room he asked for extra 1500 Lira.

- Adéla (6/5): It's cheap and nice hotel until you need to talk to the staff, definitely space for improvement. - The room is well equipped. It's visible the furniture is older and used but that's okay considering the price and location. In the kitchen there's enough dishes even tho they mismatch. Maybe a glass or two extra would be nice. It's on a quiet street but not far from bus stops, taxi stops or for walking around the sea side. Low price so we could travel around the city more. I don't think our floor was at least once swept during cleaning. There was no hanger for laundry in the room. The staff let us hang the laundry outside on their hangers until we "find a solution" ourselves. We could see the bedsheets just laying around on the ground full of cigarette ash and cat excrements. One day the hot water didn't run in our room so we went to ask about it and were told by the staff to not complain. Out of the all receptionists only one guy was nice and helpfull. Others were either clueless about the hotel or very arrogant towards us.

- Soroush (10/5): We loved our stay - A cozy room in a great central location with everything we needed. Kitchen, stove, kitchenware, a table, washing machine and a fridge. Nice and professional staff, good AC, relatively comfortable beds, clean sheets, good shower and a clean toilet. Nothing major but a dish drainer or a dish rack is needed to put the washed dishes to dry.

- Rania (8/5): Great accommodations...poor customer service - The room was beautiful. The location was convenient. The front desk person at check-in was extremely rude. We stayed for one night and he was not friendly or welcoming. We asked to use the laundry service and he refused. The lack of customer service and feeling like we were an inconvenience truly gave us a negative feeling about our stay.

It was nothing like the pictures on line If your life is a low level and of low standard .then for you it may be OK. For me it was not good . Dirty stained walls. Holes in the door . Filthy dirty kettle no proper dishes cutlery badly stained and smelly sofa with cigarette burns A sloping mattress due to being worn out . No bed sheets for sofa Apartment is for 3 people. No blackout curtains Not enough cups plates dishes etc curtains hanging off hooks Bathroom had old cigarette burned washing machine in. And smelt of stale piss shower shelf rusty and dirty The lift went only to 3rd floor. Suite was on the 5th floor I complained to the receptionist on the afternoon duty and wanted to change rooms . He was argumentative and did not want to know He would not change rooms. You booked it he kept telling me. Yes i did. Book it. But the clean smart suite you advertise on line .Not a old smelly stained horror movie suite We bought paper cups and water and remained outside the suite for the 2 nights we had booked It is a dirty smelly Suite. That needs a lot of attention .book it if you want horror

- Andreas (4/5): Disappointing - The reception was ok The room was not very tidy, especially the bath room, with bad smell only one very small window towards another building (this was not mentioned in the description) We decided to stay only 2 nights, even having paid for 3, and looked for another hotel - we found one with a much better location and much cheaper As well: there was some kind of chaos caused by the hotel by not accepting the credit card paying before our arrival - this was not necessary and was not a good experience

Das Personal, ist sehr nett, höflich und stets Hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, und steht somit jedem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. The location of the hotel is also very good, in the center of Antalya, everything is within walking distance The room was a little dirty when we checked in, the shower smelled a lot of sewage, and the walls were very thin, even the phone conversation was heard by the neighbors, we stayed there for 4 days, all the neighbors were noisy and we did not manage to sleep properly at night. The washing machine was also not in working condition, when we wanted to fill the jacuzzi, the hot water ran out quickly, while the water in the Ariston was heating, the water in the bathroom cooled down, as a result, we couldn't lie down in the jacuzzi either

- Faiza (1/5): Bad - The next day house keeper Arrived to room stunk of cigarettes (was informed its a smoking hotel), toilet was filthy (you can use your imagination). Manager accused me of doing it and told me to lower my voice when I was obviously upset of this accusation. The new housekeeper next day was lovely but unfortunately the manager did ruin the whole experience. there is no sound proofing at all. The kitchen isn't prepped, but kind housekeeper did help with broken kettle, but 1/2 stove didn't work.
- Renata (1/5): Waste of money for the horrible place! - The apartment was full of bed bugs, cockroaches, dumped walls, and equipment in the kitchen is incomplete! No hot water. and the hygiene is so poor! On the Booking i was read this is soundproof rooms but its not true my son so many times waking up night time, because from outside we heard everything! The staffs also the manager was not nice we have to move out on the third day because of the health condition not suitable for my family! The area was horrible too, drugi peoples everywhere. So we are so sad my family Christmas holiday went horribly because of the TERRA ROSSA!

Wrote to booking complaint. Owner said I'm getting full refund but nothing happened. Everything! they smoke in the lobby and allow smoke in the rooms, everything dirty to the point if filth falling off the walls. Borreliose bugs biting, toilets stinking, towels and sheets with holes and spots, there was nothing
- Katja (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. It’s some of the most friendly staffs I’ve ever meet, always smiling and ready to help ~ one of them even cooked food for me one night without asking. The location is great too. It’s close to the shopping street, a lot of restaurants, the marina, old town, bazar etc. All these things you can reach by walking. The room itself was also great. Sure you can see it isn’t a 5-star hotel but nothing was missing. There is a duvet instead of only blankets and the bed wasn’t hard, which I really appreciated. As a bonus for animal lovers, the hotel has a cat who enjoys to talk ~ it’s great when you’re missing the little ones at home.

Thanks for that. - Room was clean but was way far from activities and all rooms were empty hotel was empty completely just one cat roaming here and there. Main thing no reception area for resting after long journey or to have a chat with friends down. Just straight to the room. The receptionist. My brother came to see me he didn’t allow him to the the asking for passport who the hell will carry his passport in his pocket.
