Just there aren't much around. - I've attended a big exhibition at NECC and the hotel was relatively close, not exactly a walking distance, but just a few minutes on taxi. Down side is that there aren't much shops or restaurants in or near the building. There is one convenient store that opens until midnight, though. Rooms are pretty spacious and modern. People at the front desk are all friendly and helpful, especially calling taxi when my DiDi app wasn't working well.

Not in the centre of course, but that's what keep the price low. They don't have a kitchen, so they given you a voucher for breakfast in a hotel 4 minutes away. - B (10/5): Despite the language barrier and payment hiccups, the hotel is very cute. - It is cute in a sense that it’s budget-friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. It has small convenience shops and diners close-by. The closest metro station is called “Panlong Road” and it’s 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The district “Hongqiao” is a bit further from downtown and all the must-see’s of Shanghai. Once you figure out how to use the metro, the distance wouldn’t be a problem anymore. The staff’s english language skills are limited so make sure to have translation apps downloaded. When I arrived they asked me to pay the room fee, even though I had already paid through booking.com. They said my pre-payment will be refunded through booking.com once I check-out. For a person who is traveling on a budget that was an unexpected expense, and waiting and uncertain amount of time for the refund is inconvenient.

- Viola (9/5): A cool and comfortable hotel, with very helpfull staff, in a quiet area. - Cozy, clean and luminous room, very comfortable bed, nice shower and toilet, very welcoming and polite staff. Mr Roger and his staff at the reception were very helpfull, it was my frist time in China and they offered all the help I needed. It is a bit distant from the city centre, but the metro station is close and taxis in Shanghai are cheap. The insonorization of the rooms could be improved. Breakfast could be less expencieve.

- Jeremi (9/5): The object was better quality than one hotel in Shanghai center with five stars. - The object is very neatly designed and have everything I needed for my very short stay lasting unfortunately only 5 hours. Room was very clean and everything worked flawlessly. There was a short distance to the subway which will be even shorter in near future as there will be additional station built. There was small communication problems as reception desk couldn’t talk in English language but used mobile translator which eventually resolved the problem.

- Inesa (10/5): Amazing stay, no problems, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Foreigners friendly :) - The place is nice and clean, with a gym at the ground floor. The staff were very nice, no problem with speaking english at all. Interior was nice, colourful and modern. The room me and my friend got was really good, the cleaners come everyday with fresh towels, bedding, bottled water and slippers. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We also had TV in the room, as well as kettle which came very useful during our stay. The location is quite nice, a little far from the city centre but getting a didi turned out to be quite inexpensive so no problems with that. Multiple bus and metro stations near the hotel also help with commuting. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, perfect for late night trips. Ordering takeout through 美团 was easy, the food is always left in the same place next to the reception desk. You can also order packages from 拼多多 and pick them up in the package point outside the hotel. The staff is eager to help when you need it. There are at least 2 convinience stores near the hotel, as well as a starbucks and a restaurant. Overall our trip was 10/10, check-in and check-out went seamlessly. The staff were even nice enough to let us stay additional 4 hours because of the typhoon that was currently going through Shanghai. Definitely a place worth staying at!

The location is very good as is walking distance to the exhibition center, Hongqiao ariport and railway station. The rooms and spaces are modern, it has a gym and laundry and meeting rooms. There are banks and small shops around. Can arrange pick up to Pudong airport for a reasonable price. The pick up fee to Hongqiao airport I think is a little high but they also offer it. The wifi inside the rooms wasnt that good. The staff doesnt speak much english although they are very friendly, they even help me to receive a parcel. There werent many restaurants around so better to ask for food delivery.

- Jan (8/5): Very good - Bang for the buck was outstanding. A modern room, clean and comfortable, for a really fair price. Location is not great. To both Metro line 2 and 17 it takes you easily 20 minutes walking, so a taxi is the better option. Also beware that the location on Google Maps is not correct! Best ask a taxi driver to get you there.

- Grace (6/5): Average - very hard to find - The room was clean, free water was provided upon arrival. The staff were friendly and had pretty good english. The bed was comfy but on the smaller side. All amenities like hairdryers, shampoo,conditioner, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided free of charge. They have plenty of work space, a free gym and a games room with washing machines. It is super hard to find as it doesn’t seem to exist on navigation maps if you type the english name. Our taxi took us to about 5 minutes away with the given location and luckily we found the Chinese address and then he managed to find it but also found it difficult as there is nowhere to park outside. The aircon is very slow so the room is super hot in summer and there was a bad smell in the shower. Also very pricey considering the location which is a 20 minute walk from the nearest metro station which is at the end of a line so it also takes a long time to get to the centre. The hotel is 2 hours from Pudong international airport!!

- Shirley (10/5): Clean and helpful - I liked the natural light from the big windows, the cleanliness and regular cleaning, the free laundry and drying with good quality, and the comfy bed! The gym was too warm, there was one time when cicadas were flying near the entrance which was a bit scary.
