• claudia (9/5): - Apartamento novo e localização Não estava bem limpo, cozinha somente com louças, sem guardanapos de papel e louça, sem nada que fosse possível fazer uma pequena refeição, sal, óleo, coisa básica. Ficamos 3 dias. A cama de casal muito boa, mas o sofá cama deixou a desejar

• Aisulu (10/5): It was 10/10. Would recommend. - The location is Superb! Right in the heart of Isola, doesn’t get better than this. We were right next to the street market, which was very nice. The apartment was very clean with everything you might need in a cute house. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The kettle was not working
• Marie (8/5): Great plave at a decent rate - Location and cleanliness were both great. The wine opener was broken and the vibe "wasn't all that" according to my travel buddy.
• Michela (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect in the main street of Isola district I would improve the cleaning and add kitchen rags. Between the kitchen and the bedroom there is a small, unmarked step. I recommend putting a colored stripe, unfortunately it is deceiving and I fell.

• Chris (8/5): Great apartment in a good location - The apartment was a good size with doors that sealed well between the bedroom and living space. The shower was large and had good water pressure the kitchen was well equipped. Large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle The trash sorting was easy as bins were well marked. The bed although low was very comfortable. Good pillows large and comfortable. Plenty of towels that were of a good size.. building has a lift it’s a bit on the small size and quite slow… but better than climbing 4 storeys check in and check out ok but directions to key pick up in central station only works if you don’t arrive by train 🤣 if you are in the apartment on a Saturday turn right as you come out of the building and go to the farmers /market for fantastic food… they are very kind to non Italian speakers 😀 The floor could have been cleaner

• Giorgio2323 (8/5): Nice and well located place but beware of the noise coming from the street if your plan is to sleep! - The location is very lovely at night with plenty of restaurants and delicious food to go. Contacting the Italian Way team is complicated. The final information about the key retrieval is only received on the day of arrival (ok, that is comprehensible), but it's done via Email when you expect it to happen through Booking.com. A lot of messages and emails go through different channels.. so confusing when you're stressed with travelling!! What was terrible in regards to the apartment is that the window in the main room is badly built and it does not isolate it from the street at all. It is a street with much movement during the night and every single motorbike wakes you up, at least until midnight on a weekday. So it's not the best place to have a calm night I would say.

• Andrew (10/5): Great apartment for staying a couple of days - The apartment is really nice. Great location closed to the metro station (line 5). It is very clean, spacious , and have everything I needed. I had to collect the key at their office which was inside the central station.
• The.travelguy (8/5): Milan experience - Good apartment clean, comfortable and with needed facilities. Very good location and accessable by elevator. Keys will be collected in Central Station easy to find it. The apartment was cleaned few days ago and not used after so in my opinion it should be cleaned one day before someone is arriving
