- Judy (9/5): It was a beautiful place to enjoy our final days of our Taiwan trip! - The room was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. The staff was super helpful with recommendations for local places to eat. Also, enjoyed the drinks and snacks they left in the room for us each day. We liked the coffee so much, we went to the coffee shop that the coffee was from and bought some to take home! Absolutely nothing I didn't like.

- Ismael (10/5): A place to stay forever, the best hotel in Taipei. - I stayed there for the entire past week, and it was exceptional, everything about it. The best part was the staff, who were always attentive to me throughout my stay, from the first day to the last. Special mention to all the buffet staff who were always helpful at breakfast, like the lovely Tina with her smile, Kaley, and Kiki, who are such wonderful people. Emily at reception was also incredibly attentive from the first day to the last, even accompanying me to the taxi on my final day to wish me a safe flight home. I loved that touch. The hotel itself is simply exceptional, beyond words. Luxurious, better than home, comfortable, and right in the city center. I had a very modern and spacious room with a large window overlooking a main avenue. Its location was excellent because it didn't take long to get to the city center and tourist areas by Uber, and the subway was right across the street. A really nice touch was that they let me shower at the hotel before heading to the airport in the late afternoon/evening, after checking out in the morning, so I could return relaxed after enjoying the morning exploring the streets of Taipei. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I truly can't wait to come back to Taipei and stay at Humble Boutique Hotel :)

Loud in the pool area, and even smoking in their room (it is a non smoking hotel) so that it permeated through our vent. It was my last day and it was so delicious I really regretted not adding it and having breakfast there every day of my stay (6 days). - Michael (10/5): Amazing hotel in Taipei with exceptional breakfast - This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Would highly recommend. The rooms and facilities are brilliant. The breakfast included was also one of the best I've had! If I could give it 6 stars or 11 out of 10 I would! Nothing.

The bathroom with a seperate toilet was great. So nice to have a free mini bar. The metro was just around the corner and there were good eating options nearby. No bedside tables or shelves - which made it difficult for cups, phone books etc. could be easily resolved 🙏🏻.

- Charlotte (8/5): - Location, and very clean. This was my second time staying at the hotel. It’s a nice property, well located next to the metro station. However, there were a few issues during this stay that I was not happy with. On our anniversary, my husband sent a bouquet of flowers from overseas, which arrived at around 3pm. He had specifically asked the staff to deliver them to my room, knowing I wouldn’t be back at the hotel until very late. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I was not informed in any way and only found out the next morning when I went to reception to report a blocked shower. At that point, I was told that my husband had sent flowers and that they would be delivered to my room later. When I returned to my room, the flowers had arrived along with a note asking me to collect them from reception — a message that should have been communicated the day before. My husband was understandably very upset, as he had called multiple times on the day of delivery and again in the evening after tracking showed it hadn’t been completed, requesting that the flowers be delivered to my room. In addition, the shower drainage was blocked for three days, and I had to request twice before it was finally fixed, also a couple of aminties were not filled during our 8 days stay. Overall, while the location is great, the service during this stay was a tad disappointing.

- puku_hk (10/5): 大満足！ - フロントや清掃の方々、みなさんフレンドリーでした。お部屋もとても快適で備え付けのアメニティ（シャンプー等）や寝具類もクオリティが高いもので満足です。室内の冷蔵庫に無料ドリンクがあり大変助かりました。また、立地も利便性が良い場所ですし、どこに行くにもバス、地下鉄、レンタル自転車、どれもすぐにアクセスできます。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。 テレビモニタが窓の真ん中に備え付けられているので、ベッドからは見やすいですが移動できずそこだけ可動式だと嬉しいです。 部屋の照明ボタンがよくわからず慣れるまで時間がかかりました。

- Ronald (8/5): Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung - Frühstück. Auswahl eines Hauptgerichtes zusätzlich zu Buffet. Wie gewöhnlich in Asien Zimmer etwas beengt. Dass die Preise während des chinesischen Neujahrsfest höher waren als normalerweise.
- Thanapat (10/5): A lovely stay in Taipei - Everything! Stayed there for 4 nights and I felt like home there and didn’t want to leave. The staff are kind and attentive. They accommodated several requests we had during our stay. The hotel itself is very nice overall. The bed is so comfortable such that we didn’t want to get out of it. The location is just what we really like - centrally located next to the MRT, yet very peaceful. Not that I didn’t like but just a experience sharing that the breakfast choices were not that abundant especially when you stayed long.

- Henry (6/5): - Convenient location. Our room on very low floor facing a busy street corner. Unable to open curtain at all time due to privacy problem. Provision of amenities minimal, not even cutlery in the room.

- Jing (8/5): We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. - Near to MRT, clean and modern Toilet door was just a glass swinging door that doesn’t block toilet smells from entering the bedroom. Lacking wall hooks by the entrance to hang jackets, hats, scarves etc.

- Yixin (9/5): 很不錯，會想再來。 - 房間乾淨，硬體新，床很舒服。 地點就在捷運站出口隔壁，適合搭車來。 沒有停車場，隔壁停車場收費高，較不適合開車來。 有浴缸但沒有附浴鹽。
