• Jan Rio (8/5): Problems are solved with compromise and communication with the agent. I am satisfied with our stay and will stay there a - Location. The space and size of each room. The availability of the staff. The noise from the street. I had to use my earphones to put me in zen mood. The bed was a bit hard too.
• Benjamin (10/5): If I had an apartment I'd have one like this - Location was amazing. Really easy access to the centre of Milan and the shops,right next to a metro stop too. The lounge is not set up in a comfortable way. The sofa is very uncomfortable and you have to twist to watch TV.

• Viktória (7/5): Megfelelő - Korrekt szállás, jó helyen van, közel a metro. Egy hosszú hétvégére, baráti társaságoknak megfelelő lehet. A falakra ráférne egy festés, illetve a fürdőszobákra egy felújítás. A fűtés sajnos télen nem volt elegendő, éjszaka fáztunk, és a klímával se tudtunk rendesen fűteni. Az apartman forgalmas utcán található, és nagyon behallatszódnak a kinti zajok.

• Anita (6/5): Great location but very few amenities and on 4th floor with tiny lift - POSITIVES * Great location - very central and close to supermarket, Macca’s, etc * Good selection of different pillows for every sleeping position NEGATIVES * Mattress is hard as a rock - fine if you’re a back sleeper (which we aren’t) * Very few amenities - had to buy dishwasher / laundry powder, tea towel, toiletries (only provided with a few mini shower gels - no shampoo or conditioner) * No dustpan or brush * No toaster (wish we’d known this before we bought bread!) * On the fourth floor (don’t think this was highlighted on Booking.com!) * Very small lift which didn’t fit our larger suitcases * Had to complete complicated registration info before being given pin code, which proved annoying because our daughter was desperate for the toilet and it took us almost an hour to do it all (the booking only said that we COULD do it prior to arrival (eg for convenience), not that we HAD TO in order to gain access to the apartment. If we hadn't had internet we'd have had even more of a nightmare!)
• Ugur Zeynalli (9/5): excellent location and comfortable apartment, but delayed check in - Excellent location. clean rooms. we asked if that would be possible to check in earlier. It was not possible. Moreoever, we couldn't check in even at 15.00 - but at 17.00. This is a trouble after a long trip. Elevator was not working

• Josefa (8/5): No apto para personas con sobrepeso si tienes que usar el ascensor. - La amplitud de las estancias y la localización. Lo peor de todo fue el ascensor, al tratarse de un edificio antiguo, medía de ancho aprox. 60 cm, había que entrar de lado y de fondo solo cabían 2 personas con una maleta. Las perchas de los armarios inaccesibles, más de 2 m de altura. También necesitaba pintar las paredes.

• Audrey (8/5): Great location - Great location, close to transport, city centre, shopping & restaurants. Had a group of 4 & the hot water ran out after 2 showers. Road noise can be heard from the bedrooms, but you are in the city centre.

• Tom Erik (6/5): Leiligheten kan anbefales i sin helhet, men det klissete gulvet trekte ned helhetsinntrykket for vårt opphold. Vær også - Svært sentralt med metro og dagligvarebutikk i umiddelbar nærhet. AC på alle soverom. Gulvet var klissete, spesielt i kjøkkensonen. Dette gjorde at vi måtte bruke sko innendørs, ellers ble vi helt svart under sokkene. Utover dette var renholdet bra.
• Walter (8/5): A place in Milan - Well, place. but was not for seven people to stay, since one of the rooms is also a kitchen and a living room. It was my fault for not noticing the lack of a living room when booking.
• wai yee (2/5): - Really poor. Totally no support after 10pm. We arrived late on that night n no one helped on the key arrangement. And it's really difficult for us to get the key, which we had struggled for at least 15 min outside. When we were in, all of the sudden, all electricity gone out. And we were helpless, no one dare to come to help but just email. How come for a foreigner to fix the electricity by ourselves. It's nonsense.
• Ley (9/5): Good location - Location is perfect nearby metro station and a lot of nearby restaurants. Apartment is decent and clean, rooms are spacious enough. The staff were not pleasant when they checked us in. A little smile could have been nice. They seemed annoyed checking us in. Also, one of the things we did not like was not having enough hot water. 2 person showered and no more hot water for the 3rd person.

• Catila m ls (10/5): Estadia boa. - Estadia foi boa. O ruim foi a energia cair toda vez que ligava a maquina de lavar louça. E a água quente achei pouca para sete pessoas. Só isso mesmo.
• Robert (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff and good customer service. Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms and overall great value. Not the companies fault, but a lot of ambulances went by the apartment in the night and they we're loud.

• Desmond (5/5): Passable - The location was great. The man looking after the building was very helpful We were charged 50 euro for a second key. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 key was not enough for us to be able to do what we wanted. The shower was filthy.

• Dheeraj (6/5): Fantastic Location close to Milano Centrale Station. Easy key collection. Decent Stay - It super easy to collect the keys as they are located inside the Milan Central station and they were nice enough to give me the keys even before the check in time so I could keep my bags. The cleaning was done once I kept the bags. The location of the apartment is less than 1km from Milan central ie. walkable and gives you an edge if you have trains after your stay. We traveled with family. There was ICE cold water coming in bathrooms after 2 people took shower. It was the coldest water I ever had a shower with and my wife had a headache for 1 hour. The elevator is very very small, it can hardly fit 2 people but apart from these 2 things everything was lovely.

• Anthony (10/5): Perfect for a family of four. - The size was perfect for our group of 4. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean and welcoming.

• Gail (9/5): Very comfortable in the Heart of Milan - We were only there for 1 night Ease of Check-in & Check-out It was well located by the train station In the heart of the city Very clean Minimalist but hair dryer included, kitchen well furnished, baths had soap, body gel & shampoo Great value! On the 4th floor with a tiny elevator.
• Alexia (5/5): Passable - Location was really good and the rooms were very spacious. Ideal for many people. Beds were not comfortable at all. It was really dirty and it was very noisy.
• Somchok (6/5): moderate but not so good - the room is quite clean the drainage of the bathing zone is broken so the water is flooding, we can use only 1 bathroom from 2 bathroom the staff propose the come and fix in the email but didn’t come. Nothing is fixed, very disappointed

• Yoong (7/5): Will recommend this location/unit if you are looking for a very central address. - Great central location right beside the metro station and with super market/fast food eateries right at door step. Safe and also walkable from the Central Train station which we came in from.

• Olivia (4/5): Disappointing and not equipped for a large group - The location was very goo, close to the main station and the city with a metro stop right outside. Overall it was a disapointing stay as the apartment was not equipped for 8 people to stay; there were not enough cups/glasses, only 1 toilet roll and the worst bit was that there was only enough hot water for 4 people to have a shower in the morning which was so disapointing. The beds were comfortable but the apartment floor was not clean enough. I have also never seen such a long winded pre check in procedure, it took so long to read and fill out the forms and it was difficult to find the place in the main station to pick up the keys. You can also hear and feel the metro passing below the apartment. I unfortunately would not recommended staying here.

• Liane (5/5): wish the house was way cleaner. - location was at the heart of shopping district. The place is dusty. I emailed and ask if the house is clean enough to remove the shoes, and was told yes. The house was not clean and was very dusty. i wiped the entire floor and found cigarette butt and vapor under the bed. The cloth I used to mop was full of dust and hair.
• Dimitris (4/5): BETTER TO AVOID - It was good that they allow us to leave luggage at noon, when we arrive and come back at 15.00. But for 7 people they gave one set of keys, and when asked for more , they sent us a second, under the condition of a deposit of 50 euros. it was good that they did not pick it up from the card. The floor was dirty with stains, We had for 7 persons, 6 plates, 4 water and 4 wine glasses, 6 coffee cups, no stand to dry them , using sheet or towel. Above all that the electricity stopped at 23.30 on Thursday night, no operator answered on phone calls, we slept in the dark and in a cold apprtment. Early on Friday morning, we had to go to Venice, spread notes about the incident to the building supervisor and Italianway office at Milan Central railway station, and emailed them. We had an automated answr to go to floor -1 to pick up some buttons and have electricity back. If it was so easy, why they left us in the dark the night before. Someone has to look after messages for emergancies. We insisted to do it themselves, and replied back the same way, to us. Thank Goodness the power was on , when we arrived back on Fri night. Ansked the supervisor, he did it, he knew. as a conclusion. BETTER TO AVOID. I have rental apparts for vacation for a decade, first time I have to right negative comments.

• Crista (7/5): Good - It was very inconvenient to go to a different location to pick up the key. Also they only offered a half roll of toilet paper between 8 people and two bathrooms. When we asked for more, they said they would bring some but never did.

• Maria (10/5): Central location, close to everything! - We liked the location…the beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Initially there were no cleaning implements (detergent, sponges, dish towels etc) however basic items were supplied on request but only one dishwashing tablet which for a stay of 7 days is not enough. Kitchen was not supplied with basic condiments ie, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper etc.
