Guest Reviews
- Guliwe (3/5): Unfortunately for me, not the best experience. - The place is situated at the best location. Central and very close to all amenities. I don't think the place is properly managed by the managing agent/s. Some of the light bulbs are not working. Most frustrating of all is having to shower with cold water from arrival until departure. Despite reporting the matter to the managing agent.

- Ayanda (10/5): In all the place is beautiful - The property is beautiful The was a cleaning fee but I didn’t like the fact that they changed bed sheets when I already came to the property and only that time was the cleaning.
- Gcinisizwe (8/5): Cozy, secure, clean apartment. - Very clean and central. Security was on point and information was received well in time about the apartment. Shower was stunning and good hot water pressure. Communication from apartment owners was superb. The road outside the apartment is a bit busy, so a bit loud. Sound proofing of entire apartment can be jmproved as neighbours were quite loud until late at night.
- Roxanne (5/5): Good for a short stay - I loved the location. The studio is a nice size. The security, cleaning staff, and the grounds keepers were very friendly and helpful. I was offered a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was ample and clean. The concierge met me downstairs as I entered. Never mentioned that the lifts dont work.
The quality of the bed and bedding could be much better. The beds are not firm. I would not recommend a long stay. The pillows were dismal. I didn't even use them. They were flat and loose from excessive use and stained.
As the studio is sub divided, the noise between the larger apartment and the studio is loud. You can hear people talking.
The studio faces the main street, which is noisy during the day. The windows need a privacy film as the security and anyone entering the premises can see directly into the studio.
As there is a carport just outside the studio, it is very noisy when it rains hard and hits the metal carport top.
The cupboards could do with more shelves instead of big, empty spaces.

- Adri-Mari (7/5): Modern minimalistic, great location. Need maintenance on minor matters. - Modern minimalistic.
Friendly security.
Good location On arrival, initially, no-one seemed to have known that we have booked the venue and it took a while to sort it out. No hot water in tkitchen, no dishcloths. The bath tub plug leaking. Lounge window blind broken - couldn't roll up rendering the room dark during daylight. Broken side table next to couch. Not 2 bedroom flat as advertised but rather 1 bedroom flat with separate bachelor's unit.
- Qhamani (10/5): Awesome! - Exactly like the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The security at the gate are super friendly too. Easy check in.

- Ntebogang (1/5): Very bad 😢 - I was booked this particular apartment on the picture but i was given a room with no couch just bed an tiny kitchen with no washing machine. My entire stay i complained about no electricity and water at some point but i didn’t get assistance. They were sending coupons whereby the room didn’t have electricity meter. Very small. No water, No electricity it was dark had to go to the restaurant just to charge my phone and laptop.

- Trey (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional - Please to inform the owner that the Pop Up Bathroom Sink Drain is not working (is stuck and water is not running). Unit 7B . Thank you
- Andrea (7/5): generally Good - Location was good, communication with Booking.com was poor when items in apartment where not corrected on request, had to call several times. leg of sofa broke and in advising nothing was done.
- Zareef (1/5): Bad -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional - i stayed there before and i believe the gate system changed, now is making so much noise when open and close, the gate fence is too soft material and make too much noise and the gate movement and too much and then...really no welcome,
- Glodie (7/5): Amazing - Very nice clean and quiet environment Wish we had daily cleaners
- Maduwa (9/5): Worth every penny staying at this property and you will never be disappointed.. spot on👌👌👌👌 - It been fews time I stayed at this property and everything is spot on. It feel like home very nice place to stayed Power cut off
- Priscila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (2/5): Very poor - I had the most awful check in experience. They claimed that I hadn't paid, but I had paid once through booking.com and then directly to propr, but only 50% as i thought the additional amount would be deducted from my credit card. Therefore, when I got the property, I was told that my booking was cancelled. There was a number that just rung and I couldn't get hold of anybody. The security card was super helpful and managed to get hold of somebody who told me they didn't deal with the bookings but only the concierge so there was nothing they could do. Well, I completely lost my cool and magically managed to get hold of somebody who called me. She said, oh i see you paid booking.com and propr so there isn't a problem. Well, if I didn't pay the full amount I would have overpaid as I received an email stating that propr don't accept payments from booking.com and I need to pay them directly - literally stealing people's money.
At 6pm, once they finally found my payment, they were going to get somebody to come and drop off the keys, she was going to call me back to let me know how long it was going to take. Well, guess what she never called me back. I tried to call her three times and she didn't answer. At 18:36 somebody arrived with keys. He told me that he had to leave a family function specially to drop these off - exactly what you want to hear after the drama and fighting to prove you have paid for something. He also said that I shouldn't book with bookign.com as you get a confirmation immediately and that's the problem. No the problem was that propr are double deducting Its a "bachelor studio" but its a flat that has an interleading door which is locked. You literally feel like you sharing a space with somebody else as you can hear everything.
Its been 5 days since the ordeal and I haven't even been given the decency of a follow up call to apologize for what happend.
- Maponya (1/5): Bad - Worst communication ever. Causes chest pains. I do not have nice things to say about Propr
- Caryn (4/5): Disappointing - Location There was NO backup power - - NO generator / inverter or solar
- Cassius (8/5): Very good -
- S (9/5): Superb - Beside the list all good Sugggestions
1- the light of the dinner room is very dark .does not make the place bright.
2- the door must have a door holder ./stop ....very hard to come.in with bags ..in and out
3- no grass outside and makes the carpet dirty easily if we go out .
4- I would suggest to have check list when we come in because I felt that only had 3 glass wine...3 mugs so it means someone broke before ..I would suggest tge onwer track it to be able to charge from.the person that rented.
And the cleaning ladies follow up on it to keep standard the quantities.
5- need to put a shampoo and soap holder in the shower no nice walking in and out from.the shower to take the stuff
6- the varanda door is difficult to close need to bump very hard to clese and it make noise ..is not allined .
7- front door from inside small part is loose.
8- keep 2 pints plugs available.
But anyway all good .
Don't allow to accumulate issues.
Very nice place and localization.
- Thabile (2/5): we booked in on friday for an apartment room. when we got there we had to wait three hours with no one helping us. we ha -
- Merve (1/5): Bad - Honestly i had the worst experience with the host! I was not helped out at all, When i contacted the property they were not helping me out. i would not recommend to anyone who wishes to receive a good service when asked. No assistance was given to me at all, I ended up leaving the property before check out time.
- Edwin (8/5): Very good -
