Велике ліжко окрема любов Були деякі проблеми з сантехнікою, але вони не вплинули на загальне враження.

When we requested a room with a view of the Bosphorus Bridge, we received a quick and positive response. The Ortaköy area is a great place to explore Istanbul beyond the very touristy zones and experience a different side of the city.

- Gerenzel (8/5): Приятный скромный отель. - Отлично расположение. Достаточно тихо и рядом с набережной. Приятный персонал, доброжелательный. Сделали апгрейт, жили на 4 этаже, хороший вид. В конце января не холодно, батарею можно настроить, чтобы грела. Удобная кровать, подушки, белоснежное белье и полотенца. Есть всё необходимое : чай, кофе, чайник, шампунь, гель для душа и даже лосьон для тела. Сантехника, смеситель брызгал, не настраивал ась комфортная температура, перед выездом бочок перестал смывать. Нет лифта, лестница винтовая. Не хватает крючков при входе в номер для верхней одежды

- Aga (10/5): - Konumu çox yaxşıdır, mərkəzə və əsas yerlərə yaxındır. Ümumilikdə qalmaq üçün münasib yerdir. Lakin təmizlik daha da yaxşı ola bilər. Binada asansör yoxdur və belboy xidməti də mövcud deyil.

They don't care about the person safety or comfortability, that's why the reservations are prepaid online so that we can't complain later and we can't do anything. الفندق سيء جدا وقديم ليس كما هو موضح فالصور ولايوجد مصعد والدرج جدا عالي ومتعب، تعرضت للسرقة وتعامل موظف الاستقبال سيء جدا والموقع غير مناسب أبدا. - Carl (8/5): Overall, the hotel is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants. - The location was good. There are no amenities at this hotel, such as restaurant, pool or gym. The personnel were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator at this building, however, the personnel assisted with our baggage. The stairs were okay. More hand railings on the stairs and better lighting.

Der Zustand war inakzeptabel: Im Kühlschrank lag eine Packung vergammelter Erdbeeren, die das gesamte Zimmer mit einem unerträglichen Gestank erfüllte. Die Decke lag mit einem schmutzigen Bezug auf einem Regal, und es war offensichtlich, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Zusätzlich war das gesamte Badezimmer mit Chlor überladen, sodass meine Kleidung sich verfärbt hat. Ein absoluter Albtraum! Ich kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen.

Öğleden sonraya kadar da temizlik sesi geliyor. Bu sesler sizi rahatsız etmeyecekse tercih edebilirsiniz

Misafir memnuniyeti sağlamak adına yapılan çalışma güzeldi sadece kapı bizi biraz rahatsız etti. Kilitlenmedi hiç, bazı misafirler bundan ekstra rahatsız olabilir. Banyo çok temizdi. Buna dikkat ettik çok önemliydi. Sıcak su akıyordu.

- Anastasia (10/5): Perfect. - I would definitely recommend Dilens. First of all because of the professional staff there was few points to highlight regarding cleaning, but because of the excellent service it was managed and resolved immediately above my expectations. Plus location really matters. Everything is around and all best views near by. A bit small room, but super comfortable and cozy.
