From the moment we arrived, the apartment itself did the talking — soaring ceilings, beautiful natural stone bathroom, and a surprise mini laundry that made life so much easier. The afternoon light pouring through the windows was simply stunning, and the little balcony was just enough to get a glimpse of what was happening outside. The location, styling, and amenities were all exemplary, as was the breakfast. Stefano's service throughout was professional, prompt, and genuinely warm. Our Athens stay was made truly memorable by this place — my daughter didn't want to leave, and honestly, neither did I.

Annette (10/5): Besser geht’s nicht - Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße . Akropolis, Altstadt Plaka, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Appartement gibt es Heizung und Klimaanlage, Nespresso Maschine inklusive Kapseln. Bett ist bequem. Es gab Service mit Handtuchwechsel - auch der Abwasch vom Geschirr wurde erledigt ☺️ Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Es gibt nichts negatives!!! Stefano und Ariadne waren immer per WhatsApp für uns erreichbar!! Man fühlte sich sehr gut betreut!! Ein kleiner Tipp: ein Geschirrtuch zum abtrocknen des Geschirrs wäre gut 😊

Effie was excellent, helping us arrange transportation to and from the airport. We only stayed one night to catch a morning flight, but we were still able to enjoy Plaka one last time. The bed mattress was somewhat soft, and the air conditioner in the main room could have been cooler.

Susie (10/5): A+ Position in Athens to Acropolis and Retail - Outstanding Boutique Apartments - Communication via Email and WhatsApp prior to the day of our arrival was proactive and excellent. Daphne is a delight. The Building and Room key pad entry means no keys and all staying can easily access. Bedroom sheets are high quality, soft and clean. Rooms are a great size and very well appointed. Huge bathrooms/powder rooms. Sofa Bed comfortable and accommodated our 10YO and 12YO daughters. The Breakfast pack, prepared onsite by the ladies, is great (although a croissant/pastry, no bread would be ideal). Kitchenette has everything needed and there is a washing machine, super handy on hot summer days. Location is A+ in Athens. Absolutely nothing. Maybe just tweak the Breakfast pack - the fresh OJ is delicious. No need for large bread, maybe a small, iconic Greek pastry or a Gluten Free option.

Alfredo (10/5): Unforgettable and rewarding. - The location was excellent, walking distance to mostly every site of interest in Athens. Public transportation with Acropoli Subway station 3 blocks away was an easy way to move around the city. The building preserves its original neoclassical charm, but the apartment offered a contemporary, minimalist and comfortable connection to the 21st century. The shower was outstanding. I liked everything. It was greatly appreciated to receive on the week end individual breakfast boxes with Orange Juice, pastries and a hard boiled egg, providing that well deserved jolt before starting to wander outstanding Athens.

Check-in is fully automated with a door code, Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for families with babies or small children. It’s a shame this information isn’t clearly mentioned on the listing. The baby stroller doesn’t fit in the elevator unless it’s folded each time, the staircase is narrow, and the corridor leading to the apartment is very tight, making access difficult. After the first night we realized we couldn’t stay and asked to leave. Although the process was challenging, we eventually received a refund for one night, even though we informed in advance that we would be leaving before the second night. We expected a refund for both nights, but understood the situation.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos — spacious, beautifully designed, and very well set up with everything we needed. We were greeted with thoughtful welcome snacks and a bottle of white wine, which was such a lovely touch. The private rooftop terrace reserved for our exclusive use was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the morning breakfast snack of a local pie with fresh orange juice was a delightful way to start each day. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Metro Station, making it super convenient to reach from both the airport and the port. The apartment is in the charming Koukaki district, surrounded by great local restaurants. Just around the corner is the Alchemist Cafe Patisserie, an amazing local pastry shop run by a lovely couple — a must-try! From here, it’s also an easy and enjoyable walk to vibrant neighborhoods like Plaka, Psyri, Syntagma, and Thiseio. Overall, Kinglin Luxury Living felt like a beautiful home away from home. Right across the street from the Acropolis Museum, restaurants, everything. Loved it!!!! A nice respite from hotel life. I would recommend and stay again!!!

Krásný apartmán s velkou terasou v krásně zrekonstruovaném klidném domě v klidné ulici a k Acropolis to bylo pár kroků. Všude okolo restaurace, kavárny, bistra. Nic mne nenapadá.

Muchos detalles desde amenities, hasta la cajita con el desayuno que constaba de un zumo natural y un dulce.La mejor ubicación en Atenas en el barrio de Plaka, cerquísima del museo de la acrópolis y a pocos minutos de la acrópolis, la parada de autobús turístico a 1 minuto de la puerta. Al lado justo de calles peatonales con muchísimo ambiente y terrazas para tomar algo. Dafne estuvo siempre pendiente y contestaba inmediatamente cualquier pregunta.Volveremos sin duda. Todo perfecto.

Anna (8/5): Extremely convenient location, but very expensive stay! - Great location, 10 minutes walk from Acropolis and other Athens attractions. Lovely fresh juice and pastries provided every morning. Large apartment and very comfortable. Apartment smelled a little musty every time we entered. We needed to open the windows to allow air in and reduce the smell. I think the curtains need washing and freshening up.

La limpieza es muy buena. El sofá cama es extremadamente incomodo para dormir. Es un detalle menor pero las recomendaciones de la anfitriona no consideran al tipo de huesped, ej: somos familia con un bebe y su recomendacion para almorzar fue un lugar elegante con poca accesibilidad y no apto para niños.

ARANCHA (10/5): Dos días fantásticos en Atenas - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila pero a la vez muy animada con terrazas y restaurantes, a un paso del museo de la Acrópolis. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y todo estaba muy limpio. Por la mañana te dejaban una cestita en la puerta de la habitación con unos zumos y pasteles dulces y salados riquísimos. Y que decir de Daphne, amabilísima, siempre pendiente de cualquier problema que te pudiera surgir, nuestro vuelo se retrasó mucho y nos envió un taxi al aeropuerto, para cualquier cosa podías contactar con ella, en fin, una maravilla. Nos gustó todo, estuvimos muy cómodos. Me considero una persona exigente cuando me alojo en hoteles o apartamentos y lo recomiendo totalmente.
