Удобный матрас и выбор подушек. Завтрак разнообразный, проходит в приятной атмосфере, особенно удивила приветливость персонала: выделяется Laura, которая всегда в позитивном настроении и старается сделать ваш завтрак максимально комфортным. В целом отличное место, мы были во многих отелях в Риме- этот с удовольствием посетим еще раз. Единственное, что стоило бы доработать - это уборка в номере. Но, в целом не портит впечатление.

Steffen (10/5): Perfect! - We had a most wonderful stay at Umilta36 . We came to Rome to celebrate my birthday and on arrival they offered us an upgrade to our room. All the staff during the entire stay were very kind and welcoming and always super helpful. The hotel is very centrally located - a stone throw from Trevi fountain - and while the neighbourhood is full of tourists, the inside of the hotel and especially also the rooms are very quiet. A haven of tranquility! We would definitely come back!

Alles war perfekt organisiert, insbesondere auch der Transfer vom Flughafen, der reibungslos funktioniert hat und uns die Anreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer guten Auswahl und sehr guten Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die perfekte Lage des Hotels – viele der schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Pantheon und der Trevi-Brunnen sind ganz in der Nähe und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Da wir auch den Geburtstag meines Freundes während unseres Aufenthalts gefeiert haben, war die Atmosphäre für uns besonders schön und der Aufenthalt dadurch noch unvergesslicher. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, das wir jederzeit wieder wählen würden.

Très bel hôtel de catégorie très supérieure. Cher mais vaut son prix. Chambre calme sur cour malgré l'animation du quartier. Je ne vois pas.

Briga (7/5): L'hotel è un buon hotel ma non rispetta gli standard di un cinque stelle - La colazione è stata buona ma rispetto alle strutture dello stesso gruppo site a Roma, ovvero palazzo Roma e L'hotel Maalot meno curata e non di livello. Il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il prezzo pagato non vale il soggiorno. La struttura ha necessità di miglioramenti perchè non rispetta lo standard di un cinque stelle dalla pulizia, al servizio, ai dettagli in camera. Nella nostra camera abbiamo trovato qualcosa di rotto o di non manutentato (la serratura della camera, lo spazzolone del bagno, il porta amenities, la bilancia pesa persone etc) I prodotti in bagno sono refillable ma i contenitori di plastica e sporchi.

Summer (10/5): Exceptional! Everything you want and need. - Absolutely amazing! Very, very nice! The staff are friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The rooms are large with all of the amenities. Very short walk to the Trevi and Pantheon. Will stay here again. Oh, and definitely check out the rooftop terrace which is nice in the evenings. Everything was exceptional.

Front entrance had little ramps to bridge the steps with no clear marking of the side edge of the ramp, as they are all black colour. I fell and twisted my ankle there. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the housekeeping took good care of us, and let me say that the AC was great (if you like your room cold). The hotel was very clean. Rooms were nice. We stay in the Apartment which was very spacious and well decorated. Breakfast wad delicious with alot of good options. The hotel give you a very elegant cozy vibe.

Ideally situated near all attractions - Exceptional and friendly service from the reception team, who go out of the way to help and make it an enjoyable stay. A big thank you to Alexandra who always had a beautiful smile on her face and on learning it was my birthday, sung and produced a treat… a lovely touch. Service in the bar area was slow, especially while diners are still in the restaurant. One instance when housekeeping hadn’t swept bedroom floor and previous nights wine glasses not removed.

Generell hat einfach alles gepasst: Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Essen durchweg lecker, die Zimmer und das Hotel sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön – vor allem die ausgestellte Kunst schafft eine ganz besondere, stilvolle und zugleich gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt! Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen und die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden. Auch das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: eine tolle Auswahl von herzhaft bis süß, frisches Obst und ein Omelett, das einfach ein Traum war. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Laura, die uns jeden Morgen so herzlich begrüßt und sich mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und guter Laune um unser Wohl gekümmert hat. Mit ihr startet man wirklich perfekt in den Tag. Danke Laura 🙏🏼 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass uns ein Balkon bzw. die Möglichkeit gefehlt hat, draußen zu sitzen, da die Dachterrasse während unseres Aufenthalts leider noch geschlossen war. Dafür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts.

- Mci - (8/5): A stylish and nice stay in a Top location, with a few minor service and accessibility drawback - The reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully designed and surprisingly soundproof for a hotel in the city center. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain. The central location is a plus, but it also makes the hotel harder to reach by taxi, Uber, or other transport, often resulting in long waiting times and the risk of arriving late at your destination. During breakfast, we also had to wait quite a long time for drinks (around 15-20 minutes), meaning you’re already seated without coffee or tea. At check-in, it would have been nice if they had at least offered a glass of water or an aperitif.

The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The room was impressively spacious, with a well-thought-out layout and elegant, tasteful décor. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful in responding to any requests. A particularly memorable part of my stay was the breakfast experience, thanks to Laura, the manager of the breakfast room. She is an exceptionally elegant and warm lady whose presence brought an extra sense of energy and joy to each morning, well beyond the meal itself.
