• Jake (8/5): - Easy check-in process, on the hole the place was nice. One of the rooms had a large hole with sharp bits of wood and splinters exposed. The communication seems to be handled remotely, and the people you get responses from do not seem to know anything about the property. Our room was missing the post-box key that was supposed to be included, we had to explain to the person we messaged what kind of keys/access and post boxes the property had. Have been trying to contact them since our stay to gain access to our post and they just keep saying they'll look into.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Words cannot describe how awful our stay was, I reached out numerous times to both Booking.com & UrbanRest - an abso - Not much - dirty & uncomfortable It was dirty, uncomfortable & noisy. The cooker didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t close, the bedclothes were dirty & the next apt had 2 dogs who barked all day & night & toileted in the stairwell! I reached out numerous times with no joy!! Have asked to make a formal complaint - no joy! So I’m going to write to NSW govt trade dept - this business should be closed down!!
• jones (8/5): - Apartment was good ideally situated providing easy access to the buses and trams. Spotlishly clean had all the amenities you required. Pretty good would book again. It appears to me that it is always easy to criticise without foundation, some people seem to always put in inferior feedback. I feel that the apartment provided us with what we required at short notice so no complaints from me.

• Fiona (9/5): Reasonably priced apartment in a quiet location. - Compact but very comfortable apartment with all modern conveniences. Bus stop and trams nearby to take you to many locations. Local shops only a 15 minute walk away and a lovely little coffee shop about a 10 minute walk.

Ovn, kogeplader, mikroovn osv. stue, kontor og soveværelse. Stor brusekabine. Super beliggenhed med kort afstand til både busser og light train. Så herfra kan man komme med offentlig transport til hvor som helst. Lejligheden ligger i et bolig kvarter, så der er ikke støj fra byliv osv. kun almindelig støj fra andre beboere i bygningen. Lidt lydt. Men ok. Der var kun en dobbeltdyne-vattæppe. Vi savnede to enkelt dyner. Der var ikke betræk på dobbelt dynen. Kun lagner.

• Natalia (10/5): Convenient compact and comfortable. - Inner city retreat. Comfortable, clean and compact. Great use of space for such a tiny place. Easy keyless access. The small mat under the coffee table is unnecessary. Think because it’s a pet friendly place there must be pet smells from little accidents that even though appeared clean to look at was a little dirty and not so nice. It’s a small thing but I would just get rid of it for ease of cleanliness.

• Stephanie (7/5): Secure and beautiful apartment. Beware of the lack of curtains which may have a significant impact on sleep and enjoymen - Property was well furnished and beautifully designed. We liked that the area was quiet and gated, requiring a security code to enter. So it felt safe and secure. The space between the toilet and shower is very small. If you’re tall, when you sit on the toilet, your knees touch the shower. So that was a bit uncomfortable. There were also no curtains on any of the Venetian blinds and the slats had small gaps between them which meant they were not able to block any of the morning sun. This meant our group was woken up very early from sunrise - in fact the larger bedroom was completely bright as though it was daylight even with the Venetian blinds closed. This made it uncomfortable as our group wasn’t able to sleep well throughout our stay.

• Innes (9/5): Great stay with the exception of the breakage deposit process - We have stayed there many times. It is a great location, plenary of cutlery and crockery and a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The additional questionnaires you have to complete as well as the payment of an additional deposit you have to pay before you can get access to the apartment is inconvenient.

• Martina (10/5): - Absolut klasse eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Eine Woche Sydney in der Mulwarree Avenue, war sehr gemütlich. Der Bus nach Cogee Beach oder an die Central Station fährt fast vor der Tür ab und die Light Rail Station in die City ist nur ca. 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Randwick, hat sehr nette Restaurants und ein schickes Kino, wenn man mal nicht in die City möchte. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sofort wohl gefühlt. Danke für die leckere Schokolade. Man sieht zwar kein Personal, aber mit den Zugangs Codes, die man rechtzeitig zugeschickt bekommt, ist das gar kein Problem. Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Eine extra Decke auf dem Bett wäre schön gewesen.

Broken floor boards in the office, hazard. The clothes closet was oddly in the office room but none in the bedroom. The first floor was somewhat on display for people passing by right by the windows.

Sliding door to make it a second bedroom was almost impossible to move, nearly hurt my back moving it. 2. Standing fan was faulty and nearly set on fire.... Thank God we smelt burning and touched it before going to sleep with it on it was scolding hot and would have set on fire whilst we slept. Basic, not good enough 3.The Internet dropped out. Had to message them to come fix it. Gave us a temp solution but don't want to be emailing people on holiday about this stuff. 4. Plugs by the bed in the main room not working so no lamps or chargers by bed 5.Glasses in the kitchen very high up, cannot get to them unless you're over 6ft. 6. No air con in the living room/kitchen so bedrooms cold and rest hot. The flats are nice so a shame there were so many bits that just weren't quite working/were actually dangerous, if they sort them it'll be a nice place to stay for sure.

• Olivia (3/5): Beware cockroach infestation - It appears clean and modern , comfortable bed and it has everything you need in terms of the kitchen and living space. Our stay was absolutely ruined by the cockroach infestation. They say it’s a citywide problem in Sydney this isn’t true. We stayed at an air BnB for a whole month and only saw 1, at this apartment we saw about 12 in the space of 30 minutes they were coming from everywhere and we actually left still with 4 days left on the booking. Lack of response from the team, I asked them to investigate and if they could clean. Went back to grab some final bits 2 days later and there were still dead cockroaches everywhere. I don’t know why it couldn’t have been organised that the cleaners could go in. Don’t stay in summer unless you want to be killing cockroaches every night

• Sarah (7/5): Overpriced for what it was. We needed it for the location as had just moved to Sydney - Much much improved once aircon was installed!! Prior to this it was very uncomfortably hot and no cross breeze with windows open etc. Also felt the towel refresh and clean was a bit overpriced and felt it would have been nice to include every 3-4 days given the cost. We stayed three weeks and unpaid over 6-7k in total so feel a towel refresh, toilet paper top up etc would have been much better value for money.

Apartment a good size. There were issues with the cleanliness in the bathroom and bedroom. The communal bins were smelly, glad our room was not too close to them. Had to wash kitchen things before using them.

• Dil (4/5): Disappointing - Location is bad The entrance was full of dirt and not cleaned for weeks. Also garbage was not collected for weeks and it was filthy and flys are everywhere and could not even open windows as flys come in. There was no one to inform the problems we encountered. So bad.
• Sam (8/5): The location is great and parking spots on the street is plentiful - Our apartment was on the upper floor, requiring us to climb very steep stairs with suitcases. The website should clearly warn potential renters about the stairs. For elderly guests, the absence of a lift makes navigating the narrow and steep staircase extremely challenging.
• Hin-wai (4/5): Disappointing - Location was probably the only positive thing, No air conditioning. Requested additional fan did not arrive. Existing Fan not working well. Blinds will not close. Very difficulty to find parking. Call support was polite but did not help much in the end. No person to relate to. Expected more for the cost of the apartment having stayed in so many before. Narrow street.
• Natasha (8/5): Enjoyed my stay for my first experience in Sydney. - I liked the fact that public transport was so close and handy. I also loved the idea of having own washing machine in the unit, didn't like dryer built it though as clothes were still damp after 3 cycles (had to than for out on the rack). Accommodation was close to where my daughter was for Uni in Kensington- UNSW. That is what brought me to Sydney, my daughter doing a 1 wk course at the Uni. That there was no Air-con, but was in the process of installing them to the units which will be way better amd comfortable for next stay. I had to go out during the day because it was hot in the apartment.

• Trishna (6/5): Really comfortable property in a good location, however needs to be run in a more professional manner. - Good location, well furnished, comfortable and property contains everything you need. Call centre staff are lovely to deal with. Plenty of street parking. Aircon installation was going on in the property however we weren’t advised about it in advance and so we had tradies coming in and out of the property constantly. Furthermore, after activities like drilling there was a lot of dust in the property including on the bed and all surfaces and this was not cleaned. We had to contact the team and complain about the situation but they were unable to send a cleaner the same day. We slept in a dusty and dirty room that night. It was very unprofessional that they expected the guests to deal with all this but without giving them a heads up.
